The first thing the cashier at the pharmacy does is scold you for not having the CVS app (because "we're going to be using that in the future"; in other words, you'll be even more screwed without it). Maybe the app would offer more support and kindness than the soulless robots who work here, who know only how to complicate every order and find every excuse under the sun to make sure you don't get your prescriptions until you've given them the information multiple times and you've waited an hour at minimum for them to get it right, with no apologies. Bonus, and beware: the woman behind me in line told me that the caps on their RX bottles were defective (they didn't fit the bottles) the last time she got her meds. read more

Went to the pharmacy here for my 1st Covid vaccine, the girl behind the pharmacy was so rude, she should not be working with the public. I checked in, when I told it was for my first shot she rolled her eyes, didn't say a word to me, turned and walked away and then started to chat with another girl with her back to me for 15 minutes. I was so pissed I walked out. I wouldn't wish her on cattle! read more

This is a good CVS. I go a lot so the staff always says hello to me. I was sick and needed help picking the best medicine to get better. The staff explained to me what does what and pricing. I love that extra some stores do to keep you happy. The cashier is my favorite, she is a true professional and has had years to perfect conversation. She asked me how my day was and we got into a conversation about what to take when your sick and what she takes when she has been sick. Short and simple, "good customer service!" A+, easily. Why can't other places use this formula for success. read more

I had a very nice experience with the pharmacy here today. The gentleman that helped us was friendly and tried to make sure he helped us every way he could. The cashier was also friendly and pleasant yesterday. read more

My husband and I frequent the Havenwood CVS as we moved to Mastic Beach a little over a year ago. A couple of months ago in October my husband and I came in for me to get my flu shot and covid shot. I first approached the counter myself giving my information, a few moments later my husband joined me. The pharmacy worker that was helping me suddenly with concern yet humor said "ummmm do you know him?" To which I answered yes this is my husband. With a sign of relief she said " ok cause if I had to help you out." We laughed off this interaction with humor and went on our way. Fast toward to just 20ish minutes ago, I sent my husband to CVS because I am sick. He comes home visibly upset and refuses to tell me what happened. A couple of minutes pass and he explains to me that the same worker was on today. There was a woman in front of him on line and she asks the women "is that man with you? " to which the women replied no and my husband makes a little joke saying "no I don't know her but I guess we just met haha" to which the pharmacy worker replies can you step back away from her. My husband puzzled and offended steps back and waits his turn. The pharmacy worker calls him next and says "oooo sorry about that people just give private information" to which my husband replies "Ma'am I was simply filling the space in line and I don't appreciate the insinuation that I am committing any wrong doing" the pharmacy worker then back tracks and says "ooooo no I see you all the time I know your a nice person." It left my husband uncomfortable and very upset as this was not the first time she has insinuated that he was being potentially predatory . There is no reason that now my kind sweet loving teddy bear of a husband is treated like a predator. I'f there is an issue with spacing on line put markers on the floor for people to stand on. And if a man comes up to a women and the women smiles and him and talks to him like they know each other it's safe to say they know each other. Stop treating men like they are immediately predators if there is an actual red flag and somebody is actually doing something inappropriate please speak up but a man simply standing behind a women online or just a man coming over to talk to his wife doesn't make him a predator. read more

"Convenient. Viable. Simple" This is one of the first CVS' I have ever been to that was in and out. The size of it is huge but the layout and aisle height make for an easy getaway. Always well lit and with friendly staff, this patron void locale is perfect for the area. You know come summer, all of the Smith Point beach go-ers are going to destroy the reputation. (I've spent the summer in East Hampton...I get it) Always very well stocked and clean it's a nice option from the drug store next to King Kullen. (RIP Genovese) Great prices and clearly advertised sales, I have often left here with a little bit more than what I intended to. Check out has always been a breeze which is practically impossible to find at any other chain. read more

I was in this CVS on Havenwood Drive today and the ladies room has to be the worst I have ever seen in this area! The toilet, the garbage pail, the floor and even the water fountain was filthy dirty!! I spoke with the manager and he had no response at first until I spoke with the cashier and then he said its cleaned daily and that it's always dirty because of the people in the area!!! read more
