After I had visited The Bar Nutrition, I did a search for a Walgreens. I needed some beverages during my stay in the Twin Cities. This one was a brief drive for me. I had no problem finding a parking spot. After I had parked my rental vehicle, I walked into the drugstore. I decided to get a couple of two-litre bottles of pop. I was able to mix and match, so I got a Diet Dr Pepper and a Diet Pepsi. What I like about this store is its huge selection of Squishmallows and plushies. You can get everything from Mickey Mouse to a Hello Kitty collaboration with Squishmallows. I was looking for the latest M&M's flavour, which is peanut butter and jelly. Maybe it's too new. This store didn't carry it. My landed in the Twin Cities to a heatwave. It was 30°C. It was sad to see that all coolers that kept milk and drinks cold weren't working. Ugh! I had the nicest female staffer help cash me out. I paid with a credit card. Using a Canadian credit card prompts the payment system to ask whether you want to pay in USD or CAD. I always go with the latter and have the credit card figure out the exchange rate. I also have Walgreens rewards, so I entered my phone number associated with it. I have opted to get a digital receipt, which goes to my inbox and reduces paper. I thanked the woman who bagged my drinks. I carried them to my vehicle and continued on with my day. I came here to purchase over the counter cold medicine. The prices are outrageous; $49 for cough syrup ! I recently shopped twice during an upper respiratory infection and spent $125 on 4-5 items. Out of desperation for relief I coughed up the inflated prices. The staff weren't welcoming or helpful, either. As I left, I thought I need to find another option for purchases like this...because this just felt like corporate greed run amok. read more

Wallgreens at Robert & Butler AI has created horrible customer service chronically understaffed long lines for drive thru and walk up an hour and 30 min on hold anytime you need to speak to a pharmacist. Always out of stock on all diabetic injectables . No such thing as seamless tech integration . Terrible service model. read more

The worst leed pharmacist in the world and he has been there for years. They commonly lose prescriptions. Not possible to call pharmacy because it usually says more then 3 callers sometimes just 2 callers but it stays that way for hours literally. Today on an important medication they don't have in stock not sure when lol that's real staff is great but the man running that is not a capable pharmacist. They should fire him with cause! read more

Most of the time they've been pretty good, but lately they are shot on staff. I've been on hold for an hour and 10 minutes so far. That's just today, it's always a long hold time to talk to someone but this is the worst. Maybe they need to pay their employees a better wage. read more

Dear Walgreens, I'm breaking up with you. I have finally found a more caring pharmacy that treats me AND THEIR EMPLOYEES right. We've stayed together far too long and I can't take it anymore. You're let yourself go and your customers down. Your store's are too florescent and dingy under the surface. Corners of the floor are showing years of grime and tiles pulled up, shelves are beaten and worn. You've shut down most of the 24 hour stores and offer no after hours help. But the main reason is how terribly you treat your employees. I am wracked with empathy and guilt when I get my meds and I'm over it. You've monopolized the industry for far too long. This is good bye and I hope I never have to depend on you again! read more

Walgreens pharmacy specifically. Usually when I go here, there is a man who helps me and he has always been great. Today, I was helped by a woman who wouldn't even come to the window or make eye contact. You already can't hear anything as is... anyways, she told me she can't grab my medications from another location and that there was no medicine in the system at all. I called said location and they were saying she could and that my medication is showing up, so they are unsure why she'd say that. I called and was in hold for an hour before I got in my car and started driving while still in hold. I got to the window, and the same girl was sitting there on her PHONE, while I'm STILL on hold. I told her I have been on hold for over an hour, she didn't care. I also told her I callled the other pharmacy and told her she can definitely fill my medication from the other location and that it's in the system. She then was like "ohhh yeah it'll be ready in 20 minutes." Ridiculous. I'm sure there are plenty of other people who deserve the job she has. To CVS I go!!!! read more

Rude person at photo department. Long story short: the photo was crooked in the frame the first time. He tried to fix it but the margin on right was much bigger than the left margin. When pointed it bout he got frustrated and said he could refund me if I had a physical receipt. When you order a photo frame online for $54.99 you expect that the photo is centered. At the end, he refunded me, but with an attitude and was very rude. Also despite me having my email receipt and the order number, he said he could only get a store credit because I didn't have the paper receipt. I agreed but he managed to find it with my credit card number. I wanted a framed photo of my cat. Now I have to start all over again and order elsewhere. Never in this branch again. read more

Walgreens has everything I seem to need when I go in there. Being a rewards member also helps me to save some cash. I've encountered only helpful staff here, and the cosmetics lady is the most friendly of them all. She seems happy and content to keep the area neatly stocked and is ready to help, even if your question isn't cosmetics related. I'm usually there in the evenings and late nights. I find these times better because it's a quick in and out. Since this store is open 24 hours, it's nice to be able to run over for something if I've got a screaming headache at 3am and I don't want to take an opiate. The Walgreens brand is just as good as national and has a much better price tag. Again, this is even more so if you have a rewards card. The program is free to join and the points become real money off of your tab. The pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful, too. Even if you're there very late, they don't seem bugged by your late--night queries. read more

It is a pharmacy and Retail Store. You are supposed to expect anything extraordinary except for the normality of it. What makes me really mad about tonight is although both cashiers were very sweet and personable neither were wearing a mask correctly add them below their nose. Five out of the six customers I saw also had their masks below their nose and one gentleman Strait of wasn't even wearing his. Considering we are going through the most massive surge of cases currently all of this is completely unacceptable and you need to get control over your store. read more

Pretty decent Walgreens right next to my place. If you've never been to a Walgreens, then brother buckle up and get on down. The place is huge and mostly is an oversized convenience store with a pharmacy. It contains mostly hygiene products and things you need from day to day. They have entire aisles dedicated to certain hygiene products. They have an entire aisle dedicated to toothpaste, mouthwashes and toothbrushes (More than any tooth enthusiast could wish for). A long with an entire aisle containing nothing but deodorant and shower gel. They have every taste of the rainbow and if you can't find what you are searching for here, then brother it's time you start reevaluating your life. This place gets four out of five stars, i only detract the one star because they don't carry everything i need. (I'm currently reevaluating my life) read more

I miss this Walgreens being a 24 hour. Store hours has change, so please check and give them a call or get online. It's a busy store, I really love there photo session. They have Kodak pictures and they come out looking clear and beautiful! Also, Kodiak always has a picture contest I was going on. Walgreens, has sales all the time! I normally don't shop Walgreens as I usually go to CVS. However, when visiting Minnesota, this location is convenient as it is near where we stay and have picked up prescriptions for relatives. The service is friendly and selection vast. One of the clerks, he may have been a manager, was wonderful in helping us get a toilet insert for my grandmother, one of those that makes heightens the toilet if it is too small. The cashiers are wonderful and will eagerly get price checks or other questions answered if they are not sure about something. Quick and efficient service and a good selection out of this location though it is small. Keep up the good work guys.! read more
