This is my first time visiting the pharmacy at this store and I used their drive-through. I was greeted right away and the pharmacist was very efficient and helpful. She asked me to confirm my address, but it had actually changed and she did it for me in the system right there. there's a lady at the pharmacy, unsure of her name but she has blonde short hair and is very rude and impatient and loud about people's business. Extremely rude and was interrupting us with the phone on the my insurance company and was extremely impolite. She needs to watch her own mouth and be nicer to others. I sat in line for a prescription my very sick husband through the drive-through. On October 9, 2025. A person who is the cashier at the drive-through was the rudest person ever! That was not valid, but she was just flat out! I have never been spoken to in such a horrible manner! I actually had pulled through because she refused to try my pictures once again, and come to find out she must've key in the number incorrectly! But of course she was right and I was wrong. She tried telling me the coverage was lapsed. Which I just got the card two weeks prior. I knew it was fully in effect, but I couldn't tell this girl anything! So I proceeded to go through and walk inside the store and see another cashier. Oh, and behold my prescription went through! This is the absolute worst Walgreens ever! Not enough staff, the lines are always long. Whatever happened to I see three? This location is fairly busy. Every time I stop in there is always a long line. Once upon a time they used to open the cosmetic register, photo dept register, or other nearby register when there were more than 3 people in line. I guess that is no longer a thing. It always seems to be busy. It appears they are lacking sufficient staffing. The pharmacy is also always busy. They take forever to answer the phone or they keep you on hold for long periods of time. The wait times for picking up prescriptions can exceed 20 minutes or more. Hopefully soon they will have a kiosk system that dispenses the medication to enhance the customer experience and alleviate the staffing issues. read more

The pharmacy technicians here are the rudest I've ever come in contact with. Today, October 1, 2020 at around 11:03 a.m., I picked up my prescription at the drive thru. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the rude pharmacy technician but it was a woman with 6-inch long neon green fake nails. I told the her that I used Express Pay. She said she 'didn't see it on my account' and proceeded to ask for my card and then charged me for when I already paid in full online. Since this was only the second time I used the service, I assumed maybe I did something wrong. Luckily, I checked my account and saw that I already paid on September 29. When I tried to explain that to her, she started to argue with me and said I should have told her that I already paid. I told her that I did inform her I used the Express Pay service. Per Walgreens own procedure, she was supposed to ask for the code, which she didn't do. Instead, she blamed ME for not showing her the code when she was the one who said she 'didn't see it' and asked for my card. WTH???? After I gave her the code, she was still unable to process it. Another pharmacy technician eventually came by to help her out. Apparently, she just didn't know how the Express Pay service worked. Instead of just asking one of her colleagues for help, she chose to berate me because she doesn't know how to do her job. I'm moving my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

The drive thru pharmacy is extremely slow. Every time I come here to pick up medicine there are at least 5 cars in line and it seems like each car takes more than 10 minutes !!!! Terrible! So stressful to come here. read more

Was told by an employee over the phone after my DoorDash order was cancelled AFTER the DoorDash driver was already there for pickup that they are "closed" and "not obligated" to work if they're understaffed. I had a terrible experience here. I went to drop off my bfs prescriptions after he had surgery and he was in lots of pain. The pharmacy staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate the moment I got there. There was no one in line and they just ignored me for 15 mins while I just stood there. Finally when the rep asked if I "needed something" she grabbed my prescriptions and with a nasty attitude walked away and showed the main pharmacist. The main pharmacist took a look at me and demonstrated a lack of approval? Next the rep told me they were not going to accept my prescriptions because we were not from the area? We are from Miami and my bf was going to stay with his mother since he just had surgery... I tried to explain and she just dismissed me. Just very unprofessional the entire staff seemed to be extremely dismissive. I went to another pharmacy just 5 mins away and they took the prescriptions so it was an extreme waste of time. read more

My ortho called in a prescription at 2pm on a Friday. I get a text at 6pm saying that my prescription is delayed due to an insurance issue. I called the pharmacy and the lady who answered was rude and yelled at me as if the situation is my fault. She told my that my dr needs to call the insurance company to approve prescription. This makes no sense since the dr office sent in the request to fill the prescription AND you tell me this at 6pm on a Friday. My ortho's office is closed until Monday. My husband and I were customers of this very store for 16 years and as far as the balance rewards goes I have made the 40,000 point level 4 times very close to eachother and received $50 to spend in store. It was many monthly prescriptions and just plain shopping in store. Recently my husband had checked his blood pressure at home 10 pm and his pulse rate was off the charts at a dangerous level of 110. He called the store and the nite pharmacist said to come over and bring his bottle. My husband said to him he'll be on his way. My husband was back in a mere 10 minutes with no medicine for his pressure and super high pulse rate. The pharmacist just let him walk out knowing he needed his metoprolol 100 mg tablets and didn't care. read more

I love that drugstores out here sell beer and wine. Now I can get my moscato and mascara at the same damn time! This Walgreens is pretty clean and luckily there are enough associates staffed at the different counters, including cosmetics & photo, that one doesn't need to search for service. I love that the pharmacy is drive-thru and also 24/7. Sometimes service at the pharmacy is kind of slow, but it's considerably friendly, which is always important to me. read more

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is truly awful, awful, awful. It used to be 24x7 and it was adequately staffed by friendly helpful people. Something changed and the people here are just nasty, they could care less about their customers, and on top of it the wait is always horrendous. Today, I went to the pharmacy, and I waited for five minutes without even being acknowledged. I saw a guy around the corner and said "hello" to make sure he saw I was there, and he said he was filling a prescription and that that was "more important". I finally called the manager over, and she took care of things since the pharmacy employees could not be bothered. The other day, I went to the pharmacy and waited for ten minutes with no acknowledgment, and I finally left. It then took them 15 minutes to even answer their phone. I spoke to the store manager a few weeks ago, and there has been no improvement. Avoid this nasty, inefficient Walgreens at all costs. I'm not even speaking for one, 3 of them didn't know what to do for one script and their ignorance makes them take 10-20 minutes per customer because they need to run off and ask for help from a pharmacist. Warning!!! Do NOT trust this Walgreens. We are experiencing a deadly pandemic that attacks your immune system and your lungs. The 24th of January my doctor send prescriptions to this location including a breathing machine with the medication that I needed asap due to my chronic breathing issues and post covid19 lungs damages, I have not been able to breath on my own without any medication. Being sick and unable to do much due to my lack of lungs functions I waited for Walgreens Pharmacist to provide me with the medication that I was prescribed by my primary care doctor. Between January 24th and February 13th, I visited the ER for breathing meds. I both times did let them Doctors know of my meds and what I had already been prescribed. February 13th, my daughter took it upon herself to drive me home and she will pick it up. When she did she was charge $49 and change for the Nebulizer machine which its fine but when she gave me the bags there was no medicine to use with the nebulizer machine that was prescribed to me JANUARY 24TH. Let's not forget it is now close to 20 days later. I then called the pharmacist who's name is Britney. I told her that I did not get the medication that goes with the nebulizer machine for me to be able to breath. Britney's replied "oh it was not over by your insurance. But it is $175 if you will like to pay for it". I asked her why and she explained that she needs an authorization code to process it through the insurance. I then asked her if she has contacted my Dr since the 24th of January? Britney replied "I am doing it right now but we have called them 4 times already". Now this is a prescriction that Britney received NINETEEN DAYS AGO! Not just any medication but a BREATHING medication. I decided to contact my doctor that same day Sunday February the 13th and left a voice message. First thing Monday morning the Feb.14th now. I contacted my Doctor to find out that they have not received anything from Walgreens. And were very concerned due to the fact that they know my health situation. The doctors office immediately called Walgreens as I was on the phone, gave Britney the information she needed and also told Britney that they should have contacted them on the 24th of January. I could not believe that Walgreens pharmacist Britney, to whom hundreds of people put our lives in their trust have neglected my live by failing to do their jobs and on top of it lie to me. I decided to go into the store and speak to the pharmacist myself. When I did, I introduced myself and her reaction was " I am filling your prescription right now". I said thank you but you do understand that you lied to me and on top of me put my live in danger because you did not do your job by contacting my doctor for the information you was missing. The pharmacist Britney replied " well, you know it is your doctor responsibility to put that information on the prescription". That's when I asked Britney Walgreens pharmacist, why she did not do her job and collected the information that was missing from my doctor back in January 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, until now as it is her job? Britney reply to my questions was "you can go pay for it at the register over there". Instead of apologizing, Britney decided to be unprofessional and tried to dismiss me and my question. Lets not forget that I ended up in the ER TWO TIMES due toBritney the pharmacist a this Walgreens negligence and lack of professionalism. Putting my health and live in danger. This is the same person that was quick to charge me $175 dollar that did not even bother for NINETEEN DAYS to do her job and contact my doctor for whatever information she needed to make sure the patient ,ME gets her BREATHING MEDICATION SPECIALLY DURING A COVID 19 PANDEMIC. This is unacceptable and Britney should not have the power to KILL. Britney's lack care for someone else's health can literally KILL a human live! Yep, Walgreens is convenient. Because they are open 24 hours, I give them two stars. But because I looked for a toothbrush there one day, and then found exactly the same brush across the street at another store for half of the price, two is all they get. It's not like the toothbrush is alone, overall their prices are high and they have less inventory than other places. read more

This has been the pharmacy I have filled all my medications at for years. Never had any issues when new Pharmacy Mangagers started there, until now, there is a new pharmacy manager now named Brittany and she is the worst. She lies, gives you the wrong information and will not fill my most needed prescription because my insurance is not in-network. I offered to pay cash and she still wouldn't fill it. Instead of letting me know in advanced or at least filling one last month supply so that I could find another pharmacy to take all my prescriptions to, no she just leaves people without their meds. My prescription was actually deleted from the system? This new pharmacy manager Brittany is the worst human being I have ever had to deal with. She has zero compassion and doesn't care that I am disabled. She won't let anyone else at the pharmacy fill my medication either? Walgreens Corporate if you see this please move her somewhere else or fire her. I live two blocks from here and have very limited mo unity. How can she just deny me after this being my home pharmacy for so many years? How am I supposed to get to another pharmacy with my disability to see if they will take new patients and the answer is most likely a no due to the fact that every place already has their regulars and I keep getting told to go where I've been going. Brittany is the worst Pharmacy manager they've ever hired to work here. She has no compassion for any of her patients & Eric is so Rude. She refused to fill my legitimate prescription I got from my Dr because she made a new role that you need to have insurance in network but instead of letting her patients know this she waited till the day I was out of meds to tell me this. I suffered in bed all week long sick & finally I called my old pharmacy and they will do it for me once it's sent over to them. Brittany will leaves you on hold forever & don't care if u make it or not. I don't know why people become pharmacist if they don't want to fill legitimate prescriptions from doctors. The doctors are the ones who can write the prescription so what gives a pharmacist the right to refuse you your medication if your well established at the pharmacy. I think they should've at least gave me my one last fill than told me to find another pharmacy instead of leaving me in a life or death situation. Corporate definitely needs to fire her. Gonna report her to the board & already made a complaint to corporate & they said she shouldn't be doing that.
