Is he related to the owner? Is he the actual owner? I cannot imagine any employer would keep a person like this on their staff with how horrible he is to people. Every time I've called there for my 90-year-old father, he is so extremely mean and disrespectful and horrible. He also treated my father horribly today, per usual. I mean, if you're just a horrible person and mean by nature, at your place of employment, you at least have to be neutral and/or civil, you can't just be downright nasty to actual customers. As a result, my father will be moving to a new pharmacy and I will continue to funnel people away from this place because of the horrible pharmacist they have there. This comment is directed, strictly towards the owner: The pharmacist that you have on staff is ruining your business. You are losing customers because of the way he treats people. Minnesota is supposed to be such a nice place, however, no one would ever think that if the only person they ever met from Minnesota was this pharmacist, they would think it's the worst place in the world. If you care about your business and you care about the treatment of your customers, I would suggest you truly reevaluate keeping this person on staff. In fact, for the record, the entire West seventh community talks badly about this pharmacist because anyone that's gone to the pharmacy has very unfortunately had to deal with him so it's common knowledge that he's just awful. I really hope you do something about this at some point. As the owner, I would suggest that you even call there posing as a customer to see how horrible you will be treated by this person. If ever you get rid of him, and that is made known, we will consider coming back, but until then, never.

I went to this pharmacy for about three months simply because it was the closest pharmacy to my house. I tolerated the issues I had with them for a while, but eventually my patience broke. The pharmacist, Jeff, is easily in of the top five most rude people I have ever encountered. His attitude makes it seem like me getting prescriptions filled at his pharmacy is a hassle for him. On top of that, whenever I ask a question about a medication (I don't have a pharmacy degree like him, obviously), he makes me feel incredibly stupid for not knowing the answer to the question I asked. The day I stopped going there, I went in to get a refill that they said was ready when I called. Whenever I got to the counter, they told me that the doctor needed to verify that I could receive it. I was in the process of asking whether I needed to call my doctor or if he did, and he cut me off and said (in a very irritated and stuck-up tone of voice), "Obviously I'M not going to call 'YOUR doctor for you," and turned his back on me. There were so many other ways he could have said in that situation, but that is how he chose to handle my question. Long story short, if you are looking for a pharmacy and considering this one, I wouldn't recommend going there unless you like being blatantly disrespected every time you go get your medications.

Guess I should have waited to pay my bill so they had a reason to pretend to care about my health concerns.

My only complaint is the curb... I don't know if it's their way of halting people possibly accidentally driving in to the store, instead of pillars but they must be a couple inches taller than a standard curb. I park near a brick column so I can brace a hand on it to step up and step back down. The counter wasn't always manned so I'd have to "hellllooo" for a cashier. Can wait…read more15-20 minutes after your scheduled time if there people ahead of you which there usually always is. If you have more than one concern or issue you need to make another appointment. Which is understandable so they don't get behind time but it is a little annoying they don't space out their visits better to leave enough time for each patient without running into another scheduled time. Otherwise they are convenient for birth control and a quick check up if you dont want to wait for your primary care to be available and normally can schedule same day or next day appointments.

Was at wit's end dealing with telephone trees and long lines at the chain pharmacies. This place feels like a calm oasis in the health care maze. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and keen to make sure you are doing well. Can't recommend them enough. (They also have free delivery.)

Absolute worst pharmacy ever and I haven't even got one med from them yet... first message said can…read morebe filled this day after they had received and tried to process them weeks ago and should have had correct date that insurance would fill and the day comes and they are like per our policy can be filled but insurance won't cover until 2 days later... then when I tried to get other meds that are available it will not let me get them same day and days Monday and it's Friday... then I ask to pick them up and they instruct how to do so... I select the time and put their address in and submit and it says there is an issue with the time... I message them asking to fill all meds that are available so I can pick them up and they fill 3 out of 7 for pickup... then I need a prior auth and my Dr is on it and this was Monday and she submitted the form and usually it's a day or 2 for it to be complete and it's Friday and still no update on if it has been complete and it's a med I cant go without and now I have been out and getting sick and they just say we will update you later... the other pharmacy I was at would have this done by now... I Left there due to how downhill the staff was and them being so rude but at least when a med was able to be filled I could submit it and they would have it ready early morning, also when rx were submitted even weeks prior it would have date available to be filled if it was too soon and would have it ready that day and not pull the oh it can be filled this day and when they say comes say oh no sorry you have to wait 2 more days... I was hoping this would be alot easier and delivery as my pharmacy was a drive but I am so frustrated I decided to pick mine up from capsules store front...
