You say to them why is this not in his files since we have been getting prescriptions from Walgreens for 30+ years? They tell you that it's not their problem or their issue to put allergies in a patient's file. Seriously? This is a very dangerous situation because somebody could end up taking a drug that they are highly allergic to. And the people at this Walgreens pharmacy just really don't give a damn. Steer clear.

There's a sign for Express Pickup, I just show my QR Code and I'm out of there in less than a minute. Checkout was easy, using the self-service lanes. Didn't type in any information for purchase, but Walmart knew I was a Walmart+ member (probably through the credit card). It's clean and bright and well organized and the clientele are a grade higher. They also have a well paved, well laid out, and relatively spacious parking lot for their huge customer base. We avoid visiting any Walmart on the weekends as they are always very crowded then, and we tend to come at quieter weekday times because we can. Today, wife saw some pie crusts that were $2 cheaper than the same exact product at Jewel. We also pick up bread and some grocery items on occasion here. Other visits have included gardening related items or kiddo stuff. I have tried some of their house brand cough syrups in the past but found they are not the quality and effectiveness of the brand name equivalents, so you get what you pay for on some of the pharmacy items anyway. Overall, a very nice Walmart Supercenter to have nearby, and thumbs up!

Many of the times we were there, it was messy - items on the floor rather than hung up or put back on the shelves, but this time it was neat and tidy. There weren't many shoppers, perhaps because it was a Sunday morning when we were there. The issue with Walmart like most other retailers these days is staffing. There isn't anyone around to provide help if you need it. This time was no different. The only workers we saw were manning the cash registers. If you know what you want, know they have it in stock, and have a general idea of the layout of the store, I'm sure you can find what you need. In cases like ours where we are not regulars and don't know the floor layout, finding items isn't easy and there is no one there to help you. So, for the cleanliness today and the fact they had everything we were looking for at the right price - 4 stars. But since there is virtually no customer service, I'm knocking it down one star to 3.

Let's start with the fact that the application that you use to put in an order is very rudimentary in functionality. You cannot reschedule you cannot cancel. You cannot edit your order. Sam's Club or better yet the Walmart corporation needs to invest some money in order to fix this particular app Further, once you check in at the club that you have parked and you indicate your parking spot I have never waited less than eight minutes for someone to come out with my order. This is absurd because I wait less time to get gas at Sam's. What's even more annoying is that my phone will indicate that I've already picked up my order and yet the Sam's Club employee still has not exited the building with my order so someone is gaming the system to show that they in fact, moving faster than they really are. So the three stars are quite simply because of the horrible wait time the horrible app the inability for the Walmart corporation to actually improve this let alone the Walmart corporation interest in improving it does not exist. Also, whoever set up the parking spots for pick up was not thinking because all the parking spots are right on top of each other, which does not allow the Sam's Club employee to maneuver or get around with those huge carts that they are pushing. Someone clearly was not thinking again.

The checkout process is also smooth, and the Scan & Go option makes it even faster. This trumps Costco for me and I love Costco! Also curbside is the best! Lots of pick up options, often same day! Overall, this location does a great job maintaining a positive shopping experience. I always leave feeling like it was worth the trip. Definitely a reliable Sam's Club! Yet when I went yesterday to pick it up, I was told they never received it. This was after I had criticized their new machine at the drive-up window. And was told I had to come in the store. To get my prescription. I am handicapped and this store has 12 electric carts that are never charged. The New druggist behind the counter could have told me this at the drive through with the "broken" register, without me struggling to go into the store. The recently got a new manager. and several new pharmacists. I have been in retail sales most of my adult life, and if I would have had her attitude I would have been out on my ear. I told her I would be telling all my friends about her, and she just put her hand on her hip, struct a pose, and said "oh well". What ever happened to customer service? Very upset 77 year old.
