Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to move my pharmacy. Every time I come to this Walgreens on the corner of Royal Palm and Riverside and Coral Springs. There's six cars lined up in the driveway and the pharmacy is just horribly horribly serviced. Such a waste of time it's not convenient at all.

I like a certain product from Similason that I collect/save coupons for. I cannot buy this product at cvs, only at walgreen's. I have been needing said product for awhile yet kept putting off a trip to Walgreen's because I dreaded the idea. Last time I shopped here for this I was reprimanded by the Cashier who could not keep up who told me "next time cut your coupons beforehand." I went in on 12/31 to check for the product and I saw about ten units I wanted to buy so I detached ten saved coupons, bought some other items and headed for the Cashier. Earlier in the day I had "migrated" to the NEW myWalgreens loyalty program so I was also ready with coupons I had "clipped" in the app. I bought ten so I gave the Cashier ten $1.00 off paper coupons that are actually cardboard from inside of the product packaging. For a long time she spoke to herself and it was annoying but I figured it would be over soon. I waited patiently. She seemed to be counting- over & over again- my ten products. Nothing was accomplished so she finally asked me "how many did you buy?" "Ten," I said. Then she asked "how many coupons you gave me?" "Ten," I said to that. She counted to herself some more then told me she needed another coupon. I looked in the bag I brought and quickly produced one more coupon. As I started to give it to her she told me "no, I have it." So I put it away in my purse. 30 seconds later she says she "needs it" and I questioned that because she'd just told me otherwise then she started screaming in a hysterical manner that she "needs the paper." She yelled at me as she made this demand repeatedly. So I went in my purse, got it, and actually gave it to her this time. Then she mumbled some other words I did not understand so I asked what she was saying. She went into a long speech that did not sound pleasant IN SPANISH even though she had spoken to me previously in English. My response when I figured out she was not speaking English was "I don't speak Spanish." I paid by card for almost $200.00 worth of merchandise. She refused to thank me. I left remembering why I dread coming here for my medical-related supplies. This proves no matter how prepared I am with coupon clipping, the Cashier did not know her job very well. Also rude! Another awful Cashier here. It takes 20 minutes to checkout.

At 7:01 an employee (she) walked through parking lot to front door to raise gate and begin opening store. At or before 7:03 I walk inside as first customer with store Muzak softly playing inside while she refuses to say "good morning" or otherwise greet me. Sadly, both restrooms, by pharmacy, were labeled "Out of Order" and were locked. I put almost $100 worth of merch in my cart and proceeded to checkout. Still only customer in store and approached Cashier/cash register. Again, she refused to greet me. As I placed my items on the counter she stated "when you're ready give your phone number." She also asked whether I had coupons. I DID end up giving my telephone number to her-scary- because despite logging into cvs app to "scan" the Bar Code to scan never "came up" until I was out in parking lot (and that is a common occurrence, for me, at this chain, lately). I paid the $93+ and she refused to thank me. At least a cashier was on duty here.

This Walgreens is the living embodiment of "good to great to gone."…read more Good: The prescriptions actually go through the insurance. Hooray. A miracle. Cue the trumpets. For a brief second you think, maybe this place isn't so bad. Great: You grab your meds, you think you're out the door, you're practically in a commercial with smiling families and soft lighting. Gone: You step toward the Labcorp side and instantly regret every decision that's led you to this moment. Suddenly you're trapped in a DMV cosplay powered by Windows XP. This place is running on technology so outdated, I half expected the clerk to pull out an AOL trial CD. It's 2025, but inside Walgreens on Wiles, it's still Y2K panic. The machines groan, the printers screech, and the staff act like scanning a driver's license is rocket science. I swear I saw one of their terminals still use dial-up. The service? Imagine molasses moving uphill in January. Faster. They treat every simple request like you're asking them to solve cold fusion. You'll see your number called three ice ages later, and when you finally sit down, you're greeted with all the warmth of a tax audit. The irony? Walgreens can beam your prescriptions to Mars, but Labcorp here can't process a blood test without making you feel like you're in a Kafka novel. Why does it feel like I'm donating blood to Dracula in a strip mall? A comedy of errors. This Walgreens is less pharmacy, more museum exhibit of "how things used to work in the 2000s."

I really like how organized this store is. While I did have to walk around a bit to find what I needed, everything was clearly labeled. The grocery, produce, and refrigerated items are toward the back of the store, while snacks, clothes, and toys are more toward the middle. The aisles are stocked with household essentials and other non-perishable items. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. I picked up some fruit and salad platters for a lunch with friends, and everything was easy to find. They also have self-checkout, which I really appreciate! The parking lot is huge and there was plenty of parking. I did not notice a gas station at this location, although it could have been around the back and I just didn't see it. You do need a membership card to shop here. I got my membership at a discounted price, which is why I decided to check it out, and so far, I'm glad I did. I look forward to coming back!

Everything is easy to find and well organized. And the cafeteria is my favorite lunch date with my wife before going shopping. You can get a huge slice of pizza and a drink for $3! So any time you can eat with two people for less than $10 bucks in this economy It's a win! Their Mediterranean pasta salad is pretty good and they have their member mark vanilla protein shake is a great high protein drink as well it has 150 cals for 30g of protein is awesome for hitting your protein goal. Be ware though because they don't have tap to pay at the cafeteria though, that got me once. However, every time we go only the middle machine for fountain drinks works for Pepsi zero the other two are watered down. And while shopping there is fine the pick up takes an extra 20-30 mins even though it says our order is ready. One time we waited 45 mins for an order pick up that said our items were ready for. The staff was supportive to our needs but it looks like they are consistently understaffed for pick up. So we usually have to factor an extra 20-30 mins and come in at times when they are not busy to pick up our stuff but even then it can take some time.
