This Walgreens has been a nightmare. I've been trying to get my Ozempic prescription filled since February 28 and have been sent multiple "ready for pickup" texts--only to be told it's out of stock every time. When I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager, he was rude, dismissive, and offered zero help--just told me to pay $1,099 and when I became frustrated "we're done here." No empathy, no accountability, and no answers for two months of miscommunication. I won't be returning. Completely rude and unacceptable experience. read more

I had a prescription sent through Sesame, and they were giving me zero information as to why they weren't filling it within the time a scheduled. I called and asked the stupid AI answering machine to give me a update, but it just said it wasn't ready and I had to pretty much yell at it until it got me a real person. The lady I talked to answered with a pleasant voice and everything, just asked for my name. I told her and she said there was a problem because the doctor, while licensed to practice in MN, MA wouldn't pay for it. Now, I just wanted a minute to explain my situation a bit. I only just got MA coverage a couple months ago. Since then I have been using sesame to get appointments for prescription refills because I have social anxiety and need the meds to be able to work and drive. I'd just pay for it all out of pocket. Not being used to suddenly having health coverage, I dragged my feet finding a health provider, and realized I needed a new script at the last minute. I paid for the sesame appointment because I knew I had to get this done now. I would get really sick and have terrible episodes of anxiety if i didn't. I was willing to pay out of pocket for the prescription itself. But the pharmacist didn't allow me to say ANY of this. The second I asked if I could just a have a moment to explain what's going on, she SCOFFED. She didn't even suggest that I could pay out of pocket if I wanted to. She just wanted me to get a new doctor and a new appointment, which would have taken days. I didn't even get to explain that I didn't have days. I have no more pills. The anxiety I will have to face without them will make it 100x harder to even get me out of the house. When she scoffed and made it clear that she wasn't going to help in the slightest, I asked to take this to a different pharmacy. But she can't send it in herself (which I know is crap, I've had pharamacy's send a script before). I had to call a different one, have them request it, then they would send it. Becuase they have already been SO cooperative, I am sure they are gonna get to that request as soon as costco makes it. Anyway, at the end of the day, these people don't want to talk to you. They don't want to help you. If the AI answering machine can't fix it for you, they don't care. read more

The pharmacy operation is very disappointing. After not having my Rx for over a month, the tech told me to go to other pharmacies to ask if they were able to fill the Rx. She gave me a list of pharmacy addresses of which one address was not even a store. I have empathy for the pharmacy workers who have to experience frustrated customers, however this business and their processes are highly disappointing. I will not go back. read more

Show up on the day of my appointment and nobody contacted me to let me know that they did not have vaccines available (I had just received an appt reminder that morning). Entire staff, including lead pharmacist were rude and refused to take any accountability for their error. They just directed me to another Walgreens. When I called up that store to book an appointment, they informed me that they had offered this store vaccines the day before and this Walgreens had declined. This is despite knowing they had appointments for vaccinations the next day. Avoid yourself the headache of awful customer service and find another location for your pharmacy needs. read more

I can see an on going complaint about the pharmacy. Rude employees and pharmacy Manager! No wonder it continues! I understand they may be overwhelmed coming off of Covid and dealing with ongoing vaccines. However no excuse for being rude to customers. Never going back there! read more

It's just a normal Walgreens. Customer service is fine. It's clean, unlike some other Walgreens I've been to. Very conveniently located.

I waited over a half hour for a scheduled vaccination appointment. Staff was nice but chose to assist a customer, who did not have an appointment, schedule a time slot 6 days from now. Then, I picked up one item to purchase. Cashier was assisting someone who was having difficulty checking out so a staff member opens another register. Great. He rings up the woman in front of me with $140 of product, instead of me with one item. I left feeling like Walgreens did not value my time or my repeat business. read more

I had my prescription transferred here - biggest mistake (and let's just say I've transferred it back to my old pharmacy). When I first tried to transfer my prescription, I called and was greeted by "What do you want?" I probably already should've gotten the hint that this won't go well. Sadly, I ignored that and transferred my stuff over. My first pick-up, I utilized the drive-up option and was pleasantly surprised by the pharmacist that gave me my prescription. The time I requested for a refill, it took a week for the pharmacy to get my refill but I kept getting alerts to call them regarding an "Action Item" on my account. This is how this conversation went... Pharmacist: Hi. Me: Hi, I received a text telling me to call regarding additional action regarding my prescription refill. Pharmacist: Ok, why? Me: I don't know. I was hoping you could give me more information. Pharmacist: Do you have a name? Me: (trying to be as calm and civil). Provided my name. Pharmacist: There's just a delay. I don't know why it told you to call us. *click* This pharmacy also cancelled my prescription a day or two afterwards without my permission or knowledge. Luckily, I already requested a refill from my old pharmacy. The folks I interacted with either need an attitude adjustment or a new customer service trainer. "What do you want?" is never an acceptable greeting. read more

My world is pretty small these days. An especially exciting day for me typically includes a trip to a box store for bananas, butt paste and diapers. So today was doubly thrilling because it included a visit to the pediatrician where I learned that my 5-week old daughter has esophageal reflux and needs a prescription. So hellooo Walgreen's! When I walked up to the drop-off window one of the employees was loudly complaining to another about a "stupid doctor" whose primary offense from what I could tell was calling to ask a question. Once she saw me, she turned on some fake charm that was short-lived once she realized that: 1) the prescription was for a brand new person who had never gotten a prescription from Walgreen's before and would have to be entered into their system. -and- 2) the prescription was for a very tiny person who hasn't been issued her own insurance card yet which requires a call to the insurance provider for verification. -and- 3) I wanted to wait for the prescription so all these things needed to be done NOW. I can only assume she started bitching about me as soon as I walked over to the waiting area because I saw her talking with the self-same employee she'd been complaining to earlier and gesturing in my direction with a look of annoyance on her face. So why the extra star? Well, ultimately it was the guy who rung me up who earned it. He was patient with me and didn't begrudge me my nervousness or questions about administering medication to my newborn. Kudos to him. read more

Sunday 6/6/2021 at 9:25 pm I was at the window to pick up my medicine, pharm tech with red t-shirt was pretty upset, kept rolling her eyeballs, and throwing her hands on the top of her head in anger. I couldn't hear her since the phone was weak, and whenever I asked her to repeat, she'd deliberately talk softer, and even whisper. She didn't want to refill my prescription and wanted me to come back next day, had not the pharmacist come to window and told her so. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my meds, which is fine, but when I came back to window, she was meaner and ruder, acting like she didn't know me. Then I gave her 8 single dollars, and she kept counting them over and over in the light. There's more to it, but I'll stop right here. I work at the hospital not too far from this location and had never been treated badly and mishandled roughly like that at any pharmacy around here. How does she get away with it like that, working in healthcare, and dealing with patients? read more

I have been going to this Walgreens for over 20 hrs with no real complaints. However, recently I was diagnosed with a chronic illness and have had to use the pharmacy more often. And that is when my troubles began. There have been numerous pharmacy mistakes and the staff is hostile and belligerent and try to point out that I'm either lying or stupid. They make little attempt to take any responsibility for their system's error or fix it. I asked to speak to the store manager and got the same hostile attitude so I see where the staff get it from. There were several staff that tried to fix the problem and were more helpful but they were the exception. I'm taking my marbles and going across the street to the Cub Pharmacy. read more

Looked everywhere (thought I did) for bag balm. Finally about to give up asked pharmacy staff and two of them helped me find it! They were willing to walk through the store to see if they could help. The young lady found it almost right away! They were so nice about it although i was embarrassed that she located it so quickly! Thank you for great customer service!!! read more

I've always picked Walgreens as my pharmacy of choice and this location never disappoints. They are quick to full prescriptions even on the rare occasions when I make the silly mistake of sending my prescription to a different location on accident. It's easy to drive right past it though if you don't keep your eyes open since it's tucked back in the parking center and not the flashiest of walgreens so keep that in mind!! Overall this location is organized, clean, and the staff is very helpful! I will keep giving them business until they disappoint !! read more

Hi, I have a prescription that is not covered by my insurance, it was over $200 at Walgreens and when I called Walmart, it is less than $40 for the same dosage and quantity. I asked them to match the price and they said "We don't do that". So I'm moving all my Rx's to Walmart. Too bad. read more
