They have a nice variety and selection for most every item. But if you need a particular product or brand, let customer service know- they can probably special order it! The wine + spirits staff is helpful and knowledgeable Considering it's a grocery store, they have an impressive selection of beer, wine, and spirits! Bakery items are fresh and delicious. Cupcakes are equal to (or better) than more expensive specialty bakeries. Their old-fashioned donuts are AMAZING! Pharmacy staff (especially Brandon + Brooke ) are efficient and friendly. There's normally very little wait to pick up medication. And one of our FAVORITE perks is Hy-Vee's FUEL SAVER program Since Hy-Vee opened in B/N almost 5 years ago, our family has saved several THOUSAND DOLLAR$ on gas! We kept our gas receipts for the first year and it totaled over $1,000 in savings. Overall, the BEST store, employees, service, and selection!

I was impressed. All of the time I have gone to The Choice nobody told me about needing to replace coils, not even when I bought my very box vape from them. This place, on the other hand, I told them about the problem I had been having with my vape oil tasting harsh & horrible & he knew right away that I needed a new coil. I was having the same problem with my OLD box vape & instead of telling me that I needed a new coil they just said maybe my oil was too high of a dose at 6 mg. I ended up buying two Vapes from The Choice & I wish I could get my money back. They would prime the coil & put too much oil, so when I would use it, it would end up popping hot oil into my mouth, burning me several times. This is because the employees don't bother to take the time to be careful while doing the priming, and put too much. I never would have known this had I not gone to Twin City Vapes. I think I will be giving my money to these guys from now on and I suggest you do too. They have good products & lots of great flavors. Plus they have polite employees who take the time to help you out rather than make you feel like a bother like some places do.

I didn't realize until I left. Oops. Big mistake. Stepped out of the gas station and walked RIGHT back in and explained that I had been traveling a while and didn't realize the price so I just wanted to exchange for the bigger bottle. She said no way, we'd have to come back in the morning to talk to the manager. (Like we had tampered with it... OK.) Really didn't have to be so rude. Wouldn't return or exchange for an OBVIOUSLY better deal and bigger bottle. We don't live in Bloomington so coming back in the morning to talk to the manager is preposterous. There are a ton of gas stations right next to this one and a grocery store. Do not come to this gas station. Yeah it's just five dollars and I'm already over it, But honestly who makes this kind of profit? It all adds up to a big amount for CIRCLE K. Just ridiculous. Well they're Circle K'ing right out of my life after this experience. Here's another picture of a ton of airplane bottles we had bought somewhere for less than $20. Why is that everytime I come and pick up my prescription at 4 pm that I called it at 6am its never ready! Why is there always some ingredient out of stock! Why do I always hear this after waiting in the drivethough for 10-15 minutes! Why can you not just pick up the phone and call me and tell me my prescription won't be ready! Better yet why can't you be problem solvers and call me up and say we're sorry we are unable to full your prescription today but we called around and there are other Walgreens that can, where would you like us to send it! I've waited up to two and a half days for you all to fill prescriptions and not once did you try and troubleshoot the situation! I had to be the one to tell you to have another store fill the prescription! Its rediculous and yall need to do better! When someone calls in a prescription at 6am it is very reasonable to expect it to be ready at 4pm not two plus days latter! How about a little communication! Also how about faster service and cutting down on unnecessary questions like do u have a rewards account? Verify your address when u know good and well who I am! And how about stop with all the extra questions and taps on the card machine! All of this would greatly improve customer service! Sincerely, A very unhappy fed up long time customer!

I can't understand why it takes them so long, as I worked in a pharmacy that was just as busy and most times we were even able to fill the prescriptions in less than 15 minutes with even fewer employees, it almost seems as they are intentionally being rude and lazy to anger people enough that they take their business elsewhere. Now they are no longer open on Saturdays and Sundays. The Walgreens pharmacy on S. Main puts this one to shame as they seem to appreciate keeping themselves in business. I believe the pharmacist and techs at this location neglected to learn the skill of providing good customer service, because I have yet to encounter one that can demonstrate it.
