This is my regular go-to CVS. Today I came to pick up a RX and the employees in the pharmacy are very nice, friendly and helpful. I don't usually have to wait long, they are attentive to people picking up RXs. I also found some clearance toys today for my sons that were on 70% off. This CVS is very nicely put together and organized. The employees in the front always greet me. This is a wonderful CVS! read more

I went in to CVS as I woke up with my eye glued together. I looked through the eye drop area and was not sure what would help if I needed a prescription so asked the pharmacy. Kareem came out to the aisle to help me. He was very knowledgeable and honest that the drops could help but I probably needed a RX since it sounded like a bacterial infection based on my cat rubbing his face on me while I was cleaning his abscess. Unfortunately my insurance only covers prescriptions at Walgreens so I didn't get it filled at CVS but was super happy to have a helpful, patient, and knowledgeable pharmacy within walking distance from me. This pharmacy used to be outstanding. They do not care about the customer since Joe Pham has been gone. He cared and made sure any issues were solved. I asked for a simple transfer of a profile to another store. After talking with two pharmacists the answer was no it could not be done unless it was to a different pharmacy like Walgreens. The request was from a different CVS pharmancy simply requesting the profile be sent to the new pharmacy. I even asked her to call the pharmacist at the new store so it could be straighten out. How hard would that have been. Very, very disappointing! read more

Finally, I just had my prescription transferred somewhere else. This place this pharmacy is just horrendous. I counted six people standing around doing nothing while I waited for help and that is six people behind the pharmacy counter on top of that they would not let me check out a Gatorade at the pharmacy counter ridiculous. read more

The pharmacist has no manners or customer service skills. Told me to my face after pulling up my prescription that it wouldn't be ready for another hour because they "just opened" (25 minutes before I arrived) and I asked if I could just wait there since it was a quick amoxicillin prescription and I was already there and he gave me attitude saying "No i'll see you in an hour" then immediately looked past me turning his attention to the next in line as I stood shocked by his general disregard but whatever I understand they are busy but then I get a text 15 minutes later that it's ready, why waste my gas and time and give me such attitude if it was so easy to fill? read more

Rushed up and went through their drive through at 4:55pm on a Sunday because they had just sent a text that a prescription was ready and I knew they closed at 5:00pm. The automated speaker said someone would be right with me so I politely waited and at 5:01pm someone came to the window and tells me they are closed and then argued me that I hadn't been sitting there for a few minutes BEFORE 5:00pm. Customer service in management is not known! The employees have great customer service it is just the management that it is not there. This is not the only cvs I've seen it in another one right up the street I complained to corporate and nothing happened. So don't waste your time on complaining they do not care. I have been in the neighborhood for a long time and remember when this location was being built -- back in a time where Eckerds still existed. This location has always been extremely convenient to access and is stocked full of everything one may need for their home health needs. Additionally, there is plenty of snacks and drinks for convenience. Limited staff like many other drug stores, but overall very well laid out. read more

This is my go-to store for drugs, cosmetics, otc and healthy supplements and the need only milk eggs and bread. Their reward dollars pile up quickly and save you $$$$. It's a c_v_s nothing good nothing bad it's clean the prices are okay on the cashiers were friendly I have never used this particular pharmacy but it seems fine the only thing really keep in mind is the busiest for dominic leah to rest location so you will find much more in the way of flip flops sunscreen it and disney memorabilia then you will in the way of household goods it caterers to the mini vacation homes and british hooter wrist to this area of davenport 4 corners for their disney trips so just keep that in mind depending on what you need but there's a publix right across the street to if they don't have what you need read more

I came into the CVS to do a money order. After telling them I was there for a money order they told me go by the red phone and pointed. So I looked and couldn't find any paper work and I asked again and they just kept pointing, never showing me directly after they saw I was lost and confused. The manager Roxanne then exclaimed, "pick up the phone". When I came back with the Reference number, the manager walked passed me and said dryly, "I don't have any money". She was rude and the nice cashier explained what happened, but that was just bad costumer service read more
