The assistant manager explained how they are charged by the drug middle man amounts that exceed what they sell the meds for!! and need to pursue reimbursement- because they are not their own "drug middleman " which was a different term that I forgot!! For many not all of their meds. CVS, they explained is its own distributor and has a better time buying and selling meds - and is not being bankrupted. Wouldn't you think pharmacy regulators would help smaller chains have better pricing access in the name of consumer competition? There was no line on the other side, yet I still waited. Eventually, a young woman approached and asked if I needed help. I told her I would like to speak with the pharmacist. When the pharmacist came over, her facial expression alone made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Her demeanor and lack of customer service were disappointing. I asked if she could recommend something for my 14-year-old who was experiencing flu-like symptoms, and all she said was "Tylenol." She did not ask a single follow-up question about his symptoms, nor did she direct me to the appropriate aisle. I'm glad I didn't rely on her advice because I went to another aisle myself and found something more appropriate for his symptoms. My point is this: when working with the public whether as a cashier or a pharmacist professionalism is essential. You chose this career, knowing it involves interacting with customers. Whatever kind of day you're having should not interfere with the quality of service you provide.

I'm sure the nature of medications that are frowned upon but unfortunately are necessary for me to just get out of bed. Even on these meds my life is not a real life. Friends and family have moved on as I became non committal to various invitations and even holidays due to horrible days of pain and depression.. As time went on and I'm sure the shortage played into things going south. Meds were coming up short one here two the next month the most I've discovered missing was at-least 3 maybe 4 pills.. Which when your in constant pain is a huge deal. I didn't mention anything as I believed I'd be painted as a drug seeking dirt bag. Which is a real thing in any pharmacy you go to. Things became worse when the lies and games began telling me they could not fill my prescriptions because they were over their limit for the month but this happened at anytime of the month. It's amazing how these pharmacists feel so free to talk to you and accuse you with such distain it truly leaves you feeling pretty poorly of yourself and your mind goes over and over the interaction going back and forth as to was it you or them? Truly a shame . I requested every record from my Dr including all urinalysis labs and behavior and all that was observed about my compliance with all meds I was PRESCRIBED! No red flags all perfect counts, urinalysis etc. so that really made me want to complaint to the DEA and all agencies overseeing pharmacists and pharmacies. But I did not thinking their word against mine. I still respect Dave as an intelligent man in his field but he needs a lesson in how to speak to women who are not as forward as he is.

The service was above and beyond. The pharmacist was warm, compassionate and friendly not to mention very knowledgeable. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. The staff is efficient and courteous. Best of all, my prescription was filled quickly. I try to support a family business over a big chain - CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc., because of the personal care that you receive that you won't get at a chain pharmacy. The family that runs this business is lovely, and everyone that works here is extremely friendly and helpful. They actually know my family and always ask how we're doing, etc. If this is what your looking for in a pharmacy then you'll find it here and more. It really makes a world of a difference. P.s They have a great selection of non-prescription/surgical supplies over the counter stuff: shampoos, depends, braces, walkers, canes, wheelchairs, commodes, bath seats etc..
