I have to say the pharmacist, Carlos Ayala, has always treated my family and I with respect. Carlos is always so respectful, has lots of patience, and giving the best costumer service with every encounter We have with him. Went to get a prescription filled after sinus surgery told me he didn't have the medication. Asked when they would have it polled they had no idea. Do I ask can you call around your sister stores find out somebody else have it which I was told no. Horrible horrible customer service read more

I had an unfortunate experience in this store. While waiting in line (I was next to be helped), a young lady walked right up to the register and placed her items on the counter. When I spoke up and informed the clerk she had not waited in line, he proceeded to chastise me. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. He offered to get the manager and spend several minutes in the office with the manager before the manager came out. When I explained the situation to him, he treated it like a joke. This may not be the fault of the location, but I had my first dose of the Covid vaccine here. I cannot get an appointment for my second dose!!!!! I have called their hotline and tried to sign up on the website many, many times. One part of the site says they have vaccines but when I try to schedule, they say they don't have the vaccine. The worse customer service. I came here looking for an ice chest. I just bought a bunch of beach stuff at a different CVS but they didn't have the size I was looking for. All the beach stuff at this cvs was buy one get one half off, but she said I couldn't return and rebuy for half off because the last purchase takes 24 hours to reflect. What? Why? So I asked to speak with a manager but if course he had just "gone to lunch." Never has a CVS store not been accommodating to a Cvs discount member. The store now looks fantastic. One thing that's needs attention is the music. The entire neighborhood is not Hispanic so why is the music 90% Hispanic? We have a mixed neighborhood of Black Asian Caucasian and others. It would be nice if the piped music reflected that. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars i would. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went in to get some beer and liquor and there were 2 employees sniffing the laundry detergent. After we check out I get back and start enjoying my beer, well attempting to. Something didn't taste quite right. Upon looking at the bottle it stated it was freshest before 6/4/18. When I called the store I spoke with Carlos. I told him what had happened and he stated " that's impossible our beer guy just came". I stated how on the bottle it said freshest before 6/4/18. Then Carlos stated " Yeah that's the day it was bottled so there isnt anything we can do". I was not happy. I ended up going out that evening and happened to look at the beer at the bar and noticed the date on their bottles said Sept 2018. I went back the next morning to speak to another manager who tried to tell me the same thing and I told him about how I say a different date on the bottles at the bar and I wanted my money back. He told me that they could not do money back on liquor but he could give me more beer. When he gave me the beer I checked the bottles and just like at the bar it stated freshest before Sept 2018. I dont understand why managers have to try to make customer feel stupid for caring about their products that they purchased. This was a horrible experience for me! read more

If i could give 0 stars i would went to drop off my prescription at 2:50pm and they told me it will be ready in 1 hour went back at 4:20pm and they said it's not ready that it'll take another 30 minutes and i asked why did they tell me 1 hour and they said i don't know but we are backed up so i had to waste my gas and time to be going back and forth just because they are not communicating with the people correctly worst service ever read more

They never get all 3 of my scrips filled correctly for the past year, They even forget to call the insurance to get them paid for so I have to pay and get reimbursed. I love this cvs, it might be gettho sometimes but they usually have a security guard except on sundays. The staff is more friendlier than other cvs I been too well the guys at least! The actual infrastructure of the store was well built and clean. The people around were very sketch as is expected for that neighborhood. I know there is not much that the actual owners and employees of the store can do about that, but it still is a major turnoff. This CVS offers the cheapest cheap beer around. Better than the liquor stores and closer than the big Vons and Ralph chains. The parking area was decent, I've never had a problem with it here. More security could turn this place around. read more

well I say one person has worked so hard with no complaints or problem or even any trouble on her job and that is Vanessa. She is a excellent worker and on time to work and she is there when i needed some assistance. Vanessa is a very kind and respectful employee. She has been work hard for the past few year and she deserves a raise or at least a two weeks or a one month paid vacation cause i think the young lady has earn it she needs a well deserves reward on her hard and excellent work she has done. I come in here every fxccin day. I live up the street usually people don't follow me around the store while I'm shopping. I was dressed homely (pajamas) and had my daughter with me getting various items and dropping them in a basket LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE DO while shopping. I get to to the baby Isle and put a few items in the basket my daughter put a crayola item in the basket I look to my left a security guard is looking my way and I look to my right the "supervisor" is shuffling shyt that doesn't need to be shuffled. so I go to the liquor department and get a bottle OF EXPENSIVE liquor with the huge "do not steal me cap at the top", I make it to the front of the store and what do you know the supervisor is conveniently done in time to ring me up to make sure I pay for EACH and EVERY one of my items. he wasn't inconspicuous at all, he made it very uncomfortable and obvious. I will NOT be bringing my business back here there are many cvs's in the neighborhood. I used to work retail and customer service and I know what it looks like when someone is stealing they usually have a heavy coat or back pack or large purse and I had none of these things. it was so discriminating. read more

Chris at the pharmacy is an exceptional employee, one of my copay a for a cream ended up being $50 so rather than shooing me away and making us coming inside w a small child, he went and got a cream that was comparable to the one I was prescribed... 5 stars bc he grabbed the cvs brand to save me money! Pharmacy is shockingly unreliable. My medications are ALWAYS late because of a screwup on their end. If you take medicine that you can't go without, STAY AWAY. I had to use cvs for the first time in months and they screwed everything up...and they don't seem to care. read more

Unfortunately my primary physician is on maternity leave so her substitute sent my prescription to this pharmacy. Not only did no one acknowledge my presence for roughly 5 mins even when I tried to gain their attention, but my prescription also wasn't ready (and this was a week after my doctor sent it to them). I told them I would wait and look around since they said it would take about 10 mins to get together. I got bored after about 6 minutes and went to stand at the counter when I saw that a line had formed, so I stood off to the side for a couple of minutes before I got tired of not being acknowledged again and sat in a chair that was nearby. The man who had gone to get my prescription initially but who had been just standing there basically ignoring me finally looked in my direction as he walked away to say "you're stuff is ready, you can get in line." As if I had just showed up after all the people in line and hadn't been there before then. The line had grown from 0 when I first came in and asked for my prescription to about 5 people - and I mean 5 needy people to where each one took about 5-10 mins. Once I finally got to the front of the line, the woman who had been helping everyone decided to leave and take her sweet time coming back. When she asked my name and couldn't find my prescription I told her the other guy had set it up, then the other guy came back from wherever he had gone only to steal the woman who was finally about to ring me up to talk about something that could have definitely waited. I stood there and had to watch him talking about nothing and take my prescription from the woman and hold it hostage! He finally came back after a good 5 mins and acted extremely aloof and charged me for a prescription that should have been free under my insurance! I personally think he was high and a terrible pharmaceutics rep - not to mention the rest of the staff was no better. When I asked why I was being charged and wasn't it covered under my insurance, he said he didn't know and that I could bring my insurance card back within 7 days to get a refund. This place is very unkempt, the pharmacy staff sucks, I would recommend going to Compton before going here. read more
