I was shocked that CVS at Redlands Mall is violating civil rights. I needed a prescription today; entered the store and was immediately told that I had to wear a mask. Neither the President not the Governor NOR CDC have REQUIRED a mask to be worn. No need to say that CVS will no longer be a pharmacy that I will use. I hope there is a CLASS ACTION suit brought against CVS for violating people's rights to wear or not wear a mask. I will join that lawsuit in a heartbeat. There are NO signs posted outside or at the door that a mask is a CVS requirement. read more

Do not ever use this pharmacy. I wasted hundreds of dollars on my prescriptions that are covered at every other cvs I have ever been to. This is my first ever review of anything on yelp but I have had such a negative, time-consuming, miserable experience here that I feel obligated to share. The pharmacists at this location don't care, won't call for you, and have no desire to help with the problems they cause. Once I called cvs Caremark they fixed my problems but because of the time that I got my prescriptions there (over 6 months) I would get a few dollars for every hundred I spent. Cvs Caremark even gave me a phone number to give to the cvs pharmacy but they said the phone number didn't work. When I called cvs Caremark again the representative could barely get ahold of the pharmacy and when they did they spent a lot time on hold trying to figure out what was going on at the pharmacy. Basically, even cvs didn't know what was going on at this pharmacy. Every time I went there was another problem that made it so they wouldn't cover my pills and I was desperate so I paid them. Don't get your photo prints here. They have shut down the kiosk due to Covid. CVS management must be very backward. I just went to RiteAid to get my prints. got a prescription for my 3 year old who has a stomach bug, was given an anti nausea oral solution. when i received it it said "2mg by mouth" they were too lazy to do the conversion and i almost gave my son double the dose luckily my daughter used to be a pharmacy tech so she caught me. she described how sloppy this label is based on her experience. you NEVER leave the patient to figure out the conversions to the medicine even if it seems simple enough to figure out. 0/10 would be my review if i was allowed. this pharmacy is sloppy and lazy. read more

The vibes of the store is VERY low class. The store itself is in desperate need for some renovation. It's dirty overall with many stains in the very beat up carpet. The staff members act as if they have a chip on their shoulder aside from Carlota. She's almost overly friendly & warm. Oh yeah there's always hobos or sketchy people hanging around the front which can make me feel uneasy. Almost to the point where if it's not light out, I'll come back another time. The pharmacy is okay but there's always a line. The parking is atrocious since the parking lot is often used by people who are just shopping/eating on State street. Don't even think about coming here on Thursday evening because Market Night will swamp the parking spots and there'll be tons of sketchy people & rowdy high school kids roaming around the front of CVS or sometimes even inside. I feel bad for CVS staff members who have to work here on Thursday evenings/nights. The only shining star of this CVS is it's 24 hours pharmacy. read more

Pros: They are open 24 hours and have a variety of items that you may not find in your chain stores. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. Hence, the one star. Cons: Pharmacy is unorganized, prescriptions are never ready when promised. I have been using this pharmacy for 5 years and enough is enough. I have refilled on line and by phone. I get the same deer in headlights look from them every time I get to the counter and give them my information. The story is always the same "Oh maybe it didn't go through", like seriously. I show them my e-mail confirmation and same dumbfounded look. Oh and the last couple of times I have gone there have been irrate people at the pharmacy throwing a fit due to there lack of organization, starting to wonder if safety is going to be an issue. This location and the new CVS near Staters are the same distance from my house. I am going to switch, hopefully they are better organized. read more

Because of my chronic eczema problems I use a skin care product that is not readily available at many stores and this CVS is one of the few that carries this product, (La Roche Posay). I had a 20% membership coupon that expired today which I wanted to use towards a LaRoche purchase. The young Gentleman who helped me, Mahir, not only applied the 20% off purchase coupon but also presented a $12.00 membership coupon to be used towards my purchase which saved me $26.63!! I would love to take my business elsewhere but this is the only one in the area which is open 24 hours. Pharmacy has always given me great customer service ,especially when I needed it most, I have bad anxiety/panics along with phobias , as easy as it would have been for them to push me aside at the beginning of this traumatic change in my life they answered all questions they spent time looking up natural products that would or would not mix well with my meds along with dealing with me calling everyday for about a mo. The pharmacy was patient kind and did what they could for me never rude nor did they ever seem annoyed , a bit of a new crew , have not had much time to get to know them but so far OK As for the rest of CVS employees especially cashiers I always get greeted, its a genuine greet I just love it , other employees working stocking items can vary some nice some just look grumpy parking OK and as for overall appearance of store it could use a bit of TLC .location great . read more

Got out of Urgent care twice in the past 10 days. They had my meds on back order both times. Sent me on a wild goose chase to other locations that were either closed, or didn't actually have it. Do yourself a favor...go to Costco. No insurance, go to Wal Mart's pharmacy. Anywhere is better than cvs. Any medication they do have of mine, they take F-O-R-E-V-E-R to get it ready or get to you in line. I have been coming here for several years and have yet to have a bad experience. I will drive further than necessary for a pharmacy that I know will be a quick, efficient experience. Why oh why do I keep going to this pharmacy? Creature of habit, I guess. It's close, open 24 hours, and they have all my history, so I always seem to come back despite gross inefficiencies. I won't even get into today's debacle except to say, when you've gotten something wrong repeatedly, the answer is NOT to send a sick customer back to the end of the line (for the third time) because "that's how the process works." Some of the pharmacy workers really do try (some), but they always seem overwhelmed and under-trained. Maybe one of these days I will finally get all of my prescriptions out of there for good. This store is a despicable. Manager accused my wife of stealing for trying to return something I had bought to put in her Christmas stocking. I got the wrong color and my wife just wanted to exchange for the right color. What trashy managers they have working here. They had my wife so upset that she was shaking. Giving 3 stars due to one employee in the pharmacy. However, I want to say that most employees in pharmacy and the store are wonderful. I called to fill a prescription for my 11 month old son and was told I cannot refill for another 3 days. My son's medication ran out and this employee, pretty sure she was just a pharmacy tech, was unwilling to assist. This review is for the pharmacy. I usually never have a problem with CVS pharmacy until now. CVS did not order my prescription after a week of dropping off the rx slip. If this were life saving medication, someone might be dead already and this store would have been sued by now. I no longer have faith in this CVS pharmacy branch to fill my precriptions in a timely manner and will now take my business to locally owned pharmacy that can order prescriptions in a timely manner. I was recently prescribed medication that needed to be special ordered. I dropped it off a week ago on 4/24/18 and the CVS pharmacist told me that it would be filled by Friday 4/27/18. I came into CVS on Saturday 4/28/18 to pick up my medicine and they said it was not ready, and would be filled by Tuesday 5/01/18. Okay, fine I understand that it's a special order and may take some time to fill. On the evening of 5/01/18, I still have not heard from the CVS pharmacy, so I decided to call at aprox 7pm to see if my perscription was ready for pick up. The pharmacist said they were not expecting any medication for me and then checked the stack of unfilled prescription slips and informed me that the prescription STILL had not been ordered and was not yet in the system. At this point, a week has already passed and i'm starting to get frustrated because of ordering negligence. It should not take a week to order medication that is time sensitive and needed before a major surgery. This time sensitive information was noted on my rx slip. The pharmacist suggested to come back the next day and talk to the person in charge of ordering medication for the pharmacy. This way I would be sure that he put in my order and I would receive the medication in time for the surgery. Ordering negligence is unacceptable...especially if someone is trying to fill their prescription in advance before surgery, to allow for shipping. I will no longer do business with CVS pharmacy because they did not order my prescription in a timely manner. read more

This is unbelievable 2 months trying to get some of my clearly doctors prescriptions was then also transferred to that location. Called cvs corporation who then informed me to go back and did and Hana doing prescription stopped after first on, bud to no computer internet down. Returned but now had cvs app on my iPad Pro that refused to order any prescriptions,mine are about 36 on transfer. Told could not fill all of them now, ok I only need these 2 now. Being to this building that had other owners companies before. Those days bring in your doctors written prescription to got to that wall get it done out of store humm in 5 minutes. Now same building but now is cvs pharmacy not vons and the other company are gone. So on same wall and with same 37 years services staff from all owners showed John pharmacy manager as I said you still have this product on wall called ( odd spell check changes name to something else impression stockings is what it is ) but excuse cvs does not know how to do billing , then told no such products that I and staff show cvs does have it on wall for same wall for 37 years and John told me with staff present he will order mine and call me. Then on may 1 2017 arrived to pickup several prescriptions and asked are my compression stocks here doing follow up. And John got off phone and said cannot get them , wait John they are still on your wall but not my size You told me your ordering and will this week now you deny all this trying for now in may 1 You deny and just walk away and told him his words have no credibility and to be lied by the John pharmacy manager who only wasted my time is not acceptable and told him cvs Corp and all Medicare, medical, Medicaid, and my health net I will file a complaint for a lying pharmacy manager who turned to me and said we are done. He is done once cvs corporation does stop this continued extremely rude condescending staff who are poorly trained and then lecture you in store after being lied too is unceptable. I did one star because no options to do zero stars. Reading years of reviews this store consistently never has improve customer services, bathrooms are health risk customer services I went to cvs store manager but none available but one claimed to be had not manager business cards told me to wait and he will resolved. I said no my refrigerated prescriptions I have to go home now on heat driving my 4 miles per hour electric powerchair in heat and do not have time to wait with my must have refrigerated prescription. I had to demand an ice packs but only got one. So in short items I need are still on wall for 37 years and got them from prior owners with no issues. But cvs pharmacy cannot read and English written prescriptions and so on iPad Pro I show it to them ot is quantity of 15 whereas the one box has only 5 pens and order is for 15 Took hours to get that dine last week. So on may 1 2017 told had 2 prescriptions was ready only ordered one, show me, I open brag it was same prescription for needles gotten last week, wait already go this last week cannot used 200 needles is wrong never ordered this and nobody claims to have made this for me. I shows cvs app only has 1 today. Then saw identical prescriptions with 2 Durrent rd numbers and asked why did you do this ? Told I did it wrong, how I did not ever work here I am not a pharmacy person and I did not make this cvs app. They blamed apple screwed up. But apple does not make cvs app. So 1) they cannot read. (Thank you yelp for changing my words to something I never typed in ) 2) they blame you when on the wall they sell my prescriptions compression stocking, 3) never answer my questions 4) cvs corp does not do follow ups to teach them how to do billing. 5) John pharmacy manager lied to me with staff present then just walks away is not customer services , then tells me I must pay full price for prescriptions he never did order another lies of many from only this cvs store 8896 I was told it is. I went in to CVS by Redlands Mall around 8pm to get a money order to pay my water bill that was due today. I made arrangements with Redlands utilities earlier that I would drop the payment in the drop box after work, even though it was after hours. But unfortunately the lady working at register 2 asked for my ID and stated something wasn't working. I asked if it was my ID as she tried it a 2nd time. Error said validation error, she made no attempt to try and key it in or use a different register but just turned me away. I have used CVS once before for these same services and the lady that helped me then was very helpful as it was my first time getting a money order to pay my water bill from CVS, as I heard money orders are 24 hours there and conveniently right across the street from paying the water bill. I am very disappointed as she made no attempt to try and help, making the situation even more so inconvenient. read more

This is the CVS in Redlands. I have been there several times my Mom lives there and her doctors are in Redlands.The wait in pharmacy is ridiculous. Went there on 2-8 and yesterday after waiting 40-45 minutes get in line to pay both times. They don't have that I have been waiting until I go up to cash register then cashier puts in I am waiting and states 15-20 minutes. They told me that initially? Not many customers in pharmacy waiting that I could see like on 2-8 don't understand why it takes so long? My mother is 85 and in hot car waiting. When I get rx time promised always shows time picked up NOT THE TIME THEY REALLY TOLD YOU? They never have supplies in bathroom had to tell store worker no toliet paper again!! read more

Super rude and inconsiderate. I came to CVS after being released from the hospital with multiple broken bones, including a cast on my arm. I went to the drop off area and the lady looked up and said "I'll be with you in a few minutes" I asked for a chair to sit in while I waited. The lady replied it will only be a few minutes.. (Doesn't really work when you can only stand for 2 mins) When she was "ready" she let me know that the pain pills wouldn't arrive for two days. I understand being cautious about some medication, but where are injured people supposed to get medication to manage pain after accidents? I went elsewhere to have my reasonable prescriptions filled. Only go to this location if you cannot go to any other retail store or pharmacy. The store is dirty and in need of a remodel. The lines at the pharmacy are always too long and the service people seem unconcerned. This place needs new management, to make patrons feel safe and valued, and a new look. After waiting on a prescription there I felt sick with frustration and generally disgusted with humanity. Then, when I called them out, they took off the labels and I waited 10 minutes while the manager on staff, Cynthia, called only and allowed a price match to match what was labeled. The pharmacy staff is great. The rest of the store is filthy, the carpet is stained, and the parking lot is cleaner to use if you need a bathroom. I have seen cleaner restrooms in a filthy bus station. No toilet paper, the floor has not been moped in months, the sink was so filthy I left without washing my hands. Everything in the restroom was broken. There was something disgusting on the walls. Like I said, use the parking lot if you need a toilet. read more
