I think this place is growing to fast. Everything i go, what is presented on the floor is out of stock. The deals are not good anymore. Used to find a b1g1. Now the offer 20% off if lucky, but wait....that is out of stock as well. There is always a spend 100 and get a hat sign up but I've never received the hat. Becauae...they are out of stock. Lol. Parking downtown sucks, and to make the extra effort and for the past 4 visits feel mega disappointed. I'm hoping the figure their shit out. This place finally opened up! I call this place the cannabis museum. Clean and beautiful. The display they have for each product is amazing. Easy to understand and many helpful employees to help you navigate your way. The third floor is closed but they are hoping to open it later in the year. No expense was spared on the interior design and product displays. So it's an experience just to view all 3 floors. The second floor is the main floor for shopping. But be sure to have your ID with you otherwise you won't make it past the first floor. The budtenders all seemed knowledgeable and happy to be there. The prices seem to be reasonable despite the chic atmosphere. The sales taxes are where you'll notice a steep increase. This location is downtown so expect downtown parking to be less convenient. They offer such a huge selection that it can be overwhelming for newbies. I would suggest doing your homework to figure out what it is you're looking for so that you at least have an idea before you arrive. Even tho the staff is very helpful, it's good to have an understanding before coming to shop. They have an ATM available because you'll likely need cash. Fynnstoned has a good selection of products for your needs at a decent price. Flower, carts, gummies and more. They don't have a huge selection of edibles, which I love, but there were a few things to choose from. The staff is chill and don't hover while you're looking and that is a plus for me. Don't get fooled using their online system! Even if you choose the Flynnstoned Oswego website, the order goes to Syracuse. Called while I was there, from the Oswego location, (staff at Oswego, stellar) to see if they could switch it somehow and Emily said best they could do is mail me a gift certificate, or I can drive to Syracuse to pick it up. Not one to usually leave review but after reading some of the poor reviews and just having to laugh I felt the need to leave one. First and foremost as someone who has lived in Colorado and visited Cali more than once I can say the prices and quality of weed is very comparable and they have a far larger selection than many well know dispensaries on the west coast. The staff is very friendly and always willing to answer any questions without approaching you the second you walk in and berating you with house or other products choices but instead let you come to them when ready. Saw a comment about the price cards writing being too small and not being able to tell which products go with each price, yet every single product is next to or in a labeled container and the writing has to be somewhat small so they can fit all the amazing different products they offer into the cases. Lastly I have had to exchange two different brand carts and have never had any sort of issue. So not sure what some of these complaints are some people just really want to ruin a good thing by thinking the world needs to cater to their every need. read more

Excellent, outstanding dispensary! From the minute you walk in, you feel like you're meeting old friends! The selection is amazing, and they even had full spectrum edibles! I have made many purchases at Flynnstoned and have had several problems. I have got weed with seeds (thanks, 1 of 4 was a girl), weed that was very dry, weed that was listed as 31% online and was 31% on the receipt was only 24% (I could of got my 2ed choice that was 28% but the bud tender never mentioned that I was not getting what I made clear I wanted), The first 2 moon rocks were great but the next several were trash (contacted co that makes them 2 weeks ago and never heard back). I now have 2 grow tents and will not be buying much more weed at those high prices. The Gush Mints that should of been 31% has seed(s), found 1 so far (more for the next crop). read more

I have frequented the store many times and am now mostly using their delivery service if I shop here, because right now they are the only ones doing that. But after my last experience not only will I not be doing delivery service, I will not be patronizing this store again. The delivery guy likes to announce to your whole neighborhood that you are getting weed delivered, usually by making some very dumb, very loud jokes about weed as he gets out of his car (*screaming from his car* "you are now being arrested by the weed police!" what??). When I asked him to use some discretion because there are kids in the neighborhood (including right next door), he very loudly said, "Oh there are kids here? F*** them!" and then laughed like an 11 year old (he is definitely a grown adult likely in his late 40s or 50s). I asked him to not speak about my neighbors like that, and he said, "well I don't have neighbors!" and laughed again like a child. He never once apologized or acknowledged my discomfort, he only doubled down. Given this place's prices, and now a very rude and non-discreet delivery service, that was the last time I will be shopping here. I would say only use this service if you are comfortable with everyone in the vicinity knowing what is going on at your house. I called this place to let them know about the exchange I had, the person on the phone was nice and said a manager would call me back--but that never happened. This place is no longer the only shop in town and now has MANY competitors. It's time they started treating their customers like they want to keep them. Otherwise they definitely will not! read more

Staff when I came in were distracted and not very friendly. Prices on the display do not reflect the price at checkout. I got a vape because they are convenient. It stopped working with more than half left in it wont charge wont hit. I respect the idea but i can get better and cheaper not in a dispensary and honestly it wasn't very strong either. Pax vape pod i dont recommend it. The torch vape is probably better but the prices are out of control. I came from out of town (still upstate NY) and a 2.5 gram vape is $35-40 I paid about $90 for a 1 gram vape here. read more

The setup is pretty cool. In my opinion, it is kind of confusing to find someone who is on the floor to assist you. Once I found help, it was easy to get my questions answered. A nice variety of products especially for the edibles. I would not recommend this shop if someone is trying to cop something quick. If you want to buy something here, you will have to spend more on whatever you typically consume. $50 here would probably get you one item max versus going to someone local where you can get more for your buck. A discrepancy I noticed was the THC levels advertised. I purchased the Randy Marsh Hybrid strain from DANK. Online and In-Store it is advertised to have a 31% THC Range. But I noticed until AFTER I paid and received my product the sticker said "Total THC: 25%" and "Total Cannabinoids: 29%." Even on the checkout screen, it said it had 31% so I was confused as to how it has a Total THC of 25%. read more
