Horrible! Went in yesterday at 5 PM literally waited five minutes at the counter with a bunch of things to buy. No one came up. No one said can I help you no one around to provide any kind of customer service which today we know is the thing of the past. so I left everything at the counter and walked out. Perhaps you concentrate on Hiring more people and then just explaining the meaning of hello can I help you? That's a good place to start ! won't be going back to the CVS. read more

I had to pick up a prescription and there was some confusion over the required paperwork. The pharmacist with a nose ring (i couldn't read her name tag) was very rude and short with me, acting as tho it was my fault. Instead of pleasantly telling us we might have to wait up to a half hour, she treated us as tho we were trying to rob the place. Poor poor customer service. read more

I have an autoimmune disease, so I pick up a lot of medications, monthly. This is my favorite spot to get all of my medications, there's a drive-thru which makes getting my medications while having my two kids in the car possible. The pharmacy techs are all super nice, and I also found out recently that while you have COVID, you can call CVS at the front, order things and then drive thru and pick the order up no contact style, which makes life so much easier and less stressful when you're already sick. read more

I've gone to this particular pharmacy for years, and always with good luck. But about four months ago, something happened. I never see the same staff twice, and despite getting texts that my meds are ready, they invariably are not. The latest is that I received a text two days ago telling me that my doctor had called in my prescription, and then a second yesterday saying it was ready. So I went in mid-day today, and it was still not ready. Worse yet, in addition to my two regular prescriptions, they tried to give me medication for a colonoscopy procedure, which was news to me. I didn't accept and just confirmed with my doctor that I'm not scheduled for one. The two people in line behind me had similar complaints. Time to move my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, clearly. read more

My husband forgot all of medications when we came up to this area for a week- they filled our prescriptions for the days he needed - and didn't charge us! The nicest, most helpful people working there. read more

If I could give zero stars to CVS in Manlius, I would. They are the worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with, both in the Syracuse area and the rest of the United States (I've lived a lot of places). They consistently make errors filling prescriptions, they tell you insurance isn't covering medications that insurance indicates they are covering, they do not keep medications in stock and due to errors in orders, it can take up to a MONTH to fill a time sensitive prescription, AND, as if all of that wasn't enough, they YELL at you and have ZERO sense of customer service. Constant disappointment. They have failed to contact my doctor's office when medications are on backorder with no anticipated stock date although they say they do. I suppose they would eventually, but that doesn't help when you're quickly running out of your meds. I have found that I have to check on my prescriptions frequently to make sure they are being filled once submitted. Some of the pharmacy personnel (not all) are just downright rude and unhelpful. A few months back I ran in about 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed (I thought their closing time was not for another hour). They were assisting another customer and by the time they were able to wait on me, waiting in line, it just hit 7:00, closing time. Anyway, although my script had been filled and was sitting on the shelf, and this was something I needed to start the next morning for a prep., they wouldn't check in out. One of the staff members simply told me they wanted to go home. Really? I was in line before closing, they didn't have to fill the order. All they needed to do was check me out. I offered to check out at the front register, but no. One of the young women working said "no can't do it, sorry" with the most bratty tone as she was playing with her phone, not even bothering to look up. I had to drive back the next morning. If my insurance wasn't hooked up with CVS I would, without question, use another pharmacy. read more
