And was like which one not trying to let me read the ingredients bc my son is allergic to certain things and she's sayin I'm not going to hand the containers to read. Doctor sent prescriptions in 7/3 in preparation for surgery on 7/14. Was able to pickup antibiotic and anti nausea meds 7/3. Pain medication is controlled so was told can't pick up until 7/7. On 7/7 was told it was not ready. 7/8 same thing. 7/10 was told that they don't have it and have to order it and it won't be available until day of surgery. Because I won't be able to travel that day or the week afterwards, I will be relying on over the counter pain medication. I need to find a new pharmacy for the future. read more

Switching pharmacys after tonight. Needed to start medication tonight and got a text at 6:08pm it was ready, headed to pharmacy drive thru at 6:30pm, got there at 6:42pm. Two cars ahead of me and got to window at 6:57 and they slammed the window shut with a black curtain. Didn't acknowledge me and 2 other cars behind me up until 7:07 and was told to come at 9am the following day. Worst customer service I've ever gotten at a pharmacy... they could've simply told me I couldn't be served 2 minutes before close. Except they wasted three different customers' time. read more

Honestly, I don't even know how this place has more than 1 star with their lack of customer service! Stopped by to pick up a couple things and while on our way to checkout we noticed they had chocolate on sale, (buy one get second for $1) we grabbed two for iftar and at the register we were shocked that the register was charging us double the amount. The cashier was confused herself after we showed her the signage showing that they were buy 1 get second for a $1 and when she approached the sign, she informed us that those signs were for a sale starting tomorrow. My natural question was "how is that our fault that you guys have the signs out now? You should honor what your sign is stating" she refused and stated that they're putting up signs now since they're not a 24/7 store. I asked why they decided to put the signs up so early and her response was that they were closing in 2 hours. I asked to speak to the manager to find out that she WAS the manager lol ... if you're the manager and if you're the one putting up the signs and if you're working in the same aisle then HOWWWW could you forget so quickly that you had JUST put up those signs? and why wouldn't you honor your mistake and most importantly WHY would you not wait until closer to closing to change your signs? 1. I would suggest that corporate corrects their policy and 2. They should REALLY re-evaluate the employees they chose as management to represent their establishments. Very rude, very disrespectful! I work at a Dr office that sent in the medication for a patient and the pt was having a lot of problems getting there medication from the pharmacy. The patient asked me to call them so I did. The pharmacist, Victoria, is lazy rude and did not want to her job, because she didn't want to do her job, she is making a patient suffer unmedicated, which it's a medication the patient needed. Every time I get a prescription filled here it's the same thing. When do you need it they ask, as soon as possible I respond. Okay give us an hour. Come back in a hour and they look at me confused , I don't have anything for you they say. That's funny because I handed it to you a hour ago. Let me check they say... uh can you give us like 15, 20, 40 minutes we were really busy. It's sad that this is the only option for prescriptions without going up to Garrisonville at rush hour. Awful. Every time I go In there is a problem with filling my prescriptions. Wether they didn't put it in correctly, or the one and only time I've ever had a prescription for pain killers they refused to fill it, wondering if they we judging me on my appearance? I have few piercings but nothing rediculous? But then the today when I went in everyone in the pharmacy was busy, they didbt look before insisti,g that their be with me in a minute. I had my toddler with me and tried my best to wait but after 30 minutes of trying to keep my child entertained a clerk finally comes up. I tell him our info and he insists our 'script does not exist, um ok, why has cvs been calling me telling me it was ready then All week?? Finally just said screw it and left. While the staff is polite enough, the pharmacy is rather slow. The photo dept. is confusing as well. No one really knows what the prices are for prints. I was charged almost double for 1 8x10 picture. However store is clean, organized and maintains a fair selection of products. read more

I have always been happy with this location until 12/29/17. I would highly recommend using another location or different pharmacy altogether. Please be careful going here and be mindful to check the medicine you are given. I had an unpleasant experience with a pharmacy tech here due to me as the customer trying to figure a resolve for my script not being ready in time. My husband had surgery earlier in the morning and needed pain meds filled. I did not receive a call that it would be late so that I could go to another location to get it filled or get my script back. Upon arriving to pick up after the pick up time they gave I was disregarded by the particular pharmacy tech and treated with much aggression. She took the time to even ask "you want him safe right?" What exactly are you implying by asking such a question? I sincerely took this as a threat that my husband's meds may be tampered with or messed up on purpose. Please be very mindful if you do choose to use this location. I would not recommend doing so unless it is your last and I mean very last resort. Safety with your meds is a first priority. read more
