This is the worst CVS ever. Constantly understaffed, and the staff who are working are for the most part not competent. Both the front registers and the pharmacy are chronically short staffed with long lines. Waited in line for almost a half hour today (on a Monday morning!) at the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The one clerk in the pharmacy had difficulty communicating with every customer in the long line in front of me. When I finally reached the register, she could not spell my name correctly despite asking at least three times for me to spell it for her. She should clearly not be in a job where she has to interact with the public efficiently. Have gone to this location for years because of the close proximity to my home. Today, however, was the final straw. I'll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

It's a CVS. There certainly are many, and the mile long receipts are amusing. Actually got some good coupons, which I consider to be an opportunity to save. I was able to get coupons on pictures and bar soap. Yes practical things, but nothing exciting. That's what CVS is, as my most common purchase is probably heartburn or other over the counter medications. Aspirin with my exercise program helps. This location is kind of busy. You might be smart to park on the opposite side of the lot. As for the store itself nice employees. It is clean and well organized. They have some good deals here and there, but shopping around for best prices makes sense. Pharmacy staff are efficient yet helpful. read more

My prescription said I'm supposed to take these pills 3x a day and there's a total QTY of 30 pieces. Instead, there's only 29. TWENTY-NINE! I only realized that five days later when I was refilling my weekly medicine case and saw that one day does have enough. These are just cough pills to help open my lungs. What if I had a more serious condition? Pharmacies are required to give the exact number of pills the doctor ordered. Can't these people do ANYTHING right? read more

The pharmacy's competence must be questioned. I spent an hour and a half on hold yesterday trying to get my prescription sorted. That was yesterday. Today, 24 hours later, after waiting another 25 minutes in line, they tell me it wasn't ready yet--so I had to wait another 15 minutes while they finally filled it. The response from the pharmacy staff when I said I was considering taking my business elsewhere? "Ok, go ahead." So I will--even though doing so will result in higher co-pays (CVS is also my prescription insurance). read more

Love this Pharmacy. All of the staff members go above and beyond to make sure your medication is filled and if they need to request authorization then they make sure it is taken care off. Pharmacist, technicians and staff are all so polite and sweet. They treat you with respect and make sure you are assisted. read more

This place is a mess. The pharmacy never answers the phone and some of the employees that work at this location are very rude. I like CVS and just wish they had a more well run location close to my house, not this hell hole. I have complained to corporate about issues there before and they try their best to fix things but this place is an absolute disaster!!! read more

The pharmacy at this store is inconsistent. I have arrived early in the morning to fill a prescription and more than once the pharmacist has been more than a half hour late. I asked about flu shots last night and they said i could come any time and get one. I went in the next day and "the pharmacist is not giving flu shots today". My go-to pharmacy in Burke. THEY HAVE A DRIVE - THRU which I love for those times when I don't feel like traipsing through the store to drop off, or pick up my meds. Convenient location, and usually has good products. Unfortunately, the customer service is poor. My friend gave me coupons, which required a card to fulfill. After I signed up for the membership, the receptionist then told me that the coupons were not valid because it was not the right card number. Instead of wasting both of our times, she should have been upfront. Thankfully, there was a manufacturer's coupon for the product I was attempting to purchase. Terrible. My doctor called in two prescriptions last week. They said, that is strange, they still have not been filled. They convinced me to wait for them by saying it would definitely only be 5-10 minutes. I sat in the chair for 15 minutes when the guy finally said "I don't want to lie to you, we have gotten busy and cannot fill then right now." And at that point, all the lines had grown so I still had to stand in line all over to check out my other items. Ultimately I got out of there in 30 minutes without my prescriptions. I do not mind waiting if they are actually going to fill them or coming back later, but they should not trick you into sitting there for 15 minutes for nothing while they move on to helping others. Also, they seem to always prioritize drive through customers over those in store. I have seen them cycle through 5 drive through customers while they helped one person at the counter at the front of a line of 5 people. read more

I called CVS pharmacy twice to confirm my prescription would be available per insurance date. Both times CVS confirmed that I could pick up the prescription on that date. On the pick up date was called by CVS pharmacy saying that my prescription pick up date Would be delayed 4 days and no offer of pills to get me through to the new date. Went to talk to pharmacist. She laughed at me. She said she had problems getting my drugs. Not my problem!!! She finally gave me some pills after I insisted on it. It was all about her problems getting the pills. The experience left me thinking CVS pharmacy did not deliver on professional services including caring for their customer's needs. The pharmacist didn't even know what my prescription did!! This location is conveniently open 24 hours a day. I stopped here early one morning before work and had to wait at the register for five minutes before someone came to ring me up and the cashier acted as if my purchase ruined his morning. I go to CVS quit often to get everyday things and make up so they know me when I come in and remember me. They are such good people and will take time out of their day to have small talk with me and help me find anything I need. The pharmacy is great because of the drive thru! Fast and easy! There was one time when I was told something was going to be ready in an hour and when I came back the woman told me that it would take 3 more hours which set off my whole day. But she was nice about it and that was the only problem I ever had with the pharmacy. read more

Our oncall doctor called in a prescription for our son at 5:15, my husband arrived to collect it at 5:45 on Sunday night (6pm close), the pharmacist had no record. We called the doctor back, he called it back in at 5:55 only to be told that it was too late, she would not fill it today, despite my husband being right there waiting. Major customer service breakdown. The pharmaceutical assistants were embarrassed and very concerned at not being able to help us. read more

I've been here and the service is excellent. The lady who helped me in the Pharmacy department, the Asian lady was very patient and help me pick the right medicine, i've recover within two days and really appreciate her advice. If you come here, make sure to ask for her help. Highly recommended and i definitely will be patron here next time. read more
