The pharmacist was like, "Yes, we called her name" when I asked if it was ready yet, which was strange as I absolutely didn't hear it. Strange they're not up to date on their technology, but alrighty. I also had to tap my card twice to pay. All in all, glad I stopped in as it saved me a trip at home but the vibe sure was something else.

With the lack of a grocery store in Old City, the smart thing to do would be to expand those sections. But I can usually find what I'm looking for here. And the pharmacy rarely has a wait. They recently added self checkout machines, so u can generally avoid that person holding up the line complaining about something or asking for a rain check on a coupon. But the owner has such good taste in products and somehow manages to stock the store with a wide variety of things that are high quality, unique, and cool. Skincare, bodycare, vitamins and supplements, teas, candles, soaps, everything. A lot of organic and artisanal products. A lot of smaller brands. A lot of imported things that you don't see every day. It's like a magic trick. They're also super nice as pharmacists. And just super great customer service all around. I went into the city to stay at a hotel but with my luggage stuck at the airport and inaccessible, I went in search for a drugstore to get some toiletries and other items once I arrived to the hotel. This CVS Pharmacy was the closest drugstore to the hotel. As I walked to the front entrance, there was a homeless man in front of the entrance where it was awkward to walk around him but I needed to go into the store. I was pleased, however, with the service and the items in stock upon my arrival though. The store looked a bit disheveled where a number of items including deodorant were locked up, and I needed to find an employee to assist me. Once the employee arrived, I was able to ask them where other items I was looking for were located. One item was too large (for only one night), and the employee went into the back to find me a smaller item at a smaller price. Not all employees would have been willing to do so. Ultimately, I found all items I was looking for, which were all everyday items. Messages left for the pharmacy are returned in the PROMPT manner they are supposed to. The pharmacists, and staff are, EMPATHETIC, SOLUTION-ORIENTED, and are truly a breath of fresh air! CVS has updated the check-in process, with automated check-in screens at every pharmacy register, to provide a more EFFECTIVE and EFFICIENT process, beneficial to customers and the staff. I applaud Mr. Oke, who oversees the pharmacy for the region, and the VP of Customer Relations, and her staff. Additionally, the CVS representatives on phone support have consistently been helpful, and have tried to use their resources to correct issues. Again, THIS IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PHARMACY AND STORE EXPERIENCE!. From front of house to the pharmacy, hiring is well done, and THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL .
