Only go here if you can accept long lines at all hours, surly service and pharmacists' refusal to process valid coupons like GoodRX and Optum (shown on CVS's own website). They brazenly tried to overcharge me hundreds of dollars several times for my family's RXs, necessitating more delays and unpleasant arguments in the store. They literally never pick up theirs pharmacy calls. I've been calling for the past 2 days for a prescription follow up and have waited with the elevator music playing for nearly 10minutes. When I eventually got through I had the rudest boy assisting me who was very unprofessional. Really debating on changing my pharmacies due to the service. read more

How this store is allowed to stay open is beyond me. It needs a complete management overhaul especially in the pharmacy department. I would go anywhere else even Duane Reade yo fill my prescriptions. They are so slow don't know what they are doing can't find your RX when it's ready and generally have a bad attitude. I've had to call corporate several times to complain but nothing ever gets better. Yes f you have a problem it's please step over to the side and they will try to help. Thereby loosing my place in line I've even had to call the store while I'm waiting on the pharmacy line to get someone to come to the back to help out. I had to move my prescriptions here from Walgreens due to insurance plan. It seems that CVS tries to make everything difficult from filling prescriptions to using the extra care card. I would recommend finding a good local pharmacy instead and maybe picking up odds and ends here when its convenient. read more

Lets see how to rate a chain store like CVS. If it houses all or the majority of the amenities one needs for the purpose of visiting then, it has served its purpose. I came here with my girlfriend while on crutches. I had to pick up some antibiotics but the flesh wound was too fresh to have me limp around still. So I sent her I. Instead. Without hesitating, they filled the prescription and had everything we needed to treat the foot for later days. What more can I ask. The staff is friendly as well. That and they have a redbox. I can remember as a kid that a service station sat on this property, I even remember the long lines and gas rationing. Now here sits a CVS. On the plus side, they were open on Thanksgiving as we needed some allergy medicine. The staff wasn't very friendly nor helpful, but what do you expect. Terrible. An rx was sent over from my doctor. I was notified they didn't have it in stock. They checked a nearby cvs to see if they had it. They did but my doctor would have to send a new rx to that pharmacy. This was after hours already. They assured me the rx would be delivered the next day at 2pm. I called at 645pm and was told the medication is on back order and it was never delivered. Still don't have the medication. You would think they would have called me earlier or call my doctor to have the rx sent to the pharmacy that has it. Inconsiderate. read more

I went from loving CVS to absolutely hating it. This location is right across the street from my home and I rather travel 2 miles down the road to Walgreens. I have given this location more than plenty of chances and it's been the worst experience from unorganized shelves, rude personnel, and very very slow at the pharmacy and lines. read more

Small place but convenient. It's easy parking. It seems to be an older prototype CVS. The employees seem to be sparse. If you need help don't expect anything special. I couldn't find an item and I couldn't find an employee. So I went to the pharmacist because I figured someone has to be there. She promptly told me they probably don't sell it. I knew that wasn't true so I kept looking and eventually found what I was looking for on my own. When I tried to check out the line was about 10 people deep with only 1 cashier. Disgusting. If you're ever discharged from a hospital with a serious condition don't come here for rx fills. Came here after a hectic day with my mom being discharged and running around meeting with home care nurses. The moron at the rx desk checks to see if they have the rx in stock. Tells me yes and I leave to keep prepping and running errands. 2 hours later they call me and say the insurance card is defective and I should bring it in. I bring it in. They then tell me the doctor isn't associated with the health insurance. Wow, so I guess he provided services for her out of the goodness of his big gigantic heart. Not! I only rate it one noT for the CVS brand but the pharmacist employee named Alexandra. I came home realized they had given me the wrong medication from the one I've usually been receiving for about 10 years. When I went back after 3 days and told the pharmacist she said I can't do anything. When I explained that my refill is wrong you guys not only have it in your system for about 10 years but now I don't have any refills left. She didn't even go back and check and then she looks at me and says it's the same medication. So the brand is different and the inactive ingredients are different. That makes it a different from what I normally use. A pharmacist should know that. She looked at me 2 more times after and repeated the same thing. Insulting my intelligence and implying you can leave now. That is the worst clientele relationship I've ever experienced. To add insult she tells me I can't take the medicine back and I can't give you the refund. I understand a policy you can't take medication back once a client takes it home but it was the pharmacist fault for not doing her due diligence and make sure I get the right refill. That is her responsibility and then she confirmed over the phone 2 days prior to me coming in that it was correct. I told her how I never experienced such horrible treatment from any CVS for not even validating my concern. She tells me I have to call the doctor to tell him to order the same prescription I've had for ten years plus I have to tell the doctor if I can receive a refill. Even though it was the pharmacists mistake initially she should have taken responsibility for that as well and try to resolve it by at least call the doctor herself but no. Thereafter I called the Customer service relations number and CVS not only refunded me the funds but had the pharmacist call the doctor to refill the medication. At the end she still didn't call the doctor to refill it I had to get another pharmacist to call the doctor. So CVS has always been amazing but she even after hearing from the office couldn't care less. I hope CVS has a talk with her so she doesn't behave in that manner with loyal clients of CVS read more

Painfully slow... Understaffed and no backup in site.. Please think again before coming here to shop...nightmare!

I had a prescription for my 3 year old filled and with two days left of it, I realized I did not have enough liquid suspension. Key points: It is a 10 day prescription, she did not spit any out nor did I spill any, and I use a 5 ml syringe so I know she did not get less or more antibiotics When I called the pharmacist, he insisted they gave me enough. This is as I am staring at a bottle with less than 10 ml and I have 2 days left to give her. I explained I do not have enough and he continues to insist they gave me a sufficient quantity. Instead of apologizing or telling me I can pick up the remainder needed, he tells me he needs to call the pediatrician for a prescription and I would need to pay an additional $10 copay (after I paid the first time). I asked to speak to a manager and he said he would allow this one time to give it to me with no charge? I ALREADY paid but did not receive the full amount. Lastly, the main reason I am absolutely outraged is he tells me he spoke to the pediatrician and if my daughter isn't symptomatic, she doesn't need the remainder of the antibiotic. Simply because his pharmacy MESSED up, he tells me I don't need to complete an antibiotic. We will see what the Professional Misconduct and Discipline Board and NYS Pharmacy Board says about this. read more
