And paid again when I picked up (unbeknownst to me) I watched it as a pending charge thinking that it may not go through. Well it posted. I called the store. I was told to call back and ask for the manager in 3 days. I did just that. She seemed convinced that I didn't know what I was talking about. Man-splained what a pending vs posted charge meant on my checking account. told me that I needed to bring in my bank statement to show the $10 charge twice. No thank you. I've already worked too hard for your mistake. I brought my phone which showed both charges posted. Once on the day I paid and once on the day I picked it up. About 4 days apart. The receipt even said rx# and it matched! I just wasn't excited that I was being made to feel like I was the inconvenience to her or the store. I had to drive back to the store for $10. She ended up handing me cash and keeping the receipt. Shew. Never using the pay ahead option again.

This is a small and quiet (in the off-season) town, so this Wawa was a lifesaver at around 9:30pm when we needed a few things to take back to the hotel. My husband was able to find his coke zero, grab a cookie and some chips and I chose a Top Chico for later. We also snagged some lottery tickets so, the trip was a success! Staff were friendly and greeted us and we used their self-checkout without issue.

I picked it up around 8 p.m. after work, ate half that evening, and saved the rest for the next day. After eating it, both my partner and I experienced stomach issues. While I can't say for certain what caused it, it was disappointing and unfortunately left me hesitant to return. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews or hurting small businesses, especially since I know how much hard work goes into them. I simply wanted to share my honest experience. The presentation, portion size, and value were great, but based on my experience, I don't think I'll be back.
