Everyone was friendly, including the owner, Jayson, who is very obviously a real fitness enthusiast. He constantly rotates in new/different equipment at his gym. He was very welcoming. As far as value, I came in on a guest pass, but for being a 24/7 gym, that's clean, never crowded, plays good music and has equipment you won't find anywhere else, what Jayson charges per month is an absolute value. They now have kombucha on tap in addition to selling bottled varieties, but I usually choose an old fashioned, sugar cane soda in a glass bottle. Even though proximity factors into our decision to eat here, we're always satisfied with the food and the friendly service.
