I don't want to tell too much about my medications so I will just say my doctor prescribe a pill called Substance X. My doctor advised that I would start taking Substance X and stop taking the red pill. When I went to the pharmacy, the pharmacist wanted to talk to me. They had noticed I was taking the green pill and wanted to know if I was going to keep taking it. I was tempted to say blue pill for this third medication but that would have conjured much different image. I told the pharmacist that I was told to start Substance X and stop the red pill but I was told nothing about changes to the green pill. The pharmacist explained that Substance X contained the green pill so I should stop taking bother the red and green pills if I was going to take Substance X. I did contact my doctor just to make sure and they did confirm that I should stop taking the red and green pills. If it wasn't for the pharmacist noticing this issue and taking the time to explain this to me then I might have been doubling my dose of Green Pill.

I came to this HEB and I drove 30 minutes for my medication and it still wouldn't be ready for another hour to hour and a half. Why can't they have medications ready and why don't they add more staff? Plan to wait at least 20 minutes before getting a pick up.

This is for the Shertz location. This place has horrible communication, and will charge you for…read morethings you did not authorize. The first time they sent my medicine, it arrived with 2 stickers on the package- one saying refrigeration required, and one saying refrigeration not required. Their carelessness will cause someone to ruin their medication. I later submitted a refill request, and chose pick up, yet they shipped it to my house which costs an additional $20. I called and emailed them explaining that I specifically chose pick up because I was off work that day, and that I wanted the shipping refunded. They did not even acknowledge my concern. They also chose a flavor for my compounded meds that I never requested, then acted like I asked for it. Needless to say, I switched pharmacies. Don't waste your time here. HEB has a compounding service, and they have locations all over town so you don't have to pay for shipping. They were also $4 cheaper.
