The CVS on Fort Jesse St in Normal is terrible. The pharmacy tech was rude and the Pharmacy Manager was worst. My medication was short and when I went the next day to correct , I was told to contact the manufacturer for the replacement. The pharmacy department and the manufacturer should work together to correct the problem instead it was placed in my lap. I paid my money to the Pharmacy...why should I have had to waste over an hour trying to get the medicine I paid for. Poor Service! read more

Stay away from CVS! I only gave one star because you can't give zero stars CVS pharmacy 1701 Fort Jesse Rd. Normal, IL 61761 is a horrible business. They never fill my morphine RXs for my chronic pain without a lot of hassle. For example: I had a RX that was mistakenly sent there by new staff at a pain clinic. The RX was fillable on 04/26 but not only did they not fill it but they waited until I came in the store. Of course since they close for lunch at 12:30-1:30pm they couldn't be bothered to get it ready at 11:15 while I waited. This is pretty typical for that store. Great service, excellent pharmacist. Vaccinations are a breeze. Greeted promptly was able to get all the vaccinations my doctor recommended.

A solid pharmacy that was patient and willing to help rectify an issue with my insurance. They worked together to help me and make sure I wasn't charged full price for my covered prescriptions. The rest of the store was clean and well stocked. read more

Stopped in to look for an over the counter medication. Was ignored by the male clerk. When I ask for help he just gave me a aisle number. That wasn't very helpful. Left without the medication and went to Walgreens where they assisted me in finding what I needed. Need to provide customer service!! read more

The Covid testing is quite questionable...2-3 days...5 days later, we went elsewhere and already have results. You call the number, and is definitely some mis-information provided. And still waiting for a callback. Save yourself time and go elsewhere read more

Staff was not willing to help nor empathetic, which left sour taste in my mouth. They didn't try to check the name in different spelling in the drive thru service simply saying there was no prescription under the name. I had to go in the store to talk to them but the conversation was not smooth as they were cold and not willing to provide good service. read more

If you can, select any other pharmacy in town. This location is super busy and the staff is not empathetic. Management has understaffed this pharmacy at key times (between 3 and 6). Although it is inconvenient to change pharmacies, I have to switch. This place is frigging ridiculous. read more

I had an issue with the pharmacy and communication. I had been in to check if a prescription was ready twice along with calling (third contact) and asking all three times when my prescription would be eligible for re-fill. The third time was an 11 minute phone call that started out difficult but ended with being able to refill my prescription. I'm not sure why during this phone call things changed, I am hopeful when I go in to pick this up it is the correct prescription and is actually available for pick up. I've had to call my doctor twice to try and straighten out the issue. It was communicated to me the first time (I went in) that it would be ready after 11am that day, the second time they didn't have the "new" prescription, my doctor needed to call and the beginning of the third call I was told I wasn't eligible and they didn't have what I was calling about in their system as the doctor had told me was prescribed. Unsure why all these issues, unsure if the doctors office is partially at fault. I've had way better service here prior to this incident. I had a lot of my time wasted do to the communication issues. read more
