Ordered a photo book to be printed online. Waited to show up until 10 min after the given pickup time. Employee had no idea what I was talking about when I arrived. Waited around for 10 minutes in store, only for employee to tell me they could not print my book. No offer to change pickup location, no attempt to make things right. Poor service. read more

If you try to place an online order and purchase something using buy one get another for a certain price, the system always says the 2nd one is out of stock; however, you can buy 2 at a higher price (not on sale) with no problem. I swear there is a place that tries to make life more complicated than it really needs to be. I figured even with the bad reviews I would give them a chance. I figured the bad reviews were just people who had 1 bad experience and posted a review. BOY WAS I WRONG! This CVS Pharmacy is flat-out the most terrible place ever. This is one of the older stores, but still good for most of your normal drug store needs. I ran in to buy some masks and was expecting to find an area with their various masks. They were spread between the different end caps and took some walking around the store to find all the various options. My preference is for 100% cotton masks, and they did have 2 different options which was good, but one was found on an end cap near the entrance, and the other was on the other side of the store. read more

So I frequent this CVS as it is convenient for me. I only have to use the pharmacy for annual immunizations. I usually have a decent experience even though they always seem very busy or understaffed. This the last time I went service was very poor and there were plenty of staff behind the counter. I asked for proof of my immunization which I need for school and work and the pharmacist just scribbled something down on my consent form which had incorrect demographic information. read more

This pharmacy was extremely slow to help me. My prescription was sent to the wrong location which is not their fault, I understand. However even after 45 minutes of me waiting while I did the work to track down which CVS it went to so they could recieve it, they STILL made me get back in line behind a bunch of people who got there way after me. This eventually turned into me waiting well over an hour and the pharmicists weren't helpful or accommodating whatsoever. I expressed to them I was still experiencing symptoms of my illness and I sat there in discomfort while they kicked me to the back of the line. Highly recommend any other location. read more

My husband and I constantly have trouble with this pharmacy! I had a yearly doctors exam on July 17 at which time all my refill renewals were sent to this pharmacy. The pharmacy said my doctor needed to send over prescription refills. I called the pharmacist yesterday at 9:15 am to ask what the problem was. The pharmacist, a woman agreed that I was correct, my prescriptions were nenewed and said I'd get them ASAP. After FOUR calls to the pharmacy, finally today at 5:30 They finally have it ready. While they're constantly sending me texts for medications I don't need, they did not notify me after two days that they had it, I had to call and hear the voice recorder tell me it was ready. We spend HUNDREDS of dollars there every year and get nothing but terrible service! My husband and I went for flu shots last Tuesday and it took them almost half an hour to look up our info when they already have it on their computers!! I mean it's a CVS which means like...you can buy little things there I guess. This location isn't open late so there goes a lot of the utility out the window. There also appears to be a toxic company culture issue. The Dr. Scholls website said there was a custom orthotics machine. There wasn't one. I asked the employee where it is was and he said they didn't have one. I calmly told him that this was slightly upsetting and I would like to escalate this. This is the best pharmacy I've ever used. Their stuff out front is overpriced IMHO--I'm talking about the pharmacy itself. The staff and pharmacists have been exceedingly kind and accommodating. How do I put this politely????? The pharmacist, the woman, is a judgmental, horrible, assuming woman. The DATE my prescription was written wasn't the day I got it filled. I waited about two weeks because my Medicaid had kicked in and I didn't need my medication filled right away. For some reason she put it in the system that I had the same prescription filled two weeks apart. When I know full and well that I didn't. I'm studying to be an MA i know the laws and I'm not stupid. My insurance has sent me a letter saying the medication is approved for SIX MORE MONTHS, but because of CVS and this pharmacist my Dr doesn't trust me and won't approve it. My insurances changed, i went to the ER, they said I need to see my DR asap. I had to go see the Dr on my new insurance. He wrote the prescriptions I'm usually prescribed even though I didn't need them yet. My Dr was fine filling my prescription until he talked to the pharmacist who has no idea about anything and made a very low and disgusting judgement. I've enjoyed my panic attacks by the way. Also, when I call to schedule my refills she treats me like a junkie and tells me things like, "NO, YOU CANT HAVE IT TODAY" to which I reply, "um, i was asking when I could schedule it" SO SO SO SO rude. Specially to someone who's in the medical field and knows how patients are supposed to be treated by ANY medical personnel. read more

The pharmacy is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called early to put my insurance on file and was told to just come in, it would only take a few minutes. Well that took 15 minutes and I was late to class. Also the behind the counter doesn't know how to enunciate!!!!!! I was promised my prescription this morning, but did that happen? NO! So here I am with a broken foot and no medication because y'all hired some idiot guy and some squeaky voiced girl who has an attitude. I'm curious to know if they had broken foots how they'd feel if their pharmacy was delaying necessary prescriptions!!!!!! GO TO WALGREENS! read more

This is probably the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I get alerts when my prescription is ready but when I go by to pick it up it's not ready. This has happened three times. Each time the rude pharmacy tech is not helpful and cannot explain why this keeps happening. The store is also very dirty. Time to switch pharmacy's! read more

Arrived here after a nearby urgent care clinic said I needed a referral to be seen there, wasn't true but due to feeling incredibly sick I wasn't going to argue with them. As I was exiting the parking lot, I saw the CVS Minute Clinic across the way and thought why not. I walked in and Nurse Practitioner Obiageli Ezekwesili immediately welcomed me in. Mind you, I look like death on a stick and hacking up a lung so even I wouldn't have wanted to share a small space with myself. But she made me feel very comfortable and gave me a complete medical exam just like my PCP's office would have. She went over my treatment, prescriptions, and sent them to a pharmacy on the way home for me. In and out in about 30 minutes and only paid $25 copay. Incredibly pleased and already on the mend as I type this. Really thankful for this place! read more

Never have I ever dealt with such lazy cashiers in my life. I went in to use a coupon that they had sent me by the way be prepared to not be able to use coupons on the stuff you need because it's magically always on sale and you can't use their coupons on sales items anyway back to my story I went in to use my coupon 2 dollars off household purchase I always am able to use this coupon on chips and drinks but when I went to use it the other day the kid at the register told me I couldn't use it on this and when I tried to explain to him that I could he just dismissed me instead of calling over a manager to make the situation right and then when my receipt printed out after him canceling my purchase he threw it away without giving me my coupons that came from my card based on my voided purchase it's like you already rubbed me the wrong way by not honoring the coupon which by they way doesn't say it excludes food now you won't even give me my coupons. I will defiantly be taking my business elsewhere from now on unless there is something I desperately need in there I will not be going back. read more

This pharmacy lacks any knowledgeable pharmacists. The technicians are way too cocky for their mediocre level of training and are often rude, rolling their eyes and sighing when they approach you at the counter. I always feel sooo bad that I have interrupted their nap time! If you have a physician electronically send over a prescription to this pharmacy and don't pick it up in just a few days, they will actually delete the prescription from their records (not just put the medicine back on the shelf)! I have reminded them on many occasions that this is illegal. But, they continue to do it and just say "oops" when I ask why they have again violated the law... sometimes I have been in to see my physician and reminded him that I am running low on a certain medication but that doesn't mean that I am ready to refill it. The physician (or his clerk) will electronically refill it while I am sitting in their office just to get it off of their desk. So, the pharmacy ASSUMES I want to fill it right then and there. If it is a current medication and just a refill, that is an absurd assumption! I plan to transfer all of my prescriptions to the nearby Walgreens next week. I've had it. read more

LOVE THE Pharmacists, but the store always has items mispriced, but never in the guest's favor. Yesterday, regular price on eggs $1.79 on the shelf, $2.99 at the register......Abby the cashier really didn't care, that's why you need a saver card. Not sorry, not let me fix that, so I got a card, and with the card it is $1.50 off, so now it should be $.29 but it is $1.49.....Talked to Melody the manager, just kind of rolled her eyes and went back to stocking the drinks......shady and sneaky.
