It's in a very small strip mall on busy Atwood Ave next to an Italian deli. But walk inside and it's a neat and clean small full service pharmacy with the things you NEED for your health care needs. Rubbing alcohol, bandaids, various cold remedies and more. Some folks of a certain age may not remember this, but you actually had to go to a DRUG STORE to buy these things. So this is that drug store from your grandparent's days. They also have the old school pharmacy kitsch-sun catchers and little trinkets at the counter. But onto the good stuff -the staff. They are kind, friendly and professional. An absolute delight! They clearly had a steady flow of senior customers who are regulars and they took the time to catch up with all of them. This place is all about service. So please don't come here if you're looking for a big box, in and out, make no eye contact transaction. DO come here if you want someone to connect with you, chat up a fellow customer in line and ask about your day - and have the staff greet you by first name, answer your questions thoroughly and apply the proper insurance discounts for you. Parking is tight but easy in and out with a traffic light adjacent to the parking lot.

They are an amazing group of kids from Zahan to Sean and Manny etc. Yes you'll be on a 1st name basis in no time. They have helped me immensely. They are not only helpful they actually care about you. Can you say that at any other pharmacy? Probably not. They're in Johnston approximately 7 miles or so from my house but I'd rather drive there than deal with another cvs or Walgreens. However they do deliver. In recent months I call and left a message to cancel her delivery because she was in the hospital . Tom called personally just a few hours later to ask what had happened and how she was. Upon her release from rehab I called with only a few days notice with new medications and a very small window in which to have it delivered. I called one Wednesday and was told friday but they had them there on thursday . As the primary care giver for my mom I am so appreciative when I find ppl who will help me and make my.life easier. I have to make trips back and forth to get meds. because he doesn't have them. I want to support the small business in our town but I can't wait for my meds when the doctor waits me to start them right away. The hours aren't really that great either. He's closed on Sundays and closed at 3:00 on Saturday, not everyone can get there according to his hours. I hate to switch back to CVS because I don't care for them at all but I might not have a choice. I use to get a text when my pills were ready but that stopped now I have to call. I thought it would be great doing business with a small pharmacy especially for shots etc. but he's one person and I think that's the problem. If you have a new prescription after 6pm or a Saturday after 3 or a Sunday you would have go to CVS anyway. It's very disappointing.

Due to relocating from VA, some of my medications were difficult to get transferred. Kristen helped make that process more understandable and saved us a lot of money in the long run. Whoever she is, give her a raise! Her customer skills are on point and we finally got all of my medications situated today. I definitely recomend this pharmacy as when I went to pick up my dedications Kristen was not working. The lady who checked me out was courteous and seemed knowledgeable with my situation. There was one person in front of me and there was 2 techs I literally didn't wait longer than a couple minutes, Denise did my bloodwork she was very gentle she also checked me in and was very kind. The place is clean and plenty of parking. I would go here if I were in the area again. Very nice workers here and I was in and out I love that. Oh and I dislike needles very much- I made Denise aware of that and she spoke to me the whole time without even scaring me or hurting me.
