Extraordinarily, horrifically slow. I swear that this location has been understaffed for the last five years, or maybe the staff here just doesn't care. I'm stuck using CVS because of my health plan, but I moved to the CVS at a nearby Target as they are in order of magnitude faster. I can go there and wait in line for five minutes rather than the 15-30 minutes common here. Why do they even bother having a drive-thru if they can't staff it? Ridiculous. read more

Over the last year I have had nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy. The biggest improvement is how informed the employees are, and how far they go to solve any issues that come up. In the past I spoke to employees who had no interest in helping. The current group of employees running the pharmacy know what they're talking about, and when they aren't sure of something they find the person who does know. What a welcomed change! read more

Beyond impressed with the service. Out of town visitors needing transfer of prescription. Pharmacist went above and beyond to help a weary traveler. Had to pay out of pocket and pharmacist was able to change to generic AND loose up a coupon to knock down the cost. Instead of paying over $400 for "name brand"; I was able to get the exact medicine for $40. You don't see this type of service often. Very friendly and very helpful. I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience was extraordinary. If I had the pharmacist name, I'd even write a letter to CVS corporate to personally let them know the gem of a pharmacist who represents them so well. read more

As I am 68 years old, I scheduled a Covid-19 booster here for 6 pm today, 9/27/2021, Monday. Throughout the day, I received 3 reminder texts and 2 reminder emails. Arrived at 5:55 pm, waited in line for awhile, and then overheard the older man in front of me in line being told he could NOT get his scheduled vaccine, because the pharmacy tech called in sick today, and the pharmacist was alone. Makes sense, but if you can send reminder texts/emails, you should be able to send CANCEL TEXTS/EMAILS! Next stop----WALGREENS!! read more

I stopped by last night to pick up a few things. Upon entering the store, it was obvious that it was very understaffed. One person at the front with a long line of customers waiting to check out. Could not find what I was looking for- asked someone in Pharmacy to help- Pharmacy did not know but the customer waiting there was actually able to tell me where to find my items. Went back up front to check out. While waiting in the long line, the pharmacist interrupted the sole guy at the front checkout to cash her out- really? There was a long line of people. Not the best customer service I've seen. In the future, I will be taking my business to Walgreen's instead. read more

Absolute worst photo service I have dealt with. I ordered my photo to be printed via their "one hour" photo service at around 12:45. After a couple hours I started trying to call the number in the email and check online to see the status of the order but I wasn't able to find any way to see it. I ended up having to go to work and hope it would be done when I got off. At 8:15pm when I finished at work, I checked my email and saw that, after nearly 7 hours, the photo was ready at 7:35. The email said the store would be open until 9, as did their hours on apple maps, but when I arrived at the store, I couldn't see anyone inside and the doors were locked. The entire reason I chose to go to cvs for this photo was because it is a gift and I needed it asap. I don't know if some employee decided they wanted an early night and closed up, or if they're short staffed. Regardless, it should not take until 7:35 for a photo to be ready when the estimate is 1:45. read more

My doc sent a prescription to this location 3 days ago. Not filled yet. Waited 15 minutes on hold. Gave up.

I was a long time CVS customer. About 3 months ago, I stopped getting notified when my prescriptions (auto refill) were ready to be picked up. I'd call and their automated service menu would say that it was 'in process'. I'd wait a couple days, and still not receive any notice. I'd go the store and would be informed that my prescription was still not ready, despite being 'in process' for 2+ days. This has gone on for about three months. Any attempt to call the pharmacy and talk to an actual person requires waiting for 10-20 minutes. This is not an exaggeration! The last straw was when I called and was told my prescription was yet again 'in process', and I would receive a text msg when it was complete. It was never filled and I actually missed a dose of my medication. I called and after waiting the usual 10-20 minutes, the pharmacist said he would 'try to fill it today'. I since switched to mail order and refuse to give CVS any of my money. CVS may be OK if you want a pack of cigarettes or some fake eyelashes, but if you want to get your medications filled in a timely manner, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

The personnel in the pharmacy are rude and treated me like I was a drug dealer going to sell my prescription to kids on the street. I started giving them my business 3 months ago but wont anymore. They called me to let me know my prescription was ready to pick up as part of their automated SERVICE I had signed up for. I stopped to pick up the subscription and then told me they never called and I couldn't pick it up for another 3 days. Then they refused to let me pick it up until the day after the old prescription ran out. They treated me I had done something wrong in getting my prescription filled . Never been treated so poorly and won't be going back. read more

I would give this CVS zero stars if I could. The male manager is a very rude and hateful person. I wanted to make a return of a faulty product then exchange another product, but I did not have my receipt because the self checkout didn't print it when I initially made my purchase. I had my ID and credit card I used for purchase with me so the purchase could be looked up with my card. The manager was very hateful from the start and asking why I would return two products that were already used and I politely explained my reasoning. After he harassed me for wanting to exchange an item I said I will just return both now. He then refused to process my return until I got the product I wanted to exchange. I did not want to interact with this man any further or stay in the store any longer to go find the product I wanted in exchange of the one I had already purchased, so I told him he could just keep the two products and my money. I have never been treated so poorly from a staff member at any convenient store and I will absolutely never return to this store. read more

Horribly slow service! I went in the drive thru, which should be faster you would think. I waited for 15 minutes and was not greeted, even after pushing the button. They proceeded to wait on everyone in the lobby (which you can see from the drive thru) and completely ignored me and the others in the drive thru (I was there before all of them.) I finally just left. This is a common occurrence to be ignored or have to wait insanely long times to get your script. The pharmacists are very rude as well. They are always out if my prescriptions even though I refill them monthly. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also, they don't have public restrooms. read more

I usually go to Walgreens but I had a cut on my chin from a dog scratch. Crazy guy flailed when we tried to get him in the backseat. I needed a bandaid so pull in to CVS. Holding a napkin to my chin I go to pay thankful I can one-hand it with my iPhone and Apple Pay. But the clerk says just Google or Samsung pay or whatever. No Apple Pay CVS? That's a no brainier. The pharmacy personnel at this CVS are rude. They misplaced my prescriptions and then, instead of searching and apologizing, they chose to interrogate me: "Who did you speak to when you registered?" "Who did you speak to when you called?" and then the dismissive, "Did you speak with me?" When I could not say who I had spoken with, they simply shrugged at me and made me go and wait in another line. A simple "sorry" would have taken care of everything, but that word doesn't appear to be in CVS Richfield's vocabulary. read more

This CVS is very bad for service. You not only wait for a long time in store but they do not answer the phone when you call. I was on hold for 45 minutes twice. Don't know how this store is still open. My husband and I are switching back to Walgreens. read more

The pharmacy techs are very helpful and never make me feel rushed. This location can get very busy though, so if your going at peak hours be prepared to wait a bit. Store is clean and organized well too. Parking lot can be a little annoying to get out of though as it's on 2 busy roads. read more

I don't know what's going on with CVS. I used to work there a couple of years back and I don't remember it being the way it is now. The front store personal is great however the pharmacy is a whole another story. They do not know how to apologize and take responsibility for their mistakes. Instead they will blame one another. They will ask questions like... "Who did you talk to" etc. It's like I don't care. I don't care who help me out when I drop off the prescription. Am I suppose to record everything to get good service. Anyhow, in my case I had drop off a medication that's suppose to be in the fridge. When I picked it up it wasn't in the fridge. Instead of apologizing to me, they first tried to convince me that I don't know what I am talking about. That they always have the medication out in room temperature. I had used this cream for years and it's a refill. So I know. We then turn to the box storage information and yes it says...can be store in room temperature for two months. Meaning that prior to dispensing it should be in a fridge. Even after reading that he is still trying to convince me. Who knows how long that tube has been out in room temperature. When that didn't work he turn to the...the person who fills it is not here today...Blah blah blah routine. Trying to shift the blame. This place I tell you is bad. I would have been fine with a response as...sorry, I'll get you a new tube, but nope. I transfer my prescription out. I just wish now that whoever has the same prescription as me does not go there and get my tubes. read more

Wonderful costumer service, which as a couponer is a major plus. They are a little higher on their everyday prices. The sales are great though you need a cvs rewards card to get the sale prices. read more
