He must hate his job, and he should not be working with the public I went in to have a consultation with the pharmacist about a prescription I was having problems getting filled. I walked up to the consultation booth and was told he would be there soon as he was on the phone He then looks up from the phone and asks, "What do you want?" I tell him I'll wait till he's off the phone. He then hangs up and walks over to the consultation booth and stands about 2-3 feet from it and has the most annoyed look on his face. WTH did I do?? If I could give a zero star rating I wish i would. BY FAR the worst customer service ever in my entire life. And mind you, I work in retail as well. But the older lady who was the manager I believe, was extremely rude and had the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They made me feel so ridiculed, and small. I had gone there to have cash deposited onto my card. Mind you I've been to a CVS before and have had this account for years, I've never once been charged a fee. So to my surprise I was about to be charged one and I explained to the older lady exactly that. She scoffed at me and said "well I don't know what to tell you but we've always done it this way" and I was taken back by that response and I simply told her "are you sure? Like I said I've never been charged a fee so I don't understand.." she cuts me off and turns her screen toward me and to show me the button and goes "RELOAD CARD RIGHT? See." Proceeds to show me the process and doesn't care that I am on the verge of tears because I've never been talked to like that. NOT ONCE. I was simply asking if that was correct. And employee walks up blonde hair, younger lady. And proceeds to side with the employee - again I understand if this was the process or new or what. But I didn't deserve to talked down too or made to feel inferior. As we were trying to figure it out and lady just kept being ruder and meaner, I told her to forget it I'll just take my money and it's fine... she then threw my money at me and didn't say a thing. She just walked away. I walked to my car and drove off as I proceeded to cry and go down the street to Walgreens. I called corporate and they said they will contact the district manager right away. And honestly I just want an apology that was by far the most humiliating moment in my life in a very very long time. I called the store and spoke with Justin - he is a great employee. Went to get my covid test & vaccine. I scheduled both online and we're both easy and fast! Would recommend getting vaxxed here as the nurse answered all my questions and was very nice about it. The vaccine itself was super fast and I had to wait 15 minutes just to test if i'd have any side effects and then was given green light to leave. read more

This is pretty much a review for the Minute Clinic. I don't really shop at CVS, but we've been to the Minute Clinics off of Hardy Oak/Wilderness Oak and Sonterra/Stone Oak at least 4 times for strep throat, ear infections, and an infected bug bite. Service has been exceptional each time. You can hold your place in line by checking in online or using the app, but I never remember to do that. Wait times have never been more than 15 mins to see the Nurse Practitioners and at least twice there was no wait at all. They send the scripts right over to the pharmacy and you just slide over there to pick it up. Earn points with your rewards card on all purchases and you can even refill prescriptions and get status updates through the app. When I've had to buy something additional, the cashiers at the front are always speedy too. I've been extremely satisfied with CVS both as a pharmacy and as a Minute Clinic. We now use our primary care provider for just well visits and vaccinations. Easy peasy! read more

Minute Clinic Review: I have NEVER had a positive experience at a Minute Clinic, but this by far was the worst. The level of incompetence exceeded anything I could reasonably comprehend. It took 20 minutes after my scheduled time just to be pulled back for vitals then it took an additional 25 minutes to get my shot. Repeatedly I informed staff that I had another appointment and they continued to do things slowly. At one point a staff member interrupted the nurse practitioner to inquire about another patient. Is there any HIPAA compliance followed here? Needless to say I was late to my next appointment after spending an ungodly amount of unnecessary time in this location for services. read more

Took my husband for COVID testing and the nurse practitioner with blond hair to shoulders, was with other client and opened the door and told me she would be with me and said someone else's name. I just looked at her w/a face like not me. So when she opens the door calls in the patient, the other lady walks in and she was like ohhh I thought that lady was you, pointing at me. One don't point. Then she called my husband and gave me this stank a$$ face and told me I couldn't go in. My husband. It feeling well was confused and I was like what ever with a cocky voice after she gave me this pathetic look telling me with a stupid smirk and waving her finger no. Find another Minute Clinic that doesn't have a stupid Karen working with patients. I wouldn't want someone treating my family members like that, when they are not allowed in. This store is awful. Every year they stock up on Xmas items for people to purchase gifts. This year my daughter received a frozen doll that read CVS on the box. Unfortunately she received four Elsa dolls for Xmas so I needed to return the doll to CVS but I didn't want to ask the giver for a receipt. Seriously, who ever does. I'm literally just here to say that every single experience I have with this CVS is so negative and horrible. It makes me never want to use CVS ever again. Every single person in the pharmacy is such an asshole. I am such a nice person and I make a genuine effort to be nice to people who were customer service positions because I've been there and I know people can be so rude but Before I even have the chance to speak, there is such an attitude every single time. You guys would do a job to provide people with medication and you're in the healthcare field. Why are you doing this job if you're so fucking rude? I was on the phone and the pharmacist tells me that my prescription is back ordered, I asked if she could check if it was available in nearby locations and she basically just said no without checking. Does it hurt you to check? Why must there be such an attitude when someone asks you to do such a minuscule thing? Do you understand that people need their medication? It's like a prerequisite to working here is being rude as hell. He told me rudely, "This isn't the Stone Oak location." He walked away without saying anything else. This guy needs to be trained on customer service. Literally the worst pharmacy in the area. Dropped off a prescription with my id. Didn't give me back my Id so when I went to pick up the prescription they claimed to not have it and I told them to check the transport drop off carrier and they continued to argue it wasn't there and I said to just check it. When I said "sorry for being an inconvenience" said said "it's okay"... even though I was fully expecting her to apologize for arguing with me or literally anything. Came over to pick up refill and unbeknownst the pharmacy was closed. Medication needed is mandatory. Talked to cashier about if we could switch locations. Manager was near and yelled out so everyone could hear that a refill can be transferred but the pharmacy had to be open to do it. So rude but I asked which where the 24 hr pharmacy locations. I asked if they could do the transfer and the clerk answered rudely that she did not know. Well- we left and I called the nearest 24hr location which was not far and she was happy to do the transfer. The pharmacy here is generally fast and easy. I am very picky about the pharmacies that I fill prescriptions at. It seems like there prices have gone down over the last year compared to walgreen, traditionally cvs has seemed to be higher. I recommend taking a few minutes to get a CVS card.
