They literally can't seem to do anything in time, despite giving you a pickup time...when it's never ready. You end up coming back several times for the same prescription. Nothing on their app seems to correspond to the reality of what is available and when to pick it up. They no longer stock many or most medications, and only offer terrible cheap generics, for which you have no choice. We will try to find another pharmacy...anywhere else has to be better.

You may go there and expect to pick up a prescription and they will tell you..we are out of that one. That's it. "It may be on the truck tomorrow afternoon." They have no way to let you know in advance. They have no store inventory program to check and see if it is available in another store. They may call for you to try and find it. If available, it is up to you to go there to get it. When they say they deliver...that means USPS...the post office..not a delivery service like UBER.

Unfortunately, I had gone to another CVS same day in Allen on McDermott to make another purchase and also use the $4.00 coupon I received from 4130 after picking up meds and making a purchase accordingly. The guy at register and then accompanied by another woman employee said I couldn't use it, 'it doesn't work that way'. I had to make ANOTHER purchase in order to use the coupon from my first purchase. I gave them back what I was purchasing and told them I would not be shopping Walgreens any longer and flipping meds to CVS. This is a ridiculous rule. You make a purchase, receive a coupon and then can't use it on your next purchase because it will only get scanned to your wallet and then you must make ANOTHER purchase in order to use. What really frustrated me, was the attitude of the store manager. He was looking at me like I was dumb, and couldn't speak English, and told me to call corporate. He was saying something about photos on the phone app came out like that, which made no sense. Throughout the conversation, he wasn't even trying to help but rather brush me off telling me to go print at another location, saying maybe they have better photo printing technology...I called 1800 photo, and they said I could go back asking for a refund, which this manager couldn't offer at that moment.
