They even have samples (non-infused) so you can try before you buy! The shop is very well organized and easy to navigate. You can come shop, order online for pickup or even have your goods delivered. Loudpack is truly a no-stress, educational & happy environment. I saw some reviews talking about price, but I found their prices to be typical compared to other shops in the area. Personally I prefer coming to this shop because of the employees and because it's not nearly as loud or busy as other shops. Possibly because the shop is a little hard to see driving off the street, but it's a GEM!

What a nightmare. I…read morehave been there 3 or 4 times in the last 2 years and there was decent hookah service. The last time I visited, I tried to buy a small pack of cigarillos. After the cashier demanded to see my ID before checkout, and providing a perfectly legal and valid drivers license, I was informed that it was "unacceptable." There is absolutely nothing wrong with my ID and it is still 100% valid. I am almost 30 years old and I was told to leave the store. HOW EMBARRASSING. The staff has become completely rude, slow, and unhelpful. Their cigars are all old and dried out. Their hookah tobaccos are similarly ruined. Just go to Smokers Choice downstairs, Mallard Tobacconist, or Empire Newsstand instead... Anything but this dump. I am not affiliated with any other stores, but I would rather forego instead of giving these people my money.

My group and ordered a cherry hookah since, in our experience, it is the one flavor is never really bad tasting. However the hookah was very harsh smoking at first. We let the hookah rest a little and tried again, it was no longer harsh but we got none of the cherry flavor. We were disappointed but figured the shisha being tasteless was more of the brands fault then the shops. We had trouble flagging the girl who was running the shop down to get us some more coals. She was busy talking to some people who weren't customers. One of us had to go up there and get her attention. Every other hookah bar I have experienced had an employee stop by every once and awhile to check the coals. This one we had to go out of our way to get our monies worth. I was also annoyed that an 18% gratuity is automatically added to your bill, she did not deserve a tip. All in all the place wasn't awful, it was clean with nice sofas and tables. The hookah service was just not good at all, which is why my group went.
