I…read morewas eager to go back after having dinner a few doors down the night prior and saw a lot of cute options for some sparkling new years options by looking in their windows after they had been closed. My mother and I returned ready to spend money, and I was immediately saddened by the largest size carried throughout, tops and bottoms - was a L. Either way, I decided to try on an item after being chased down by an associate to "start a room" - while I was holding an item. Never heard her do that to the pencil sized blondes in the rest of the store. Oh well. I'm heavily tattooed, I guess I'm a thief. I shrugged that off, however, the "customer service" of that act fell short. I tried on the item while the rest of the women in the store were fawned over and payed attention to as they boasted their alteration program. When I exited the dressing room, and when I gave the item back to the associate and told her it was too small I got a VERY condescending "sorry!" Nothing more. From there, I just decided to exit and not even try to shop for another item, I had really liked a jacket and a sweater. Never even got a light mention of the other store from looking at these reviews. But why should a girl be sequestered to another store just because you're a bigger size? It's very classist and downright weird. I am deeply saddened and frustrated after leaving this place. Not a girls girl place. At all.

Awesome items BUT OVERPRICED!!!…read more The store carries items you can find elsewhere online or some in store research. I have gotten wayyyy cuter items at ZARA and H&M for lesser costs than what this store is asking for their items. Even the clearance racks are still steep in prices. This store is located next to Briarpatch Restaurant so its a good store to walk in and window shop while waiting to be seated for Briarpatch. I am surprised this store lasted after COVID19 with the price tags this store offers for items you can get cheaper elsewhere. BTW the staff are not friendly when you walk in - pretty high nose staff. Gucci and Louis at Millenia have better customer service than here. Just saying!

This store is smaller than the other location nearby. But the stop was a lot friendlier and answered a few questions I had about the clothing line. If you're petite like me, they do have some options but they're only online and they sell out really quickly. Prices are pretty expensive and I wouldn't normally shop here but my kid loves the store. They do have a lot of unique and pretty clothes, even if they're simple sweats or workout clothes. Or even lounge clothes at. This is definitely a store I save for special occasions. Another stop another story. Until the next one... This one gets a thumbs up.

There was one salesgirl (she was a young lady) working and talking with one customer. She didn't acknowledge us, no hello, no let me know if you need anything. Total ignoring us. I found a couple items I might have tried on but I don't want to spend money where I'm ignored. So we walked out and my daughter said "Thank you" and the girl finally spoke to say bye. This was Tuesday at 12:15. We went down to Southern Tide and were immediately greeted. We ended up getting my husband a shirt and the sales lady was friendly, not pushy. Tuni, your salespersons lack of service lost you business.

Their clothes were pricey, trendy, and spread out around the store. The racks were not packed and the clothing was not all over the place. It was carefully placed and easy to browse through. Many of their pieces were extremely adorable and stylish. Most tended towards the casual side but there were a few dresses--lovely but pricey (around $300). T-shirts seemed to be a notable staple. Most had funny or ironic sayings and one in particular advertises the classic rock group, The Who. Their jewelry was also gorgeous yet extremely high priced. I amorously picked up two pairs of earrings that were priced at $290. The patent leather heels they had displayed were also cute and fun and marked the fashion season we are in. Overall, it was posh and upscale. Not a place most of us could afford on a day-to-day basis but neat to visit every now and again.

THIS STORE SELLS STOLEN ITEMS! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!…read more I've been a loyal customer of Dechoes for years, but I can no longer remain silent about my frustrating experience. Back in 2023, my belongings, including my deceased grandmother's priceless shoes, were stolen by a young lady. I filed a police report, and the state picked up the case, but the situation has only gotten worse. Screenshots and pictures below show that this young lady entered Dechoes and sold my stolen items without any proper verification. It's clear that they have no policy or procedures in place to require identification for high-value items. Do they not care about selling stolen goods? I literally had to REBUY my own items back from this store. After speaking with the state attorney today, they informed me that, regrettably, justice will not be served due to this oversight. The state may have to drop the case because Dechoes does not mandate ID verification for sellers. I've lost over $10,000 in valued belongings, including items of significant sentimental value. I reached out to the owner today to address the issue in good faith. She claimed she tried everything to cooperate, but this is not enough. Dechoes has provided proof that the young lady made appointments to sell my items and even has an eyewitness who saw her do it. However, the state prosecutor informed me they can't use the eyewitness testimony due to legal technicalities. It's infuriating to know that Dechoes continues to operate without proper safeguards in place. At least pawn shops require ID for every item sold. I've urged them to implement a policy mandating sellers to show identification, which could prevent these issues in the future, but to no avail. Beware of Dechoes and their practices! Protect yourself--think twice before selling or buying from a store that clearly prioritizes sales over ethics! #BuyersBeware #Dechoes #StolenGoods

Bloomingdale's has been around since 1861, opening their first location in New York City. This world has definitely changed so much since 1861 and we have seen a shift to online purchases in the last few decades, so it is good to see Bloomingdale's still here on the Mall at Millenia. This Bloomingdale's has a good selection (which you would expect from a department store) and the store is clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this particular location of Bloomingdale's.

Dear Bloomingdale's Customer Relations,…read more I am writing to formally express my disappointment with how my gift return has been handled and with the customer service I have received throughout this process. I received a pair of Tory Burch sandals as a birthday gift from a close friend. Since the size was incorrect, I followed Bloomingdale's return instructions and mailed the item back using the prepaid return label provided by Bloomingdale's. The original gift receipt was enclosed in the return package, as instructed. After weeks of trying to resolve the matter, I was repeatedly told that Bloomingdale's could not locate my returned item. I spent a significant amount of time contacting customer service, explaining the situation over and over, yet no one was able to provide a satisfactory answer or resolution. I have now learned something even more upsetting. Instead of issuing the merchandise credit to me, the gift recipient, Bloomingdale's refunded the value of the item to the original purchaser--my friend who gave me the birthday gift. This mistake has put me in an incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing position. Not only have I lost the approximately $200 merchandise credit that rightfully belonged to me, but Bloomingdale's actions also risk damaging a personal friendship. My friend may now believe that I intentionally returned their birthday gift, which is both hurtful and completely contrary to what actually happened. This situation was created solely because Bloomingdale's mishandled my return. I trusted Bloomingdale's to process a standard gift return correctly. Instead, I have experienced poor customer service, a lack of accountability, and an outcome that has caused both financial loss and unnecessary personal distress. I respectfully request that Bloomingdale's immediately investigate this matter and issue the appropriate merchandise credit to me. I also ask for an explanation of how a properly submitted gift return was processed in a way that refunded the original purchaser rather than the gift recipient. I have always expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care from Bloomingdale's. I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Shaparak Moshksaran
