Staff are all very nice and fast when placing a food order. What really pushes me to giving a 5 star though are thier subs. They are so delicious! The Campania is my favorite so far, which is prosciutto, fresh mozza- rella, basil pesto, tomato & garlic oil on your choice of bread. I of course went with an italian loaf but they also had wheat. I think some is from local suppliers. Everything is very clean and nicely arranged. I bought some honey, natural soaps, and soft beverages for gifts. One thing that has changed from years ago is that they now carry a range of CBD remedies. I'm sure they have many other useful items that I don't remember now. ZERO STARS... The…read morepersonal shoppers practically run you over when you're trying to shop here first off. So I take a two year old car in to get tires on, fine. Got them done, they scratched 3/4 rims. Got to talk to Clayton, unfortunately, the heavily-tattooed automotive manager... He proceeded to follow me outside to take a look at the rims. He kept downplaying the damage, wiping at deep gouges with a microfiber cloth. I finally stated "I should have known better than to bring my car here". Boy, did he lose it. My elderly father with Parkinson's was standing six feet away as he said "What did you say?!" Multiple times, getting in my face. He then accused me of harassing his employees, but there was no one in the parking lot. Maybe he should be tested for substance abuse..? I finally had to apologize because I thought he was going to physically assault me in front of my poor father, who couldn't believe his eyes. After things calmed down, he wanted me to bring the car in so they could "try to buff it out". I looked online and it says Walmart has nothing to do with tire rim repair...I had an appointment and didn't show up. I didn't feel like being verbally harassed again. I called the store Manager Mary Weed later that day and she was completely dismissive, almost silent. She didn't say it directly, but the gist was basically what should she do about it? Anyways, I heard she got a nice bonus for getting the store reopening done in time! That's all she cares about! If you can at all avoid it, shop at Wegmans or Aldis locally for groceries. If you HAVE to go to Walmart there is one in Liverpool and one in Central Square that aren't as bad. WHATEVER you do, if you CARE about your CAR don't bring it to Cicero NY WALMART!!!

As I think about it, the presentation of goods resembles the Costco's, BJ"s and Sam's Club in this manner. The difference is that you don't have to buy 35 gallons of mayonnaise to receive a discounted price nor does one have to walk 30 miles to find your items. Aldi's presents a combination of the expected standard food items, along with some surprising gems, while offering all at prices which, for the most part, are less than Wegman's and Wal Mart. Their physical size causes them to be able to offer a core set of always available foods and a rotating variety of special household goods. Aldi's is a German owned company so, you will find some simple yet surprisingly good imported German products( mustards, chocolates and more) at great prices. Most Aldi's are set up in a similar fashion. First, if you want a shopping cart, bring a quarter with you as they have a locking device on each cart. Simply insert a quarter ( $0.25 cent piece) You'll get this back when you return your cart after you finish shopping. Paper, several varieties of plastic bags are available for a nominal cost ( starting at $0.06- six cents) per bag. Bring your own bags or boxes or use Aldi's boxes which they ofter offer free on a first come first serve. So, what do they offer inside? Aldi's has a large selection of private label ( or store brand) items along with name brand products. All of your basics are present, for example, milk. Do you want to but a half gallon at Wegman's ? Pay $1.99 - Aldi's $1.29. Tastes the same and might be from the same farm. Cereal? Aldi's house brand variety is extensive and of high quality. Want Cheerios? Pay $1.69 here or over $4.00 for the brand name at Wegman's. Like Hellman's mayo? So do I. Aldi's great tasting house brand is only $1.99 for 30oz vs $3.49 or more at other places. Fresh vegetables and fruits are available, also at good prices. If you're looking for pre-peeled and diced fruits, buy a knife and start cutting. Meat selection and prices are competitive as is quality. You will not find fresh seafood. Frozen seafood and other frozen products ( pizza, burittos, meals, vegetables, and most other items you can think of) are readily available. They offer a surprising variety of imported German foods: delicious chocolates, mustards, candies, and at times kitchen and baking implements.( I bought springform pans, made in Germany, for baking cheesecakes for only $7.99) One unique item of interest is pistachios. These generally are $2.00 less per pound than Wegmans and even Wal Mart. When I travel abroad to visit family, I buy 10lbs of pistachios here and save $20.00. Employees are hard working, very pleasant, keep the store clean and maintain the place well stocked. You won't find empty shelves. Everything is well labeled and prices are posted on large, easy to read placards above or below each product. I'm just sorry I waited 15 years to try Aldi's. Don't let this happen to you.
