It is located in the El Camino Shopping Center. Being in a big shopping center provides plenty of parking, which is a plus. This is not my main pharmacy, but I stop by on occasion when I am visiting other establishments in the shopping center. The workers that I have encountered have been helpful and I am able to find items in stock that other CVS locations do not have. This store is open 24 hours a day, and I believe the pharmacy is only closed for 30 minutes at lunch. If you need to find something during the middle of the night, this is your location.

There are two people that I wanted to give a little recognition. The first is Matthew. He is very polite and goes above and beyond to be helpful. The second is Allan. He is my favorite person to encounter at the pharmacy. When I get in line to pick up at the pharmacy, my day is better if I see he's cashiering. They called me back in a timely manner, which is appreciated, However, as the call connected, I overheard the pharmacist making disparaging comments about my voicemail to another employee, and they were both laughing about it. I was shocked and found it unprofessional and disrespectful. When I addressed what I had heard to the pharmacist, the conversation quickly became confrontational. Rather than acknowledging my concern, the pharmacist became defensive, stating that she was the one who was offended - justifying her rude and combative behavior. I couldn't understand why she was the one who was offended (is it because I called out the behavior?) When I asked for her name, she replied only, "Pharmacist." I clarified that I was requesting her actual name, at which point she hung up on me. I immediately contacted corporate to report the interaction. Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially when calling with questions about their medications. A simple apology or professional explanation would have gone a long way. As a result of this experience, I transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed in the way this pharmacist spoke to me, I hope she doesn't treat people this way on a daily basis.
