I have been with this pharmacy location for almost 10 years. When the main Pharmacist Mohammed left, the place fell apart. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I liked one of the other Pharmacists, she was very kind. There is a new younger male Pharmacist whom I witnessed speak down to an elderly Black woman. The woman said 'this is the sixth time you have been out of my medication'. No one offered to help her look for the medication elsewhere, she was ignored. She even called them out on being racist. I don't care what the personal reason may be of the Pharmacist, but help the patient. YOU are only a Pharmacist, you are Not a Doctor so stop making these medical decisions for patients. You should have gone to Med School instead. My personal beef- they lowered a dose of my medication (with approval of my MD AND they left me a message to call them) without telling me when I picked it up. People you don't mess with a middle aged woman and her hormones. People have gone missing for that (I'm joking so chill). Then I came in to refill a prescription that I have to take daily and they said they were out of it. Okay.... I then found out they had 17 of the pills. Okay so I could have picked it up, then went and got another prescription for the rest of it. Let that be my decision to make. WTF is a PT doing making that decision for ME? Folks I work in the medical field. I'm not a freaking pill popper. I know what and why I'm on certain meds for. Horrible experience multiple times. The pharmacy staff especially Muhammad are so rude and not helpful. I've tried calling in to verify and when they are busy they quickly hang up on me then I come in and have to deal with an attitude from Muhammad every time. Walgreens is across the street and i recommend anyone to just go there instead. read more

As others have said, This is a nice, clean and well planned out CVS. The only thing I don't like is that they charge 3 times as much for bodywash as other places. It's crazy. I usually go here to stock up on allergy medicine. Every now and again they have sales on these items and I basically buy them out of stock!!! read more

Literally the worst pharmacy of all time first for three days they tell me that my doctor has not responded on a script that I needed filled So when I called my doctor I found out that nobody had actually sent over the The request from CVS so my doctor had to call them and find out what was going on then when I called back to CVS to find out if my doctor had approved or declined the request they told me that it was declined so then I called my doctor to find out why and it turns out she actually approved the request so then she had to call CVS AGAIN so after that was fixed my doctor called me and told me CVS was filling my script and this was at 3 PM then I got off of work at 7 PM and called to make sure that it was ready and they said that something went wrong AGAIN and it would be ready in 10 minutes So it takes me 40 minutes to get to the CVS and when I arrive I am then told that it would be another 30 to 45 minutes before my script is ready because the person filling the script "IS ON LUNCH?!!?" This is the nicest CVS I have ever been to. The cashier was also very nice, which is not the norm for the majority of the CVS'. Maybe its because this is a fairly newer store? Firstly, the address listed here is wrong, the correct address is: Loehmanns Plaza, 19353 Victory Blvd, Reseda, CA 91335. This review is specifically referring to the store, as I haven't used their pharmacy. I can say without a doubt this is the worst CVS I've ever been to. It smells really bad like diapers and stale kitty litter. Never been to any other CVS that had a smell. It's also very dirty. The items in the store are very expensive but they are always out of everything. There's never anyone working there to help you. Went yesterday to pick up a few things, mostly because it was right next to another store I needed to go to. Big mistake. There was one checker and 15 people in line. Some people came in, saw the line and just left without purchasing anything. A woman tried to ask the checker where to find something and she said she couldn't find it. He said "I don't know what to tell you I'm the only person here". One person working in a huge CVS? That's just ridiculous and seemingly routine for this store. I had another experience at the same store. I was standing in line and there were two checkers. A person cut in front of me and the checker helped her happily because he wasn't paying attention. There was another checker who also wasn't paying attention, she was on her phone. I assumed she was going to help me since the other checker helped the woman behind me. Wrong: I went up to her and after several minutes of her not looking up from her phone, she asked me if I needed help finding something. I said no I just wanted to check out (all I had was a soda). And she said "oh, well, I have to go home now". I was kind of in shock because it would have taken her less than a minute to help me purchase the soda. I've never had an employee at any store CVS or otherwise react to me like that. Anywhere. Finally she decided she would help me pay. I'm not sure why I came back to the store another time after that. This store needs to hire more people, clean up or close completely. Will be writing the corporate office about my experiences there. This store is a joke. read more

This review is specifically for the customer service for the store. I was having a hard time with finding the right color match for my skin in the makeup and the store manager, Tonya, was very kind and patient and is very knowledgeable of the rearrangement that will be happening in the aisles and what new products are being shipped to the store. She also let me know about the refund policy at CVS in case I have a problem. It feels really great having my personal needs met despite the very busy day in the store. read more

This is my favorite CVS. It's huge, clean, and always well stocked - much better stocked than the two CVS nearer me. Parking is ample.

So they may have a bit of a problem with lines getting long BUT everyone is pretty friendly. I LOVE the Minute Clinic staff. They are always friendly and really personable. This store has recently been remodeled, and is really awesome; it gets a star. Unfortunately, the complete incompetence of the pharmacist loses the other four. I was in 10 days ago to pick up prescriptions. I've been coming here 5 years; they used to be great! This time, though, one of my drugs is out of stock. Okay; normal for this drug, so I always update the script in advance... He tells me it is once again out of stock, he has no idea when it will come in; he encourages me to take the prescription and shop it around to other pharmacies. Being familiar with this, I decline and ask them to hold onto the prescription. Back stock eventually catches up. Now, 10 days later, I try checking on it- and the weekend pharmacist says it no longer exists in the system. This means that by discarding the script my wait begins all over again on Monday!! Now my blackstock is gone and I have nothing. Congratulations, pharmacist! You're why I am moving all of my business to Kaiser! read more

CVS itself is horrible. I would give every one of these places 1 broken star. My girlfriend and I drove to 3 different CVSs that also claimed to be 24hrs from Van Nuys to Reseda and ended up at this CVS only to be told that they could not fill our prescription because they were too busy and the pharmacy closes at 8pm. It says 24hrs.. CVS is full of $hit! I will never shop at your stores ever again. read more

This place has the worst customer service ever!! There's usually only 1 register opened and no one greets you at the door like other CVS locations do. I went last night to pick up a few snacks and the person helping me at the register started arguing with his manager and it made me feel so awkward. I guess the manager was telling the employee that he wouldn't use that specific register but the employee didn't comply and simply said "I'm not gonna do what you're asking me to". At least argue when I'm done with my purchase! He didn't even take my cvs card!!!! But I like that it's located in a big plaza so parking is never an issue. Liked it for a while. Little more expensive than some. What has turned me off and looking for new branch is they substituted a med that CANNOT be substituted. Results of this can be life threatening. When I went back the fixed it but it should of NEVER happened since the script was DAW. read more

The only reason I'd care to review a CVS is to note the absolute HORRIBLE lack of customer service. Went in to grab a couple of things (1/14/16 at close to 4:30 PM), get to the registers (of which there are 4), and there is a decent sized line and only one person running a register. While the line continues to grow in size, the Shift Manager (as his badge noted) was standing right by the registers, just talking and laughing with some random person about nothing to do with the store. The line kept getting longer and this guy just stood there, ignoring us all and letting that one person have to ring up everyone. Finally, the one cashier had problems with the register he was on and needed to switch, but he needed that shift manager's key, and after the the shift manager decided maybe he should try to help out. A hispanic female around 29 or 30 years old employee had the guts to tell me "You have unpaid CVS merchandise in that bag" I looked at her attonished and said "No I don't" she insisted that she saw it in the cameras and I continued " No you didn't"... I finished my purchase thinking how should I handle it as was she was doing is punishisable by the law. I called the manager on the phone later on and he apologized etc... You know what I should've did? When I was in line, I shouldv'e yelled "Manager, this lady is accusing me of stealing and not only that shes lying that she saw it in the camera" I think all the public should know of this store experience. And for the people thinking this is "funny" I think it's serious. If you accuse me, ill accuse you! If you're scared of me? Im going to be scared of YOU! This review is for the Minute Clinic. I think its so awesome that they have something like this. I needed a TB test for a job orientation. I went in and I was the only person in line (it was a Friday evening). So I got service right away. The woman was very helpful in answering all my questions about the test and about TB. It was a very informative experience. I don't know if she was an actual doctor or a nurse, but she was very nice. I feel bad that the manager at CVS is apparently so rude (according to other reviewers), but if you are looking for a clinic to get tested for TB, they are very cheap, only $34, and the people I dealt with were very nice :) What I liked best was that the clinic is open slightly later than most doctor's offices would be. And they are open 7 days a week. So you could get a test or a flu shot or a blood pressure consultation any day of the week when you get a day off from work. read more

As a regular costumer I go in everyday when I crave something I want. Frozen food, drinks, chocolate, etc. I go in, but my stuff, get out. Never have I realized that the friendly employees suck at costumer service. I asked an employee that I needed help with the photo section and he told me "I'll send someone out just wait there" I waited for 15 minutes. This rating may be an exaggeration but I waited for 15 minutes like an idiot. Hey so I went to this CVS because I need a tb test. I don't have insurance or nothing so I need to find a place where I would be able to get one cheap. So I saw online the one minute clinic and this fit the name perfectly. I just signed up and right away got help from a lady named glicelia. She was a great help and was really nice. It's is small and only takes one person at a time but since not many people go here I didn't have to wait and they fill out any paper you need signed just make sure you have your id. The test was only 27 bucks flat and they do a lot more stuff like flu and others. This may be just CVS but hey its just like a clinic that is low priced and no having to wait in a long as line for one shot. I really got a lot of info on my test and I'm probably going back for other testes that I might need. I don't know like a flu shot. So I say this is a fast and great place to get your stuff in and out. Lol shots I mean haha bye ;) read more

This place is close to my house but I never come unless it's absolutely necessary. There is never enough cashiers and always employees just walking around - one of them is usually a manager. I put up with this pharmacy much longer than I should have. I am forced to use CVS Pharmacies because of my insurance, but no one should have to put up with prescriptioins never being ready when they were supposed to be, or not having a sufficient amount of pills and charging me an arm and a leg for a smaller quantity. (My insurance gives a better price for a 90-day supply). My medicine was never ready on time and I had to waste precious time to go back time and time again and wait in line. I finally had had enough and transferred my prescriptions to another CVS pharmacy on Roscoe Boulevard in Winnetka. It's a pleasure do to business at this new location, and I haven't had one problem as I had at this other location. I only wish I had transferred my prescriptions over there sooner and saved myself the aggravation of dealing with this pharmacy for so long! read more

Every time I go to this CVS to have photos printed or scanned the machines don't work. It's close to walk to, but i never get to just go in and have pictures printed in an hour. If the machines don't work how do you expect to have pictures printed in an hour. I do not recomend this CVS PHOTO. read more

The wait times are ridiculous, they often have horrible attitudes with customers, and mess up on medications all the time. It didn't take me long before I transferred my prescriptions out of there.
