The worst!!! Closes at eight I'm standing outside fifteen minutes till and she's telling me she closed the register.??!!! There's three people outside it's Memorial Day we are standing here and a laundry list of things make that five customers don't out a sign for eight then close half hour early. Great service and selection. Several bottles for tasting and if you want to schedule it, they do big tastings from my understanding. Get a couple of bottles for a better price and some things are already below other retailers. Lots of knowledge of scotch, bourbons, and rye whiskeys. Turned me on to a new rye, very pleased. First time I went in, I was in and out. This time, I spent some time looking around and I was helped out narrowing down some selections for my price and tastes. Hooked me up with some glassware too. I went for a walk at the end of the day today with my German friend, and decided to check out Tri County.We walked in not knowing what to expect, and as we were looking around, we met the nicest sales person I've ever met in a Liquor Store, only to find out she is Brazilian, just like me! What a coincidence! ...and how convenient! Tatiana is her name!!! What a great experience we had in the store! Tatiana showed us their selection of Rose and Cabernet, and we talked about how we both enjoy Carmenère wine (from Chile) and Malbec (from Arentina). This store is very organized and spacious, and has a nice stock of Liquors, Wine & Spirits, and it's just a few blocks from where I live in Margate. This is so convenient to me and to the Brazilian community who lives in this area! I will spread the word about this place, and I will refer all my Brazilian friends to Tatiana at Tri County Margate --- Tatiana is a sweet heart, has a great personality and knows her stuff... Does the proprietor have a problem with women? I've been here several times and each time I hand him my card, instead of handing it back after the transaction, he snaps it on the counter, without handing it to me. Same thing with the receipt, he places it on the counter, right in front of me. I first wondered if it was a religious observance about not taking something from a woman who is not a relation...but, usually those same religions have an objection to alcohol...so I don't know what that's about. First time I thought I brushed it off, second time and t...I think it's pretty insulting. --------- I think it's a family business and now the adult son and daughter run it. I've been shopping here for over a year now on an almost weekly basis. Today, Chris, who knows me, refused to sell me a bottle of bourbon for the  price listed on the shelf, even when it rang up on the register at the same price. He claimed it was entered in error by another employee and that the value of the bottle was near triple that. He then offered to sell it to me for $30 more than the listed price, like he was doing me a favor or something. I was already buying another bottle and got so disgusted that I just left without buying anything. He had 4 bottles on the shelf - I only wanted one. I recognized the price as lower than the local competitors and wanted to save money. I wasn't trying to buy out his inventory or hurt the business. I consider myself a regular costumer that should've received the savings. Many of the bottles that are for sale in this store are severely marked up, and I've paid the premium because they had the bottle on the shelf. But not anymore This is not how regular customers should be treated. I doubt that I'll return after being treated so poorly. read more

This store has the biggest variety of anything you could possibly need coupled with a staff that are always nice and polite, down to earth, and very knowledgeable about the liquor. So I seen this place advertised on Facebook. I liked the page and even shared it because of the prices. Had my sister and cousin go buy liquor there because of the prices. So today was finally my turn to come buy a few bottles. And I must say this place is AWESOME they are cheap, friendly and they also have every kind of liquor in there. This liquor store is the closest to my house, so while I prefer Total Wine (let's be honest, doesn't everyone?), I find myself here more often out of convenience. The parking lot here is a little confusing with the strip mall being located just past a traffic circle, and the parking lot being made up of various one ways and slanted spots, but luckily the plaza isn't very busy, so even if you're going the wrong way it doesn't much matter. The inside of the store is a little cluttered. I would say this especially for the wine section. I don't particularly like purchasing wine here for this reason and will generally save that purchase for Publix, or my larger wine store runs. I have had trouble even walking through the aisle to get to the wine I want because of boxes in the way. The vodka section is definitely a little better, and I am able to maneuver around there much more easily. The prices here are quite good, being a few dollars lower than comparable type stores, and they often have specials. A few weeks ago I was able to get a large handle of Three Olives flavored vodka (the sweet tart one, I think it's called Tartz) for only $9.99. I think this will last me a whole year. Since vodka is really the only liquor I drink, that's the only one I can speak of in terms of offerings, but they have quite a few brands and flavors and I'm sure you can find something you like. I mentioned the clutter here and I think this may be partially because of some remodeling. The last time I came here there was a sign on the door boasting new cigar humidor. My boyfriend the cigar smoker wasn't with me on that trip, so I didn't get any opinion of the offerings, but it is nice to know that it's here since we often have to go out of the way to find cigars near the house.They also have a refrigerator section similar to a convenience store with beer and a few mixers. At the counter they sell lottery tickets, and it just feels like the kind of place that might win (isn't it always the random, kind of shady stores where the big jackpot tickets are purchased?). If the remodel continues and the wine section becomes less cluttered I would for sure upgrade from A-Ok, to being a fan of this liquor store. I will certainly continue to come here out of convenience. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful, willing to make suggestions and point out the best deals. read more

Spent $70 there yesterday and one of the bottles was bad. Went to exchange it for something else and they refused . First the one guy said "that doesn't even smell like what it supposed to be"... implying that I put something else in the bottle! Really? It smelled & taste like rotten oranges. That's why I was returning it! The bottle only cost $10 and they wouldn't give me credit for something else. Bad business!!! Don't spend your $ there. Go to a reputable place! And I wouldn't even give them one star.... but it would not let me post my review if I didn't. read more
