My mother was delivered a lift chair that cost $1740.00. This was being paid for by her insurance company. Right after the delivery man left I noticed several fabric pulls on the inside edge of the chair, I called the store and spoke with the owner, Kevin, he asked that I email pictures. I did. The next day I received a call that they needed to pick the chair up immediately , but they weren't bringing another one until approximately 3-5 days later. Please understand that he was told that if they removed the chair that my mother would not have a chair to sit on, because her previous chair was removed to accommodate the new chair. The mobility medical supply company didn't care that they would be leaving a disabled person without a chair. I found that fact disturbing. Kevin said this was the policy of the chair manufacture, Golden. I emailed Golden, and have had no reply. read more

Kathy found me a pair of suede, black mary jane's paid in full for by Medicare because I'm diabetic. Just in time for my college reunion! Went in to rent or purchase a knee scooter for use due to a recent ankle break at work. Had to wait almost five minutes before even acknowledged then another five to be helped. Told women what I needed and asked if the billed workers comp. Didn't even get the word Comp out of my mouth when her hand went up and she turned her back saying "we don't deal with comp". Too bad she turned so quick and shut me down as my next sentence was to be "or I'll pay cash and worry about the reimbursement myself". We left and went to Mother Goose Medical Supply where I was treated as a customer should be. With respect. Would not refer a single soul there. read more

Need a ramp for Mom to come home from the hospital in a wheelchair (three steps to the house). Time was of the essence, she is due home tomorrow morning. I called this past Friday, they came out to measure on Monday, put in the ramp today, Wednesday. Every time they said they would be here, they were on time or even early. Only took them about an hour to put the ramp in. It's aluminum, not beautiful (IMO) but it doesn't rust, the slant is gradual, there are handrails and it's sturdy. They even answered my emails - I emailed just after midnight last night, had my response early this morning! If you're a caregiver, you know how stressful it is, especially transitions. Communication is so key. Their quick response and follow-through eased my mind considerably. I worked with Nathan mostly. Will definitely use them again! (This is temporary, so at some point we'll probably want a permanent ramp - installation time takes longer for those - and we'll go back to them.) read more

I have been going to Kathy for several years now. Being extremely hard to fit and unable to find sneakers in the local stores is impossible. Kathy fit me perfectly while being very pleasant and professional. MoPro takes Medicare for diabetic sneakers which I need. read more

Dealt with "Kathy" by phone. She couldn't have been more negative or less helpful. Told me "I don't do Medicare. We're done." Really? Mobility products and you "don't do Medicare?". And I have fantastic secondary insurance. Nasty.... There are other businesses with pleasant, helpful people out there to deal with. read more
