I bought a blood pressure cuff and monitor from the store and used a card and my Walgreens account. The receipt was stapled to the bag which was accidentally discarded. A week later I attempted to return the item unopened because it turns out we had another blood pressure cup. The store manager was unwilling to take back the items, so I had to contact customer service who found my transaction and who along with the cashier finally resolved my issue. I mentioned very calmly, that businesses were generally required to keep receipts on file for around three years and my request fell well within reasonable expectation for a retail business, especially since these items were unopened and I had the card I paid with. He threw his hands up and walked away from me. Unhelpful, unprofessional. Two stars only because of the 5 star customer service rep and the cashier who was willing to actually help me. 45 minutes for a return. This experience has soured this location for me. Well, I had a 2nd experience that will officially make me switch pharmacies. I placed a curbside pickup with only 2 items, maybe a $10 order. I also had a prescription to pick up. I first went through the drive thru for the Rx, there were 2 cars ahead of me. We all waited in the drive thru for at least 15 mins and the car at the window never moved. This was at 8pm. So I decided to go park in the curbside to wait for my online order while the line went down at the pharmacy drive thru. I press the "I'm here" button on my email. It also says if I've been waiting more than 5 mins for my order, to call the store. I waited 6 mins and ended up calling the store. The cashier said he would take care of it. I waited another 10 mins, no order. I called the store a 2nd time, and the cashier apologized and called out to another employee and hung up the phone. I waited another 10 mins, and decided to go in the store this time. Went up to the cashier and said I had been waiting almost 30 mins for my order. He apologized again (the cashier was very polite and sincere, I don't remember his name) and grabbed the manager and 2 other employees that were apparently looking for my order at the photo center (none of my items were photo related). The manager came to me with a brown paper bag with my items and told me I had requested a digital receipt (this was not an option when I was shopping online) and said they were having a hard time finding it. He did apologize for the wait, but by then I just wanted to leave the store and not cause a scene. It was 40 mins by then. I left the store, and then remembered I still had to pick up my meds. I went back to the drive thru and the pharmacist was not on duty so it was closed, at 8:45pm. Sigh. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy and store. pharmacy is always out of stock and refills are never ready no matter if you call ahead. normal products are behind glass to prevent theft but staff isn't available to unlock things in time. The drive through pharmacy is never open. some of the same products as other stores but way overprice. Bathroom is locked and you have to ask the unavailable staff to open it they won't even give a key they just walk you to the bathroom like an inmate. This store is so bad dont go! pharmacist hung up on me out of frustration. read more

I wish I could give less stars. My first visit here my prescription wasn't ready until 6 hours after it was supposed to be filled. I stopped back twice within that time to pick it up and they had no reason to tell me why it wasn't ready. Now my second visit, I have sat for 30 minutes behind two cars. One of them which wasn't serviced at all. The one currently in front of me still waiting after 10 minutes to be greeted. What is going on with this place?? Update: I sat for 45 mins total to be told only one of my two meds were ready. read more

I had my FedEx package delivered there, so went to pick it up today. The woman at the checkout was talking so loud and dropping the f bomb. I picked up some cookies that caught my eye and got in line to check out and ask about my package. The cashier was bad mouthing her co-worker to a customer/friend who was sitting on some merch. The employee getting the bashing came up to grab her phone and was leaving, the cashier was berating her as she left. I finally got to the checkout and she made a huge deal about being the only one who works. She said she didn't know what to do, she was loud and kept saying about calling some guy, Jake? Then she said some short Asian girl can help, and said she couldn't remember her name. She ignored I had the cookies and started ringing up the guy behind me. She finally got on the phone and called someone to help with the package. I just left the cookies and got my package and got the hell out of there. I will drive far and wide before I would ever, ever go there again. This is a warning, don't ever break down to go there. So not worth it. No one needs that much drama. They have a serious organization problem at Walgrens I have to make 3-4 trips for different meds every month because they can't get the same refill date....Then I saw on TV they have Save A Trip , which is supposed to fill all your meds on the same day, NOPE... I called the day before to verify the meds would be ready they said next day by 10am. Only 3 out of 7 meds were filled at 2 pm next day and it would take another half hour to fill the rest ! I called save a trip to tell them the problem and they said I only had 4 meds on save a trip ! Total chaos, go somewhere else. read more

I went to the pharmacy to get my drugs, turns out the inside is closed so I went to the curbside pick up. There was a line all the way out to the street. I sat in the line for 30 minutes got to the window, they said my drugs weren't ready even though I got a text saying that they were. They made me come back in 30 minutes. I came back to another huge line. Finally got to the window and they said they didn't have enough boxes for me so I asked for the 30 day supply. They said they had to process for that and for me to get back in line. I should have spazzed but I just left with no drugs. This is very stressful as a diabetic who needs insulin to even eat. Couldn't eat tonight because I couldn't get my drugs. Something needs to change. read more

The pharmacist decided not to fill a prescription for my child's blood glucose meter because they were out of test strips he figured I didn't need the meter yet. Out meter was broken and we had a few strips but he made a judgement call. Bad judgement. Did I mention when I called he could have still filled it and I could have picked it up but they were closing early for labor day weekend so we had to ask another Walgreens to fill it. LOVE this Walgreens! A big plus for me is that it's within walking distance of my house. So it's really great on days when I just want to go to the store maybe grab ice cream or maybe if I need some Tylenol or if I really need some cat food but I don't feel like going to the regular store. I've never had any problems at this store and don't expect I ever will. The employees are consistently pleasing and happy to answer any questions myself or my mom has about something in the store. read more

The staff is always friendly and I appreciate them! There are too few though when you need some help. This store is very poorly stocked, unlike other Walgreens I've been to. Many empty spots on the shelves, even with popular items. Hardly worth coming. read more

I've never done cartwheels over any Walgreens. They try to be the Fleet Farm of drugs and cosmetics selling something for everyone in reduced, cramped square footage. And, I have no real interest in buying cosmetics, pills, and other crap they offer. I went to Walgreens to get my fall flu shot. I like Walgreens better than the clinic for this since you can walk in at any time the pharmacy is open. Basically, you are running on your schedule, not the clinics'. I was informed that, because of my age, I should also get a shot for shingles and pneumonia, both of which are given only once and I'm supposedly protected forever. Somehow, I feel that the drug companies are creating a crisis for every cough and sniffle (and whatever else they can come up with) and they are trying to sell, sell, sell more drugs to "protect" you. At any rate, since I only had to get them once in the rest of my lifetime and I didn't have to pay for them, I got the shots. It's the first year that my arm has hurt after the flu shot. After the shots, finding nothing in the store to captivate my interest, I walked out. I don't know, when you go into a Walgreens, you leave with an empty feeling and that didn't change. I go to this walgreens because it is near my house, that's my only reason to go there. I went by to pick up my prescriptions and no one knew where the pharmacist was or what hours the pharmacy was open. REALLY?!??! I wish I could go somewhere else to pick up my meds because after speaking to some of the people who work there andthem not having a clue about the hours or the staff, I'm not impressed. Go across the street to the CVS, they'll take better care of you. read more

The Pharmacy is mostly incompetent, with a high frequency turnover of staff. ONLY go here as close to home. No matter how much time you give them to refill an RX, it is rarely ever ready (even hours or days after requested pick up time), or they are out of common medications. No clue what they are doing. If the refills have run out on long-term patient RX, don't count on them to contact your doctor or clinic for a refill (as is standard practice), you will almost always be making a second trip back. With a few rare exceptions, the help here is not only not helpful or customer service minded, they are mostly hostile. read more
