Had a very hard time there. They do not accept passports for electronic cigarettes and it was very frustrating to take an Uber there just to be told that. Spent time and money to deal with an issue that should not be one. I do feel bad for the staff but nicotine is a hell of a drug! read more

If i could i would give 0 stars. We were denied buying a product at this store and they didnt even look at the ID given. Was completly disgusting and they continued to talk about us after we left. They threatened to call the police after asking why we were being denied and none was being given. We believe this was racial discrimination and i am completely horrified by the actions of the employees. read more

Worst employees I have ever had to encounter. Was yelled at while with my friends in the store (who were all trying to buy something). When trying to make a purchase that requires you to be 21+ (which we all are) my friends ID was thrown back in her face,they refused the sale and would not give us a reason. When we left after putting our items back we were told that they "didn't need our business because they are the best Seven-11 in the country because we're in the Hamptons" This whole encounter was completely and utterly undeserved. If you want a terrible experience, want to be racially discriminated against, and want to be discriminated against for being out of state, go here. Otherwise, don't bother. Friend was denied a purchase without even being properly ID'd (all of us have out of state licenses that are out of state and over 21) and then we we're told they don't need our business because they're the number one seven eleven in the country. Tried to talk to them civilly, was told "don't tell me how to run my fucking business", didn't even want the beer anymore and just wanted say that they needed to treat their customers with more respect and then was told to leave the store. read more

I went into this 7/11 to buy scratch offs for fun when the staff tried to tell me my NJ license was fake (I'm 25). This was obviously very irritating. I asked if I called the cops and they verified my iD if they would sell me the scratch offs to which the manager said yes. I moved to the side of the register to let other customers check out and called the cops. At this point the manager probably realized I wasn't messing around and I was determined to get my joyous scratch offs. She began yelling in the store making a fool of herself while the cop was outside verifying my iD. I was trying to be very respectful but this pompous power hungry hippopotamus of a manager at her wits end (very microscopic length of wit) decided to exercise her legal right to deny me service out of spite, despite the officer telling her my iD was as real as my gambling addiction. I never got my scratch offs. I still yearn to lose my money on dollar scratch offs. Alas, I will have to take my money elsewhere. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. read more

DO NOT GO HERE WITH CHILDREN. An employee who I can only guess is the manager belligerently screamed at an employee while many of us shopped. He screamed and cursed loudly in front of everyone around. When I first got there he was outside already verbally attacking an employee. I shop at this 7-eleven almost constantly and love the day shift staff most days but this was the most inappropriate and vile thing I have ever whitnessed as a customer.
