I have to make trips back and forth to get meds. because he doesn't have them. I want to support the small business in our town but I can't wait for my meds when the doctor waits me to start them right away. The hours aren't really that great either. He's closed on Sundays and closed at 3:00 on Saturday, not everyone can get there according to his hours. I hate to switch back to CVS because I don't care for them at all but I might not have a choice. I use to get a text when my pills were ready but that stopped now I have to call. I thought it would be great doing business with a small pharmacy especially for shots etc. but he's one person and I think that's the problem. If you have a new prescription after 6pm or a Saturday after 3 or a Sunday you would have go to CVS anyway. It's very disappointing.

In recent months I call and left a message to cancel her delivery because she was in the hospital . Tom called personally just a few hours later to ask what had happened and how she was. Upon her release from rehab I called with only a few days notice with new medications and a very small window in which to have it delivered. I called one Wednesday and was told friday but they had them there on thursday . As the primary care giver for my mom I am so appreciative when I find ppl who will help me and make my.life easier. I am so greatful for the wonderful service they provide.

At times we don't know if we need to get these until the day of or day before. They have driven down to North Kingstown to delivery one set after a very late decision by the Dr's. This was very helpful as it was the end of the work day and there was no way we could make it to Lincoln before they closed. On Christmas weekend we thought we were going to enter into another situation of needing the drugs on a holiday. We called to let them know and found out the RI branch would be closed. The branch in Waltham, Mass was very helpful and followed-up with us when they hadn't heard if we would be needing the prescription or not. They have truly acted like an extension of our health-care....which is more than you usually get out of National Chains where you are another faceless customer.

She finally asked family members name. 4 times we gave her the name and still got it wrong. As we were leaving she was rolling her eyes and still giving an attitude. Would not recommend going here.

Hawaii had a huge hospital with a tiny pharmacy, CT has a huge pharmacy with a tiny hospital, and this clinic is moderately sized with a very appropriately sized pharmacy. The pharmacy is directly inside the front doors to the right, with an automated kiosk for check in. There is some seating, but not enough, and they have about 5-6 windows for clients. The wait can be long, but the people working behind the counter are courteous and efficient. It is a military base, so most of the people waiting for prescriptions are active duty or their family members, although I do see quite a few vets who come in for their meds as well. There is a gorgeous open area enclosed with glass by the seating area that lets in natural light and gives you something to look at, however right now it's just growing copious numbers of weeds. Sad. Selection is good, and they have been decent with making sure to stock medications and fill on time. It's nothing much to look at, and doesn't offer many perks, but they are fast, efficient and free, so it's worth the trip. Ample parking with their awkward one way road circling the facility, which may change with the ongoing $4+million renovation.

My wife Lauretta and I have been going there for over 50 years (not an error... 50 years!), and I can attest to the courteous and efficient service provided by the staff at the pharmacy. I have always felt the same way for the staff of civilians inside the pharmacy that I suspect are hard at work even now during this COVID Pandemic. It felt great being in a welcoming, well organized and functioning operation like this. This may seem like a rather small thing to praise, but after living outside of military facilities for some years now, it is a refreshing change. Needed bloodwork done for my new job. This location was only a few minutes away so I went here…read more I've never been here before but I'm so glad I went. There was one person in front of me and there was 2 techs I literally didn't wait longer than a couple minutes, Denise did my bloodwork she was very gentle she also checked me in and was very kind. The place is clean and plenty of parking. I would go here if I were in the area again. Very nice workers here and I was in and out I love that. Oh and I dislike needles very much- I made Denise aware of that and she spoke to me the whole time without even scaring me or hurting me.

Pretty straight forward place…read more The people that assisted with my services were really nice. I will say this building is CONFUSING to walk around in. The best thing to do is go all the way to the back (Lower level) and park back there, RIMI has their own doors and that's where they are located. Conveniently located near the Atwood urgent care, and Atwood/hartford. The clothing you have to put on is pretty size inclusive (I wear a 3x) & you can lock your belongings up as well.
