This CVS was stocked very with many items ranging from cosmetics, snacks, paper items to beverages etc. I needed to purchase water, paper towels and tissues. The establishment was clean free of odors or any harmful items etc. The employees helped out during the self check out which was perfect. read more

after waiting 35 minutes for a scheduled appointment - and seeing the people that came after me were called for their shots I was told I needed to go back to the end of the line and sign in. After numerous issues which have now been taken to corporate level it needs to be said as publicly as possible that this is the worst pharmacy there is - and look at other reviews because this has been going on for years now!!! They have a new pharmacist. He seems to be on point and not ready to tolerate anything less than that from the pharmacy staff. Staff and the rest of the store is just so overworked and underpaid. You have to feel bad for them. They are always so helpful. Once in a while you get someone brand new who really doesn't care what you're looking for or care to help you find it, but that doesn't seem to be happening much anymore. I am starting to feel a little better about going here. read more

I would not recommend going here at all. Prescriptions not ready. Asked to come back in an hour. When you come back the line is so long with one cashier. Professionalism, there is none! I feel sorry for the elderly that are told to come back. When I was there and voiced my opinion on how unprofessional, an elderly man told me in front of staff that he was waiting an hour and a half for his prescription. They jumped and got mine ready to get me out of there. The elderly gentleman inquired about his, he had been waiting and no one told him it was ready. One cashier, One person giving flu shots, 4 behind in answering phones and making orders. Not going back. I would rather give local small pharmacy the business. When the pharmacist calls the woman on the phone crazy in front of a line of about ten people, something needs to be said. The lack of professionalism at this CVS makes the whole company look bad. The poor cashier was the only one working while 4 other coworkers stood there chatting about this "crazy" lady on the phone. I had to ask twice for my order until someone finally came over to help out the cashier. Terrible customer service. Seeing other reviews, this is no surprise but sad that CVS doesn't see these reviews as a problem. read more

You pretty much know what you should get when you go into a CVS and my experience is that you usually get it. As a chain drugstore, they are pretty consistent all around the U.S. This particular CVS outpost, located right at the edge of the actual town of Southampton, is your typical CVS - clean and well-stocked. I have had to use the pharmacists there and they were quick and knowledgeable. The service at this CVS is definitely friendlier than most and for a Southampton drugstore, many would be shocked to know that you don't have to pay a premium to get your handcart full of candy, saline solution, Suave shampoo, a Transformer, a hairdryer and all of the other things one can truly invest in on a short trip to CVS...well not more than the premium one always pays when going to a chain drugstore. read more

This have always been a reliable place in terms of their hours, except for the last few days. The store usually opens at 7 AM but there seems to be a lack of management and it has been opening 20 minutes to 30 minutes late every day and sometimes even later. So don't get here too early. read more

On the plus side, the store has a very good selection, is well lit, well-located, lots of free parking, and a great staff. On the negative side though are all the prices. For those of us who are not wealthy, and must watch our budgets, this drugstore is more expensive than Rite Aid, Walgreen. Target Stop and Shop and WalMart, just to name a few. This is a seriously overpriced chain. Go elsewhere. Why encourage and support an overpriced store???? read more

I have been trying to transfer my prescription to this pharmacy for days now. I don't want to have to go into the store just to swap the prescription for obvious coronavirus related reasons. I finally got through to the front of the store and then got put on hold for 20 minutes and never heard back. DANGEROUS!!! The female pharmacist, Aisha Ahmad is the absolute worst that I have ever dealt with. As a physician with over 30 years of experience, that is saying something. I will go further to say that she has no business being in contact with other human beings. She is not only officious but rude and indiscreet. When you combine that with a very poor understanding of even the most basic pharmacology, you get a person that isn't just incompetent but - dangerous. A licensed professional is in a position of responsibility and when they use that position to exert petty influence and take it out on their patients it's not only passive aggressive but- dangerous. I had a prescription to be filled that I have had filled hundreds of times over the last 40 years. I had to make 10 trips to the pharmacy and 3 separate trips to my own doctor to try and get it straight. My doctor actually gave up trying to explain it to her. She still denied my prescription. I informed her that I was a physician and that her fundamental understanding of the class of medication was incorrect. I also pointed out that she was behaving shamefully. She incorrectly defined a problem with my script that didn't exist then blamed my doctor. Now three weeks after the script should have been filled she states that she refuses to fill my scripts in the future because I was disrespectful. Pointing out that you are factually incorrect and challenging your motivation is not disrespectful. Anyone that gets bent out of shape when challenged on facts is, you guessed it: DANGEROUS! read more

The pharmacist in this CVS should be ashamed of herself. We went into cvs to shop and my wife needed to use the restroom. We asked if they had a restroom and the pharmacist looked right at us, hesitated then lied and said that the restrooms are all out of order. On the way out the door my wife ask a very nice young lady in the front do you have a bathroom and she said yes it is in the back and pointed us in the right direction. Again,The restroom was not out of order. The idea that they would tell us the restrooms are out of of order is completely unacceptable and again this female pharmacist should be ashamed of herself. I find the CVS in Southampton very helpful and Accommodating. I like their system of letting you know when your prescription comes due, they can tell you exactly When each prescription will be ready for renewal, they will call your doctor for you. Great system! read more

Open & Count your medication before you leave the pharmacy counter. They shorted me 2 pills & I live too far away to go all the way back there and get my last day of medication. If it happens again I will find out who dispensed the medication and report to CVS corporate office read more

The pharmacy staff needs to take a CHILL PILL! After finding out that their staff had put the wrong insurance information under my name in their system, and that my 60$ monthly prescription was supposed to be 0$ had it been billed to the proper insurance, I asked them to print out everything they had on file to help me get the money back from my insurance. I am CERTAIN that I was kind and the complete opposite of rude. The pharmacist along with the tech, Caitlin, were extremely rude and unprofessional. When asking the pharmacist a question, he replied "I JUST TOLD YOU" and stared at me as if I had no brain. After asking the tech to print my profile 3 times, she rolled her eyes and walked away. When asking how I transfer my prescription to a different CVS, I did not get any reply. I also found it bizarre that Caitlin did not ask for my CVS card, she just proceeded to scan a co-workers CVS card on their keychain. Is he trying to rack up points from other peoples prescriptions?? The only pleasant person in that CVS is the manager Walter who tried his best to apologize and help me when I came to him with the complaint.
