To my surprise, this pharmacy near me offers wheelchair rentals as well as other medical & mobility supplies and equipment. I called ahead of time to inquire about the companion chair vs. the lightweight wheelchair. When I arrived, both wheelchair were brought out to me and all the staff there were so friendly & nice. Michael especially, the one who explained and showed me how to use a wheelchair bc I'm completely clueless was extremely helpful. I opted for the companion one and couldn't be happier. It's very lightweight and fits perfectly in my trunk. It's going to be my daughter's best friend for the next 3 months or so until she heals & can walk again. Once they obtain your credit card information, they continue charging without authorization, and they do not respond to customer inquiries. I had already sent them an email before this most recent charge stating that I did not want to receive any additional peptides, but they continue to send them anyway.

A year ago, I came to this CVS for passport/ID photos. The quality was abysmal--no flash, blurry, completely unprofessional for a place that claims to specialize in document photos. When I politely pointed out that for $24, the photo should at least be decent, the female manager completely snapped. She started screaming at me, was incredibly hostile, and began loudly gossiping about me with her coworkers right in front of me. She literally made derogatory comments about my appearance, calling me a "dumb white girl" and a "blonde," saying that everyone else liked their photos before I showed up. When I refused to tolerate this abuse and asked for a refund, they botched the transaction and accidentally charged me another $24 instead of refunding it. In total, I was out $48 for a ruined photo and a mountain of disrespect. I had to return to the store, where the staff suddenly "didn't understand" anything. I had to call corporate customer support and even consult a lawyer friend to prepare a formal complaint. Thankfully, CVS corporate customer service was helpful and finally returned my money. Update: I recently had to visit this location again last week, and I must admit the experience was completely different. They seem to have hired new, normal cashiers, or at least the person who helped me this time was polite and professional. Huge props to the wonderful lady( my bad I forgot her name) up front who made me feel like a billion bucks when I came straight from JFK airport after a 17 hour flight on February 26. This location by the Whole Foods seems more wholesome and easy to navigate. The store is better organized and hence easier to find things. The Pharmacy staff here is on the ball and quick. They know their stuff and communicate well as a team. Maybe I am lucky; no actually a testament to the efficient stock personnel who are on top of the inventory and actually go in the back and check for the great packs of healthy trail mix and dried mangos instead of "this is all we have - what's on the floor is everything!" There is lots of parking around the store which is open daily from 7-11 with the pharmacy hours being 9-1:30 and then 2-9. ( so just a half an hour for lunch instead of one hour at other CVS locations).
