When I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager, he was rude, dismissive, and offered zero help--just told me to pay $1,099 and when I became frustrated "we're done here." No empathy, no accountability, and no answers for two months of miscommunication. I won't be returning. Completely rude and unacceptable experience.

I called and asked the stupid AI answering machine to give me a update, but it just said it wasn't ready and I had to pretty much yell at it until it got me a real person. The lady I talked to answered with a pleasant voice and everything, just asked for my name. I told her and she said there was a problem because the doctor, while licensed to practice in MN, MA wouldn't pay for it. Now, I just wanted a minute to explain my situation a bit. I only just got MA coverage a couple months ago. Since then I have been using sesame to get appointments for prescription refills because I have social anxiety and need the meds to be able to work and drive. I'd just pay for it all out of pocket. Not being used to suddenly having health coverage, I dragged my feet finding a health provider, and realized I needed a new script at the last minute. I paid for the sesame appointment because I knew I had to get this done now. I would get really sick and have terrible episodes of anxiety if i didn't. I was willing to pay out of pocket for the prescription itself. But the pharmacist didn't allow me to say ANY of this. The second I asked if I could just a have a moment to explain what's going on, she SCOFFED. She didn't even suggest that I could pay out of pocket if I wanted to. She just wanted me to get a new doctor and a new appointment, which would have taken days. I didn't even get to explain that I didn't have days. I have no more pills. The anxiety I will have to face without them will make it 100x harder to even get me out of the house. When she scoffed and made it clear that she wasn't going to help in the slightest, I asked to take this to a different pharmacy. But she can't send it in herself (which I know is crap, I've had pharamacy's send a script before). I had to call a different one, have them request it, then they would send it. Becuase they have already been SO cooperative, I am sure they are gonna get to that request as soon as costco makes it. Anyway, at the end of the day, these people don't want to talk to you. They don't want to help you. If the AI answering machine can't fix it for you, they don't care.

If I do I always give the headlights a swipe. One early morning I grabbed the squeegee, gave the headlights a swipe and walked to the back window. As I start wiping the back window I hear the cashier start scolding someone...as I look around... I'm the only one using a squeege... Me? Why me? She starts saying not to use the squeege to clean your car... goes in to detail how it will scratch the paint... that's what car washes are for. As I continue cleaning and trying to tune out the woman, I intermittently glance up at the store... the older gentleman cashier...just glaring at me. Seriously? Who are these Squeege Vigilantes? I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PURCHASE A MN HUNTING LICENSE FROM WHITE BEAR BAIT AND CONVENIENCE STORE! I…read moream reluctant to bash a local small business, but as of August 26, 2020, these guys are engaged in unauthorized additional charges being added to MN DNR hunting licenses. Simply put, I was charged $38 for a $35 hunting license. After asking for a receipt, I asked the clerk why the $35 license (DNR license fee + agent fee to the store) was $38. He told me, "the DNR charges us $1 per page of the license," or something to that effect. I was dubious of his explanation, but left the store. I contacted the MN DNR, which advised me the agent fee was already included in the license fee I paid. They told me they would investigate. I returned to the store this morning and politely advised the same clerk that sold me the license that I had spoken to the DNR, confirmed the extra charge was unauthorized, and requested a refund. The clerk called the owner, and then reported back they would not refund the $3 because "the DNR charges us $1 per page" (of the license). I asked for the clerk's name, but he refused to give it to me. Okay, whatever. I just wanted it for record keeping. I don't hold him personally responsible. As I walked out, lingering at the door, I gave the business one more chance, explaining again that the store was assessing an unauthorized charge, and that this was wrong and I would follow-up on social media. Silence. Dude, you are going to fight me over an unauthorized $3 charge? I let the DNR know again and they confirmed additional charge beyond the license fee + agent fee was NOT AUTHORIZED. Needless to say, clerk did not ask me if I was okay with it before processing. So here we are . . . makes me wonder how many licenses get sold per year by these guys, multiplied by a few extra dollars. Helps their bottom line, right? I won't patronize this store again.
