However, the level of detail and expertise that Mr. Funkhouser brought to the inspection was impressive. He literally got on his hands and knees and crawled into tight spaces to inspect the property. He came prepared with his own ladder, camera and even a black light. Although, I felt very overwhelmed when we received our verbal report; we received the hard copy of the report with color pictures within 48 hours. I was able to truly digest everything reading the hard copy. It presented a great road map for my husband and I to move forward in making improvements and/or repairs to the home. In a nutshell, if you have Fairfax Home Inspections, Inc. perform your inspection you'll get a detailed report of things to improve and/or repair.
