My fiancé and I came in this morning to buy a piece. We made some small talk with Franco and were treated with the uttermost kindness. We just experienced a family loss and he treated us like he knew us for years. He brightened our day and gave us some hope on a very sad day. We will 100% be back! read more

Just got back from Zonen. I went to buy a zero nicotine e-cigarette and Frank, the clerk, was so helpful. He even put the device together and showed me how to use it. Customer service like that is rare to find these days and I think Frank went above and beyond what is, sad to say, the norm these days. I would highly recommend this store. No pressure to buy and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I loved it!!!!! Susan W. Syracuse, NY read more

Zonen is North Syracuse's best kept secret. It is hidden away on Old Collamer Rd. affording privacy for the discrete shopper. The staff are personable and friendly and provide quality products. The staff is also knowledgeable in their products. Finally, the mark-up on products is reasonable and fair. I no longer ise any other smoke shop and would definitely recommend them to a friend. read more

This place was really cool. Lots of original and cr e time glass. The guy at the counter was nice and helped my girlfriend picknoutbsome rolling papers. There was no pressure to buy. We walked around and ended up buying only papers and dutches, as planned. There ws also a sex shop in the back. That's was kind of interesting. Like you go to a smoke shop and see porn... read more

i called the east syracuse store a few mins ago to inquire about a single product (zippo lighter fluid), if they had any in stock right now, and approximate price, only to get the answer "we don't do that here, you'll have to stop by and check our shelves for yourself" not the customer service i was expecting after reading these other reviews. i had heard a rumor that these "positive" reviews were written only by employees......starting to sound true not very helpful at all guys read more
