It's 6:04 they close at six as I write this in parking lot after arguing with them for five minutes. I raced here from work for my wife's medication because she's sick she couldn't go drive through at ten till 6 was closed. Run in get in line 5:58 just need to pick up. They close the door in our faces. 3 black folks a man and Two women all standing there say come back tomorrow! I was here. Rude rude rude there was another person standing there even there before me and they wouldn't let them pick up either. Worst gross people ever. Who does that ?? They should be fired if they can't at least stay open till closing and treat sick people looking for medication with respect. read more

Oh, where could I start with this store. It was generally unclean with poor product presentation. The store had more clothing in it than actual pharmacy items. And all the products that I wanted were locked up. I would say that it was because it was not so great neighborhood but they're doing this everywhere. If you're worried about theft, get a security guard like HomeGoods. The worst thing is the lock stuff off that people are actually going to give you money for. In addition, I was supposed to have a coupon for 40% off, which never transferred over.I waited for about 10 minutes for somebody to come clear the purchase so I could scan it in again. But she was so busy with other customers that she couldn't break free. CVS you need to get your act together because many people who get their prescriptions from you like me are rethinking continuing doing business with you. If you would just price your items appropriately, people wouldn't have to scrounge for coupons and dollars off of things. read more

I've had enough with the incompetence shown on a regular basis in the pharmacy dept. I just spent 25 minutes watching a pharmacy staff member run around looking for my medicine. The pharmacist finally came over to help & found it in under 1 minute -- it was exactly where it should have been. I don't know who I was more mad at -- the useless staff member or the pharmacist who keeps her employed. It's probably a tie since neither one apologized for the delay. They really don't care. If I could give this filthy disgusting CVS zero stars I would. The store is disgusting and a mess they literally have two employees working in the front. The pharmacy is ATROCIOUS. I stood in the drive through line waiting for assistance finally got to the window and the woman was so incompetent she input my insurance all wrong told me my VA insurance was cancelled then shooed me away. I advised several times the insurance is good but outside of VA the doctor and pharmacy will need to contact the VA to confirm. The lady refused to call so I went inside. While inside I guess they didn't notice I was standing there and the woman was complaining about calling and how she didn't want to while the pharmacist was saying he doesn't care about my prescription his break is coming up so I can wait the hour. Pharmacy still has filthy plastic barriers up that look like they've never been cleaned since installed. Employees still wearing useless masks. Not sure why. Between the filthy plastic barrier and not being able to barely understand employee talking thru idiotic mask it's a nightmare to go there. I came into the store quickly to make a purchase and Betty helped me out and even went beyond in getting me a discount from the cvs extra care card that I had but didn't know as well as explaining the way it works to me. She was very pleasant and kept a smile on her face the whole time. I enjoyed my experience shopping at this CVS location. read more

No different than any other place the state of retail is very sad. Waited in line in the drive through over 30 minutes and when it was my turn (only two cars left in line) everything stopped I couldn't get my meds OR speak to someone. They do it on purpose for lunch but why not hire enough staff to keep it open? Sad and shameful state of retail, but every chance I think about it I'm smashing this place with one star on a review site, website, thumbs down on Apple Maps, anything to make noise and maybe if enough of us hit them in the pocketbook they'll pay attention. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Waited on hold for AN HOUR to refill a prescription. Recalled to the front store manager to ask if the pharmacy was open and, if so, if she could check if anyone was working. She entirely ignored my request and just forwarded me back to the same number where I proceeded to wait on hold for another 15 minutes. When I've gone in person, the customer service has been just as bad and the back of the store, near the pharmacy, often smells RANCID of cigarette smoke. Do not use this pharmacy. read more

If i could rate this CVS (manager) location in the negative i would. Horrible and unprofessional manager . I went to exchange, with my receipt, 2 (over the counter OTC) packs/box of Ibuprofen with caffeine that i mistakenly purchased yesterday for 2 without caffeine. I was told by the manager in a very condescending tone, that since my insurance already got charged they can not /won't exchange them! Didn't make any sense...I immediately went to another CVS and they graciously exchange them. Whoever is managing this location will need a better customer service training!!!!! read more

I was just on hold for 12 minutes and someone came on and said 5 ahead of you and put me back on hold, i felt was being scolded for calling. It was extremely rude, obviously you have understaffed the pharmacy or you have hired people that should not be working with the public. Worst drive through pharmacy on the planet! My wife and I have given this place multiple attempts all of which were horrible! First time we arrived 47 min prior to pharmacy closing and they would not help anyone in the dive through... waited behind 3 cars (once in line you can't leave, drive through has high curb). Finally all 3 cars in front of us just left, we went inside and stood in line...nope, they closed with 5 people in line. Second time in drive through only one person in line, awesome....nope 37 min wait! I did mention the poorly designed drive up, once in line you are hostage. Attempt 3, no one in line... let's try it.... OMFG!!!!! Waited at window 14 min with no acknowledgment...pushed help button... knocked on window...done! I call from a pediatric office in an attempt to clarify a prior authorization on a Rx and got a very unprofessional snide comment as if waiting 6 minutes for her was not enough to then Apparently your pharmacist was not happy about the reason for a call from us. I placed the call at 8:23pm because like you- we are also open for business and patients need to be taken care of. Not only it's frustrating that your policies call for giving the patients a run-around in an attempt to get their prescriptions but your staff lacks professionalism. read more

I had no idea of the month of May they were giving away free CVS orange bags. I have to laugh because I'm wearing orange nail polish right now. stopped in for a specific dental floss my dentist told me to get which I found with no problem and a few other items I need it. The entire month of May they are giving away these great orange bags for free no charge. the only reason I took one star off is because they don't sell cigarettes here anymore. Customer service can be slow, and the lines long at times, but most of the time you can get in and out quickly. I don't recall them ever not having an item I wanted in stock. The store is clean and well lit, and any time I've needed assistance finding an item, I've been able to find an employee willing to help. read more

I hate to leave bad reviews but I've just about had it. No problems with the staff however in 1 month they have been out of stock for 3 different medications that I've needed. It's a huge inconvenience, the other two were not that important so i didnt mind waiting for them to order it however the one i needed last night was important and they couldn't even call around for me to see if they had it in stock for any of the local cvs' (which none of them had within the entire area).
