This is my favorite shop in town! The employees are all so helpful and friendly, I recently moved to NY and was unfamiliar with many of the brands they carry (they have an amazing selection!) but the budtenders put my mind at ease and asked me questions that helped narrow down what I would be shopping for. They even have samples (non-infused) so you can try before you buy! The shop is very well organized and easy to navigate. You can come shop, order online for pickup or even have your goods delivered. Loudpack is truly a no-stress, educational & happy environment. I saw some reviews talking about price, but I found their prices to be typical compared to other shops in the area. Personally I prefer coming to this shop because of the employees and because it's not nearly as loud or busy as other shops. First off I'll say, I usually back loud pack from california to new york they know the cannabis industry..usually. Not today, my order was wrong right from the beginning, it was short a concentrate, and the budtender did not tell me or try to sell me a new one..but because I need my cannabis I asked for indica diamonds, they had none, I asked for any other diamonds..which at that time the budtender said he would get me the DIAMONDS I asked for..I get about 4 miles away from the store and realized..the budtender gave me an incorrect preroll as well on my order!!!..the worst part of all..is the budtender gave me badder..not DIAMONDS:( please..for the love of all things green...get your customers order correct, and please listen to what your customer is asking for thanks. read more

They don't follow their hours as advertised. Showed up more than 10 minutes before 9 o'clock and was turned away because they "already shut everything down". You shouldnt advertise online or your door if youre not going to be open til that time. read more
