This is my go-to supermarket in the area. They have a wonderful meat department with quality meats and good sales! The on-site butchers have cut me a special roast upon request and are very accommodating. The bakery department is also on-site and they have delicious baked turnovers! There are plenty of breads & baked goods (note: the jelly donuts run out quickly on the weekends! ) that are all delicious. The floral department has a steady supply of fresh flowers and arrangements at good prices. The staff at this store is very friendly and helpful. There are good sales. The store is clean and well maintained. In the summer they have multiple grab and go sandwiches and lunches you can take to the beach! If you want to wait, the deli will make any sandwich upon request. There is a good selection of household products. Yes, you can get paper towels and Dove soap in bulk cheaper at Costco, but if you quickly need it, it's right there at King Kullen! I think their prices are very reasonable all in all. This is a nice grocery store with a wide selection. The store is clean and it has a bakery. A good place to shop.

Fine for essiatial items, but their seafood and meat departments are small and basic. We had to drive a little further to Stop and Shop for a better selection. Produce looked good here and they had very cute long Island themed $1 reuseable shoping bags. read more

Good shop and nice people but the photo attached is very concerning. How does a fly get into your bakery display case? The woman behind the counter expressed disbelief and waved it off the cheesecake when I told her about it but put the cake back in the case for people to buy (?) At that point everything should have re-sanitized and cakes re-made. I'm not sure if that was a sanitary thing to do. I thought customers should be aware so no one gets sick. read more

Went to Kk to get a few groceries this morning .Purchased a few items had to get a bag and pack my own groceries while cashier stood idly by. I have COPD and am 90 years old . I was also overcharged 1.39 on Tide pods supposed to be 15.99 I was charged 17.29 plus tax.The cashier was Luz but I find your entire staff were never trained properly in giving good service. You should visit Publics in Florida. This is a large very well stocked supermarket with many varieties of the items you want on the shelves. The store is clean & the employees are helpful. The prices are good too. They also have sushi here, and it's not bad! read more

For decades one of the worst stores on the Island, over priced, small selections and just the worst staff in the history of bad staffs .

A super market is a super market, we went in for flowers, and their flower shop did a great job for us at a very reasonable price. I used the restroom, that could have been kept a little cleaner, as one would expect in a food market. read more

Ok had my birthday cake made there spoke to the baker and asked her to be creative her name was dawn great gal!! Omg the cake tasted absolutely delicious my friends and family couldn't stop asking me where I had it done !!again I ordered a crumb cake with vanilla custard for Father's Day so delicious and fresh she's an amazing baker ! My 4th of July holiday weekend is coming to an end. I had an amazing time with the charming people of this town. This morning, on my way out, I decided to stop to get some charcuterie for the drive and I met Mark. This man had an extremely rude attitude towards me, his employees and another old lady who was buying meats there too and didn't know where his attitude came from. I recently ventured out after months of lockdown. I am in high risk group. There was an employee with mask off talking and laughing with co worker. When I told him to put his mask on I was told to mind my own business. Wearing masks in public food stores is my business I am trying to limit my exposure. read more

How did Hampton Bays ever survive without King Kullen? Before this location came to be, the only grocery store in the area was the ever-horrifying Key Food. Even as a kid, I remember all too well the dark aisles, the messy floors, the dirty corners assuredly hiding a vast assortment of rodents & insects. It was a blessing when it met the wrecking ball. And in came King Kullen, town savior. Nice, new, clean, easy to navigate. I enjoy this store, still. Yes, it gets insanely busy during the summer months, but now there are two other grocery stores in HB, so it's not as much of a madhouse as it once was. The staff is pretty nice, love the deli counter, and the prices aren't too shabby. All in all, a good store for your Hamptons needs. read more

Not Wegmans (but then, who compares to Wegmans?), but definitely much better than the local Stop 'N Shop! We are new to the area and had been shopping at Stop 'N Shop. We drove by King Kullen and decided we would have to give them a try since we weren't impressed (at all) with the other place. We will be doing our shopping here from now on. read more

I went to King Kullen in Hampton Bays which is my favorite store and had a very bad experience in the seafood section. The man that waited on me was rude and disrespectful. He threw the bags of fish at me and was hollering under his breath. This person should be terminated and I am also writing to King Kullen corporate about this incident. I went to the office to tell them and they just looked at me. I spend a great deal of money here and this is not acceptable. read more

Gross. The prices are high and the store was disgusting and dirty. Random dry groceries that should not be sticky were sticky. Do yourself a favor and drive to Riverhead or Southampton for the Stop&Shop, ShopRite, Target, Walmart..anything but here. Will not be doing groceries here. read more

Always can get the items I need. Deli fresh and offers samples. Soup is hot, fresh and different each day. Seafood market is ok. Sushi food is great but service is the pitts, bakery the food and service are awesome. They also have a coffee machine now which gives change and serves up a hot coffee/tea/cocoa. The manager on Sunday went into the sushi counter to get me spicy mayo bc the sushi person was no where to be found and the seafood guy refused to get it. I was a happy customer. read more

Came to the Hamptons for the weekend and King Kullen was our one-stop shop for groceries! We bought meat/veggies to grill, breakfast foods, fruits, grill supplies and beer. Selection is good and prices are great compared to NYC! Big Powerades were only $1. For other weekend supplies you might need, there's a liquor shop and Starbucks in the same shopping plaza. read more

This place is a pretty standard King Kullen, now under seige with the opening of the Stop n Shop down the street. But I will stick to ole reliable when grocery shopping in Hampton Bays. Plus, "It's Pat" always brightens my day at check out. read more
