Finally, I was significantly over charged for services not asked for, not prescribed and not even requested by me. The result, significant time trying to recover credit card charges and to no avail. Dr. Jenny refused to cooperate and denied actions and would not reimburse me. Be careful; consider your options before trusting your health to this wellness place!

The person at the register snidely told me where to check in for vaccine appointments - " the sign says it right there." I joked I can read but guess I don't see so well." Other times the person at the register was annoyed when I asked for the good RX price giving me the wrong price even though I asked previously for it, then taking a horrendously long time to fill it with the correct price. Today though, I finally got what the problem is - the rudeness starts at the top with the pharmacist. He told me he had nothing to do with the website for making appointments which allowed me to schedule a flu vaccine and that he had no idea when he'd get the flu vaccine back in. Then he snidely informed me that I should have gotten it back in August! Later he called me "naive" when I suggested their could be better coordination with the text message that told me this morning that I could still get the flu vaccine. I did get my covid 19 vacine. I have used CVS phamacies in three states, PA, NJ, and FL and these guys take the cake for arrogance and poor customer service. The front staff have always tried to be courteous if at times unknowledgeable. Looks like I'll be going further to fill my prescriptions. Thus the 2 stars.
