We attempted to try out another place just because but has a negative experience trying to get her measured for a chair, so we went back to MedServ since they have my mothers information on file. Called there number and Dave said come on in. Finished getting measured for a new wheelchair for my mother. Got measurements, upgrades noted, and have a chair to view coming in. We will continue coming to MedServ, great customer service here, they have always been so good to my mother with her ordering needs. Looking forward to seeing the demo chair and placing an order so she can get a new manual chair! But instead a friendly knowledgeable person answered. She Listened, asked questions and took care of things for me. Today I called and Kaylee answered my question about replacing the water chamber. I traveled to Bloomington, IL for a conference early in July and brought my CPAP machine with me…read more CPAP machines are for people who suffer from sleep apnea - they produce negative air pressure to help people breathe during the night when they normally cannot. This was the first time I traveled with my machine, so I forgot a piece (of course). The thing won't work without the "nasal pillow", which attaches to the machine and fits over the nose. Without that piece, it is impossible to use the machine. This is what fell off my headpiece onto the floor of my bedroom, so I didn't notice it was missing. I spent a terrible night sleeping without it the first night of my trip. The next morning, I called my sleep doctor and asked if he could find me a medical supply house that sold CPAP equipment so I could buy a new nose piece. He called right back and directed me to Lincare. Lincare basically only sells respiratory medical equipment, including all things CPAP. Not only did they not think it was bizarre that I was calling to see if I could come by and purchase the "nasal pillow" for my CPAP machine, they also had a bunch in stock for $20. YES. Easily navigable from any place in Bloomington (basically about 15 min away from every major place in the city) and tons of parking. They're open during regular business hours and they seem to not be super busy all day so you can actually talk to a human about what you need. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and they knew exactly what I needed. The full, non-insurance price for the piece was amazing considering I thought it was going to be like $100. Nope, just $20 measly dollars that I had cash to pay for. Thank you, Lincare, for having CPAP supplies readily available for purchase without a prescription and without asking too many prying questions about why people may or may not travel with pieces of their machines missing.

Lincare needs more staff. I have been calling regarding bill and put hold each time. Each time, I…read more hung up when the on hold time got past 20 minutes. Tried to use on line chat feature and was told chat line was closed due to being too busy, "call your local Lincare". I called the local Lincare and once again was put on hold for unacceptable period of time. Lincare portal should allow customer to see itemized bill. Only able to see amount due. I need to review itemized bill because I have not received any supplies for quite a long time and keep getting paper bill with no explanation for what was supposedly shipped to me.
