I insist and magically they "find" it...then it's out of stock! Or it won't be ready for an hour. When you call ahead you have to go through an extended phone tree then when connected, you have to go through the call center and be transferred to the actual store THEN wait on hold sometimes for 30 minutes or more, just to be told they don't have your prescription that their app just notified you by text message that it is READY! It is literally this complicated every single time. I try to be patient and give them another opportunity to address the issues because changing pharmacies is complicated. I have been with them for a year and it never improves.

It is clean and well stocked, even with the supply chain issues that a lot of products are having. If they don't have one brand available, they usually have another, or a generic of the same. It took exactly one call from this pharmacy to get it fixed, something I had been trying to do on my own for over two weeks. I was so grateful and now wish I had asked sooner. I've had vaccines administered here. Made the appointment through the app, seen on time, properly dispensed with a smile. Every person working here has been patient and polite. Found one item on my own but could not find the others and no store employees in sight. After about 15 minutes one walked by and I grabbed her (not literally) She was heading elsewhere in the store but finally reluctantly agreed to help me find my items. They had what I wanted but between the two of us, it took another 15 minutest of find the last three. In that time, we never did see another store employee. Walmart has cut staffing back by so much that it's doing a disservice to their customers. The only reason they did not score lower was that they did have what I needed and I give them credit for that.
