They all remember me by sight, answer questions happily and are pleasant no matter what time of day. The rest of the store is just like any other Rite Aid - except maybe bigger and cleaner. Wegmans works really hard to keep its customers happy. A good example of this is the Wegmans on…read moreJames St. Just a year ago, the parking lot was tough to navigate and the store itself was short on options when stacked up against other stores in the area. Fast forward to a year later. They have recently finished making some changes to the parking lot so it's easier to get in and out (and more changes are still in the works it seems) and they have completely renovated the dine in area of the store. Instead of going in and feeling cramped while ordering a sandwich and having very little options for hot food, Wegmans completely shifted the store around and installed a much bigger prepared foods area. This is a major win for those of us who work in the area and want to have choices for a lunch on the go. Each day you can now select from an expanded sushi bar, sandwich station, pizza, hot foods bar, or the robust salad bar. I feel like I could come here each work day and get a great meal. There is a lot of gushing about Wegmans around here, and it is not unwarranted. The James St store does not get 5 stars, as others have mentioned it's a bit smaller than the others and doesn't have quite the space or selection, but it is still Wegmans, and they have worked hard to make it better.

The lady looks at the bin, takes a $10 T-shirt she had in her car, tosses it in the bin and grabs a five dollar one. Next lady comes along, sees the bin filled with T-shirts that says five dollars so she takes the nicest one which is of course a $10 one that the previous lady tossed in there.... Few minutes later I am at the register, noticing lady #2 holding up the line arguing that the $10 t-shirt was in a bin marked $5.... They were slimy and mushy. I called the store to see about getting a refund, and the stupid ai non-person "connected" me to a store associate. After 31 rings, a male voice said they were too busy to answer. Started the whole thing again. AI non-person said Walmart's policy is to return the produce to the store, I don't have a car and have to pay for a ride to Walmart. Again it said they would transfer me to a store associate. Again, after 30+ rings, the male voice said they are too busy to answer. This is not the first time it's happened. Nobody anywhere in the store ever answers the phone. I am done with Walmart. Will never ever ever go there again.
