As a person of color myself, I felt completely unwelcome the entire time. On top of that, the training and professionalism seemed very poor. I almost hopped on his computer to check my email (j/k lol). Very courteous. I'm forgetful so I left a stack on cards in the office which he promptly returned to me lol. Oh boy. My Partitioner was Mr. Daugherty. He asked questions, explained the purpose for the questions, and all in all, I felt at home. I say this and am largely surprised because I had the appearance of a bum lol. I wear suits 24/7, so when I'm sick, I'm just whatever. But, the receptionist informed me that they only give urgent care to patients with life threatening injuries. Anything else, you have to make an appointment. If I had a life threatening illness, I would call "911", not hop in my car to come an urgent care. This is the second time I have been rejected by this so call "urgent care". I highly recommend you think hard before going to this clinic. I found another "urgent care clinic" that gives urgent care to everyone, like the sign on the building states. I Would give this location zero stars, if it was possible.

Despite already filling out all information from previous visits in person - I had to refill all information and then some for these gods including my insurance which they already had. Despite filling out all the information - the doctor "left the call" 2 minutes before scheduled time. Called the number but nobody would answer. Recieved texts saying I didn't pay the amount so they wouldn't see me. I have always paid for in patient visits and this was a follow up to a previous visit. Very cold to blow off a video appt for not getting paid upfront.
