Last time No available Cashiers, then customer(s) who doesn't want to use self-pay is mocked. On today 5/19/2025 I arrived for 7 am store opening. At 7:01 an employee (she) walked through parking lot to front door to raise gate and begin opening store. At or before 7:03 I walk inside as first customer with store Muzak softly playing inside while she refuses to say "good morning" or otherwise greet me. Sadly, both restrooms, by pharmacy, were labeled "Out of Order" and were locked. I put almost $100 worth of merch in my cart and proceeded to checkout. Still only customer in store and approached Cashier/cash register. Again, she refused to greet me. As I placed my items on the counter she stated "when you're ready give your phone number." She also asked whether I had coupons. I DID end up giving my telephone number to her-scary- because despite logging into cvs app to "scan" the Bar Code to scan never "came up" until I was out in parking lot (and that is a common occurrence, for me, at this chain, lately). I paid the $93+ and she refused to thank me. At least a cashier was on duty here. read more

I wish I could give zero stars for how lazy and not good the people are working here. I just watched the woman working here watch everyone ring themselves up while there was a line. I said something about nobody working here doing their job and she said they do ring people up. I said you just watched us all do your job, even answered a lady who needed help at the self checkout and she just walked away. The time was 5:22 on 7/23. Somebody please fire this group and start over. I will never return to this location again. read more

If I could give this pharmacy, zero stars, I would. The pharmacy portion of CVS is absolutely horrible! They never have any medication in stock so if you need some medication on the quicker side, do not bother filling it here! With the exception of one or two pharmacists at this pharmacy, the rest of the pharmacists at this location are the rudest that I have encountered in all of Florida! Please don't get your meds refilled here! read more

Called earlier this evening about getting a passport photo. The lady on the phone said come on in before 11:30 and it will not be a problem. My wife and I showed up at 8:00 and stood in line at the check out. When it was our turn, we informed the cashier that we needed a passport photo. She told us to wait by the photo counter and someone will be right with you. Bill At 8:20 we left. We informed the cashier and she said she called the person who was supposed to do it but they never came. They were not busy, just lazy I guess. Walgreens here we come. read more

Rosie is a great employee! Very personable and always helpful. Overall, I love coming to CVS, I always save so much with the app!

While in the store we had a bathroom emergency and the customer restrooms were out of order and while the employee restrooms are right next to it they refused to let us use it even when we told them it was an emergency. And none of the businesses next door were open at the time. State laws require that a business must have a bathroom that their customers can use. Will not be shopping there anymore and will certainly be calling the city and county code enforcement office on this one. read more

After Irma came and went, we found ourselves driving around looking for places open to get something to eat. I'd had the worst headache and the one thing I didn't get (other than unhealthy snack, because apparently that is a thing) was pain pils. We were lucky to find this CVS open. It was a bit of a mess inside, but it was open and had what I was looking for. It is pretty conveniently located at the heart of Coral Springs, University Dr and Royal Palm blvd. I dropped off a prescription a month ago. The day I dropped it off, I was told to come back in an hour. So when I came back I was told the prescription needs to go through insurance verification. And that the pharmacy would call me. Weeks have gone by and I was in the area so I swung in to ask about my prescription. I was told my doctor needs to approve it and then the insurance company would approve it. I told the pharmacy it was a month now that I dropped the prescription off and it's a cream. The technician was nice I will say. Not her fault. I guess the insurance company wants verification from the doctor for the prescription. Really doesn't make sense since the doctor did write the prescription. The two star is due to I feel the pharmacy could have called me to let me know, and called the doctors office to get the information that is being requested to them by the insurance company vs me calling the doctor to ask them to call the pharmacy to find out what is needed to fill the prescription. Customer service is important and seems to be a thing of the past. read more

Very unhelpful, not compassionate and the most rude staff ever. This is one pharmacy I would never come back to. They made me filling my Rx way more compoollicated than it should have been. The MD asked me to have them call him, they were rude and resistant. So I had to go back to the MD to get a "differently worded" Rx and then made me wait another 40 minutes. I had my Doctor call in my two prescriptions for a painful bladder infection. I was told it could be delivered TOMORROW, since I haven't been out of the house for two weeks due to virus I ask for delivery. I waited all day, finally called and was told no delivery scheduled!!!!! I got up, got dressed and drove to pick it up. Person on phone LIED ABOUT SCHEDULING DELIVERY AND TOOK MY CREDIT CARD INFO. It used to be my favorite store until now. I was making a purchase and nice lady Anne was talking a great care of me as usual. But then she needed an overwrite. Another lady came and started to give her problems. I asked her to let go and let Anne finish the transaction. Then she turned to me and started arguing with me, going back and forward and being pretty rude and loud. When I finally grew tired of it and wanted to speak to manager, turned out she was the manager!!! I was speechless. If manager behaves this way what to expect from anyone else? I went to the pharmacy to inquire about sending my prescription and transferring it over to CVS and after waiting in line and then hearing another pharmacy tech rudely talk to another customer and the pharmacist was very rude to the customer and then was told that they couldn't help me and it turns out that person was incorrect. I called my original pharmacy and they said indeed it was CVS that needed to call them they just didn't wanna do any kind of work at all! I can see why the store gets such low ratings. Horrible! slow! the worst is the pickup drive-thru always long line be ready to wait for a long time

People who don't know what they are doing should not be employed at a pharmacy. Called the pharmacy earlier today to have my prescription transferred from another location, pharmacist confirmed, he said it would take at least 30 minutes. Couple hours later, leaving more than 30 minutes to pass by, I came to this CVS and went to pick up my medicine, where the employee had a horrible attitude and condescendingly told me that never happened. Maybe if the pharmacists knew what they were doing and actually did what they promised me, the customer, on the phone, I wouldn't have to play Tag with my prescription. Horrible customer service, and the attitude of the employees is even worse. I advise everyone to stay away from this pharmacy. read more

Really spacious, clean, and well-stocked CVS! Their cosmetics section is HUGE, and it has full-sized displays for all their makeup brands, which I appreciate. I found the limited edition cosmetics that I've been hunting for all over town. Will definitely try here first next time I'm cosmetics hunting. Staff was really friendly. read more

This CVS has the worst, ironically, public restroom around. It is ironic because there us a employee only bathroom and a public bathroom with the public bathroom is the dirtiest of the two. It is super ironic because the restroom is next to the pharmacy. You can tell the employees don't care about the cleanliness of the publoc restroom. read more

I have been a long time cvs pharmacy customer. I switched to this cvs 4 months ago. Wow. The customer service is nonexistent. Do they hire nothing but incompetents at this pharmacy?? Not once have i been there when there wasn't an issue with a prescription. Never before at my old cvs did I experience a problem. The old cow pharmacist that is in this one is horrible. Rude doesn't begin to describe her. I will be switching-to walgreens. read more

The staff in the pharmacy are great but their telephone system is very disappointing. You are often kept waiting for someone to answer for an unacceptable amount of time. I'll often not bother to call and just go to the drive-thru or into the store. read more

Never buy milk from this pharmacy. I had bad experience 3 times, i have a 2 year old baby i bought milk for her & gave her the milk last night, she started throwing up and she threw up 3 times last night. Today i cheked the milk and milk was really bad i decided to go replace it. I was very calm and decided to replace the milk from cvs, what happened after that made me writing this review. As soon as i arrived at the pharmacy, i put the milk on the counter and said this milk is not good i need to replace it, there was an old lady with glasses serving cutomers. She replied to me in a rude voice "PUT THIS MIK HERE AND GO STAND IN THE LINE" very disrespectfully. So i went and stayed there after the last person in the queue as i was looking at the lady she was telling other customers infront of me that "this never happend before i don't know why these people return it"(though it heppend to me before and they apologized by saying their refrigrator was not working so i understood) this situation made me very upset and felt very disrespectful. First of all you are selling me a bad milk, i had a hard time last night because my baby was throwing up all night just becasue of milk and now you are making me feel bad infront of others, instead of apologizing. I asked that lady to call the manager as i did not want to speak to her because of her bad attitude. She called the manager and as i was explaining all that to manager, that old lady jumped in and said "YOU SHOULD STOP BUYING MILK FROM HERE" so i asked manager to give me my money back, i came to replace the milk but now i would never come to this store and buy anything from here just because of bad customer service. If any CVS official is reading this, you may verify this situation and please take proper action against this lady. I see DLW review and I would swear this is the man I was standing behind in the pharmacy. He is rude and threatened the pharmacy employees. I have had no issue with this pharmacy at all. They are nice and helpful everytime I pick up my meds. I am sure people like DLW should go to Walgreens it will make it more pleasurable to shop here. read more
