We headed to this location cause we were in the area awhile back before everything closed down for COVID. They were clean, well-organized and staff was friendly. I enjoy looking through the baby / toddler clothes as they usually have good sales / clearance racks. I was able to find a couple of items, and check-out was easy and quick. They also have shop online and pick-up in store for free, so keep that in mind if you want to have an easier in / out of the store experience. Great store when you need some clothing I had a great experience while I was shopping

This JCPenny location is a little unorganized at times. I went before Christmas & after & both times i waited in a long line to be told they don't know the answer to a question & i had to ask. There was no one in the areas i needed, i asked to have someone paged but it took 15-20 mins for an associate to come. This is a smaller location than Millenia so i like it because it's easy to find items i can be in & out. I still love the location small but convenient they just may need more staff. read more

JC Pennys Salon cust. 1994-2016. Visit 1: Relaxer/semi/dye. Hair was not #4 brn but burg. Stylist ran out of #4 mixed #5 & #6. Rtn & I will fix. Visit 2: My hair turned orange, crispy, & fell out. Visit 3: A stylist pulled my card showed it 2 me. It showed she used a stripper/bleach 2 remove the fake red & then applied a perm color on relaxed hair. Visit 4: Mgr wd not c me. She was n a meeting 4 wks. I spoke w/them they quaded me...4 people claimed it never happened, never a client, if it happened she followed proper applications, I did it 2 myself, some other stylist did it bef I arrived. Asked 4 chem card. Pennys asks all clients 2 sign a chem waver card. U r not our cust. Bring n your receipts if u were a cust. After abt a 30 min. discussion, they finalized with...We dont remember you as our customer. Went bk 2 Pennys in Alt. Sprg. My fomer stylist called the mgr outraged. She gave me a boy bob cut & resigned. I will never rtn 2 any Pennys Salon. read more

I am appalled and surprised that you would even allow some of these crazy reviews. Where are these people coming from Walmart? Most big stores as Pennys, Macy's, Dillard's do not have or never had shopping carts. And as far as the obscene remarks about his butt and horrific life style, that has nothing to do with the store. Have never been to a store where they did not have a shopping cart. I asked an associate of the store and was rudely told another employee that was busy checking out customers would give me a bag. This associate was only 5 feet from where these supposed bags were located.... nothing like an inconvenience to your customers. .... oh and surprise there were no shopping bags. read more

I went to the JC Penney store located at West Oaks Mall. I was looking to exchange an item I bought for my wife at the Fashion Square Mall. I was looking around and could not find it. I was approached by the security person that was there and he asked if I needed help. I explained the situation and he helped me look. We could not find it. However, he offered to get another sales associate that would also help. She came over and looked. Still could not find the item for an even exchange. the security guy left, and I was left with the associated. She looked in each rack and practically throughout the store... then suddenly the security guy comes with a smile and with the item that I was looking for. I cannot believe the outstanding customer service that was provided by Erin - the security guy, which by the way he was only there helping because he works at The Loop store in Kissimmee and Glynis which also help me search a great deal. I tell you I spend about 30-35 min looking and they didn't give up. Thank you for such a great service. Normally people talk about the bad and fail to mention the ones that go above and beyond to help!!!!! My wife was very happy with her gift! Thanks again! Horrible store!!! Signs all over the place, $10.00 off of $25.00 or more. So I picked out a couple items and went to check out. The lines were so long, it took 45 minutes to check out. When I finally reached the checkout I was advised that I needed a coupon for the special. No where in the store did it say "Coupon Required". After waiting in line for 45 minutes, I was livid. I asked for a supervisor, and she said she was! Never offered an alternative, just "I AM THE SUPERVISOR" Really?? Not a very good one at that!! Will NEVER go back. Will also cut up my JCPenney card and mail it to them. read more

As someone with current butt problems and AIDS from pervious regretful relationships. The time was 8:57 PM and they were about to close. Now we parked by Dillard's on the other side of the mall... They shut the main doors inside the store and made us walk through the outside doors ALL THE WAY AROUND THE MALL. Now listen listen listen, I have severe butt problems. Matter in fact, I spent an hour on the toilet 20 minutes before entering into JC Penny. This has taken my butt problems from 9.2/10 to 9.6/10. I will never go to this JC Penny again. They refused to open the doors inside the mall to let us walk through it. Instead they made my hurting butt walk all the way around the mall. It made my butt feel like a tender, aching, throbbing, lazy butt hike around the mall. I was about halfway when I decided to say, you know what, I set my hammock up between two trees near the mall because I couldn't walk anymore. Next thing I know, I'm fast asleep and I wake up four hours later on a pony in the Bahamas eating a freshly baked banana. I'm not sure if this is some cruel joke that JC Penny is playing or I took too much medicine. Either way, I still have AIDS and my butt hurts. read more
